I dont even live on this side of town but I have to tell you its nice. People are a lot more friendly over here in Gilbert. I dont know what it is or why they just they just are and I appreciate it coming from the North side of Phoenix or downtown Phoenix where they aint always so nice. Every time I go to the store theyre friendly all staff seems happy and its great staff. Thank you Sprouts.

I was impressed with how cheerful Sprouts looked when I entered in . It looks very clean as well. The experience of shopping at Sprouts was very delightful. However when I left this particular sprouts a lady approached me for money it made me feel uncomfortable I havent had that happen at the other Sprouts that I go to. But when I go to this Sprouts again I will ask one of the workers to walk me out to my car and then I would feel more comfortable.

This sprouts location is a little on the small side but it doesnt seem like that stops them from having an excellent selection every time I go. Their deli case is particularly impressive. Also they are constantly expanding their selection of keto snacks and pre-made foods which I know isnt relevant to everyone but if you are following a keto diet this sprouts has awesome options for you.

I love sprouts. The only thing I notice is often there are long lines and then they call for back up and then it will move rather quickly. The produce is usually always 100% good. Large selection for specialty foods. I can finally find little snacks with no flour and large selecyof sprouted grain breads and wraps.

Sprouts hired some obese security guard to intimidate people into wearing a mask. Even if you have a medical condition. He came over with his mask not even covering his nose and got right in my face no more than 1ft from me and said I needed to put on a mask or he would remove me by force. Im letting everyone know what happened so we can stand together as Americans and let sprouts know we wont tolerate this infringement on our rights. think about this its one more step toward them forcing you to get this experimental vaccine and then make people show vaccine cards to get necessary groceries!!! last I checked this is America! Boycott sprouts and lets send a strong message!!!

Great produce and meat, and great sale prices. They keep discontinuing the products I like to the point its almost not worth coming in here anymore (this started long before Covid). Today I noticed the entire frozen GF bread section was gone. In my run from store to store to find my items, I noticed that Sprouts charges about $1 more for some GF items than Natural Grocers (for example Katz donut holes are $4.99 at Sprouts and only $3.99 at NG). With Sprouts being larger and having more purchasing power, thats really disappointing. I used to really like Sprouts.

Best produce of any store around. Lots of healthy food options, great coffees and sushi. Be sure to go on Wednesday where their weekly ads overlap for a day and you can take advantage of their sales. Also, most of their sushi rolls are only $5.

Great store. Friendly, helpful staff, and that means a lot when you are shopping in a wheelchair. Excellent sale prices on chicken and grass fed beef. They also carry lamb, unlike most valley grocery stores. Great veggie selection, lots of organic options too. Located right next to Trader Joes, so I can get all my grocery shopping done quickly.

I work there. So its always nice to get some shopping done after my shift. Gotta love that employee discount!

Had a rude experience with a sprouts worker who chose to be disrespectful following me around the store and pretty much stalking me who rudely asked me to put my mask on my face during a phone call which was on my face below my nose ..I asked him to remain 6 ft in distance from ..instead of working he was following me around the store insulting me. On the way out of store he had his mask off and was standing around his coworkers all without social distancing and everyone but himself had a cigarette in there mouth ..double standard rule here I think that employee needs training on how to be respectful to a customer and to not be intimidating..hes lucky my son was with me..he needs to be fired ..

I used to shop here a lot, but not anymore. Here’s why—Number one: they don’t have good sales like they used to. Apparently, the CEO of Sprouts is trying a new approach to keep “profitable” customers coming back, while sending “promiscuous” and “unprofitable” customers packing. Sprouts pricing is more like what Whole Foods used to be... Number two: I don’t care for their stringent mask policy. For some, it’s a reason to shop there, for me, I don’t believe the hype or live in fear. I hope Sprouts’ new model works like they want it to. However, I don’t see the value or feel like a valued customer anymore, so will put our family’s grocery budget elsewhere.

Great produce. I also get most of my suppliments there. They recently started carrying Kevins Natural pre-prepared meals. I like the brand, but the selection at this store was tiny. I hope they expand the options.

Refused service because of my medical exemption, even as I tried to compromise with a breathable mask. Definitely gonna go to Trader Joes, their food is fresher anyways. Sprouts would rather discriminate against a disabled older woman and force me to let them choose MY fruits and vegetables, I tried that and received pretty much rotting fruit and vegetables, they went bad and were unusable with in a couple days... NO THANKS!! When they shop for us they give us the OLD stuff NO ONE ELSE WILL BUY!!

I had the worst experience at this SproutsI will never go back there again. Employees are the rudest people, snide and condescending. I had an employee follow me around the store no regard for personal space. This B definitely doesnt believe in society distancing. Plus multiple employees were wearing gaiter mask (which have been shown by studies to be spread 10 times more germs than wearing no mask at all). It so unbelievable to me that were being required to wear these mask and stalked around the store, but employees are being allowed to wear mask that spread 10 times the germs than wearing no mask at all. This is so unbelievable.

I love Sprouts stores, especially when my favorite things are on sale!!! The variety of items seems endless and no one has fresher looking veggies and fruits. Nice deli and butcher services. Especially appreciate the fresh humanely raised poultry selection available daily at these stores. Simply the best!!!

Bought chicken tenders from the deli for lunch and they were frozen. Was also yelled at by a fellow customer because I didnt hear her behind me. Sick of these holier than though health food stores. Not my fault im hard of hearing! Will make the extra treck out to Gilbert.

I had the worst experience here. Horrible customer service. The staff discriminates against citizens with disabilities. I have a permit, its called the US constitution. Humiliated, disrespected and mortified. Shame on you!

Today unfortunately was the worst experience Ive ever had at this sprouts. As a frequent customer Ive realized that due to covid this location has become a problematic place to shop at. My husband and I had our mask on our chins due to needing to hear eachother and before we get into the store we are approached by a personel.The MANAGER Penaswalo asked us to place are mask on. As we did so she stood by us and followed us into the store. We had to ask her to let us be, and to stop following us since we complied with her request. She was rude and this is the second time we have persons at this location treat my family and I poorly. Its unfortunate as a black couple that everytime we come here its is obvious that we are not welcomed to shop due to the lack of culture in the highiring staff. As my family and I usually spend over 100 plus here we would appreciate not being followed around the store.

I usually love Sprouts but I refuse to come back to this one. So much rotten produce! It’s understandable to find a bad batch of strawberries every now and then but had to really search to find anything good. Every single avocado was over ripe, rotten apples were pilled on top of each other, bags of lemons that had been rotting for days. Just absolutely horrid.I do have to mention that Audora (so sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) at checkout was extremely sweet and helpful. So sorry you’re working at such a horrid store hun 🙁

Maybe have your employee Heidi quiet down her Covid is a hoax talk in front of customers. I have a family member who died from it today and her talking openly about how numbers are skewed and how people are making it seem like a huge deal was obnoxious and unprofessional.

I was very happy to see a store employee tell a woman that she must keep her mask up if she was going to be in the store.

This store kick me out for having a health issues not related to covid, i will not shop here besisdes whole foods is better, sprouts does not care about customers, please shop else where.

Will NEVER shop at this location again. Lacklustre service. While in line to check out, had groceries on belt while customer at register left 3 times to get different health bars. Lady at other belt kept paying for different orders by leaving her food in cart and bringing a couple of items up to register at a time. No attendant offered to take me to a different line, food was melting, and I was trapped in either walking away or waiting a good 15 minutes at the checkout.

I discovered Sprouts a few weeks ago and have been very impressed with selection and prices since. The staff is generally pretty helpful, knowledgeable, and caring, but this was displayed exeedingly well today by the employee, Lindie!We went in tired and flustered, and left with smiles, best wishes.

This employee wouldnt let me shop at their store because I have a condition and cant wear a mask. I have shopped here before without a mask, MANY TIMES, and today she just told me to leave. I will never shop here again, I will make sure to tell all my friends and family not to come here again either! You lost my business!

I feel like doing yoga and starting a cleanse while Im shopping in here. $150 in produce and granola I leave motivated but tired. Then go to taco bell because Im too tired from shopping to cook at home. Still love this place

On 4/4 of my most recent trips here they have charged me incorrectly—organic broccoli when I’m only getting non-organic broccoli crowns. Today they charged me for 2 bell peppers when I only bought one. That’s 59 cents extra! It’s not very much at any one time, but it certainly adds up over multiple trips. I don’t really want to have to visually inspect when they’re ringing me up, but I will have to since the cashiers are so poorly trained or distracted at best. Very unhappy.

Love the variety of things you can buy here. I will only buy my meat and chicken from Sprouts. Their sausages are made in store and always fresh. My favorite place to shop for produce also

Eeeewk! Feeling a little queezy and couldn’t finish the second half of my sandwich after I found the 3rd or 4th reddish, brownish, blonde hair in it. I was treating myself for making better food choice and this happened.....probably should have just gone to chick-fil-a!

I missed my Sprouts store since moving into the southwest part of the valley. Its new and sleek. My only regret was buying an Irish Soda bread. This is not the recipe that my old Sprouts offered. I guess since the word traditional is missing gives free license to produce what was a hearty rustic bread. Wont stop me from shopping here except for baked goods

This is a decent location due to its next-door proximity to Trader Joes. So if youre trying to be healthy, trendy, or a little of both, its not bad- chances are youll find what youre looking for between the two of them. Tonight just happened to be a night where items didnt seem to be in stock. Luck of the draw- otherwise, I prefer this location.

Someone needs to teach Audra about customer service and how to bag groceries. She stuffed my bag to the limit and I had to re-bag the items myself. FYI, Audra, the dirty rag you use repeatedly doesnt clean one thing, just spreads disgusting stuff. Guess Ill go to TJs where they all know how to treat customers.

I am very disappointed as Sprouts is to promote healthy living , and it is not... I wish your cashiers werent wearing gloves. They are just spreading more germs, since they dont change them. THINK about it ... Does your doctor go from patient to patient with the same gloves on? I get the masks, but PLEASE no gloves. Sanitizer will do the trick.

This is a new sprouts and its great, just like the others. Im a long-time sprouts shopper and this sprouts is just as good as any. Plus its actually quite nice that its next to trader Joes! Well organized, labeled and solid customer service. Oh and I LOVE fresh sushi Wednesdays! Fresh plates for $5! Its awesome

Sprouts carries items you cannot find at other stores, although this comes with a price. I typically prefer Trader Joes because of lower prices and better customer service, but Spouts has better meat and carries items that TJs does not. I find it a bonus that the two stores are next to each other. Both places attract a very eclectic clientele, so there is always interesting people watching happening.

Its like someone went to Trader Joes and thought they wanted to make it bigger and better, so they did. Great selection of great products

Favorite grocery store!!!! Cant beat the produce and price. BUT make sure you check the dates on things......especially bread. I have over and over again bought things that are already expired or are on the verge. Go here Wednesday for $5 sushi!!!! SO good and cheap. The guys are right there making it fresh
