Got a good service from Carrie Masure every time I or a client had a question. She get back with you in a reasonable time frame to where I didnt have to worry about calling her back to get the answer to my question(s). The people are also really friendly and easy to deal with.

This is the worse company to deal with when it comes down to financial matters!! Caution DO NOT invest your time or money into this company. Nothing but constant brick walls trying to get a annuity paid out. Every person you talk to has a different explanation of the entire process!! It’s ridiculous paper work has been submitted and supposedly processed yet they can not deliver the check in a timely manner. Pleas DO not trust this company with your finances you will hit several roadblocks when it’s time to get your funds paid out. What a mess of a company. No one has been helpful AT ALL! Seriously When mailing a check there should always be a tracking # provide to the recipient...they can’t provide tracking or a clear process on how the requested Annuity funds will be received such a disappointing experience from a company that handles numerous clients and their funds. ***Update... I replied to them via email with All the requested information I will update if there is a solution to this on going issue.

(EDITED) Process started out rocky unfortunately due to the covid pandemic still occurring and adding unforeseen delays to things. Ashley was able to help get things resolved for me after taking over which I greatly appreciate as he went above and beyond to make sure I was up to date with what was going on and to bring a solution. Thanks again to Ashley for helping turn things around.

I have seen this company do things for their clients AND their employees that Ive not seen done at other companies. Bottom line is they care about people and will do right by them. This company has given my mother the round around for collecting my grandmothers benefits it has been a month and every time she calls she gets an excuse that the paperwork has not been uploaded or theres a delay they are a total mess ! Please do not invest your money in this company if you are i suggest you move it ASAP . Very poor customer service !

This company illegally drafted $89 from my bank account. no one had permission to autodraft any money. I dont even have a policy with these people. I was told that it was a clerical error. also told that my money would be returned to me by check but it would take 7 to 10 days. this put my account in the negative and I am supposed to be OK with that? seriously considering legal action through the regulatory agency and the sheriffs department. This is very unacceptable!!
