Online Zoom counseling class today w Lydia was definitely worthwhile! She was patient (as many if us were new to zoom 1st timers) & very relatable. She often shared her own experiences as they were helpful & applicable to topics. She thoroughly made sure we participated. She shared humor & lessons simultaneously. I really enjoyed learning what she had to offer & would absolutely recommend her & this center! Thank you Lydia!

I am super glad I had the TSS instructor, Lisa. She breaks it all down, keeps everyone engaged, and its very upbeat to keep the class time moving. She was really awesome. Thank you!!

What an absolute farce. It’s basically some third rate “counselor” with no set agenda babbling nonsense or disappearing from the filthy, poorly ventilated room for 30+ minutes at a time. Then, for the icing on the cake, you’ll get an occasional extra inexplicable charge. It’s a sham

This review is specifically for Lisa and her amazing TSS class. She was so fun and personable and made everyone extremely comfortable. I walked in expecting the worst and she gave us the best! I suggest everyone book a class with her if you choose to go through Dynamic Living Counseling. Those eight hours blew by. My classmates and I had nothing but good things to say afterwards. I’m very pleased.

Lisa is a great instructor. If you have to go to traffic school she is the best!

Old and beat up? Kinda. I got in trouble. I had to pay the price and take classes. Instead of being a sour puss, I took it as an opportunity to change. I found sobreity and changed my life for the better. Nancy and Kelly are fantastic people. They truly care about others. Money grab? Its the system .. of course it is. Have a bad attitude, be stuck in denial and yeah, itll be 1 star review. Take advantage and use it as a chance to change. Complete your classes, take your medicine, pay your $ every week and you will benefit. Felt bad everyone rags on them. There are good counselors here for those willing to receive it. They dont keep accurate payment balances. Last week I owed $61.00 plus the $25. For the class. I paid $25.00. This week I was called out saying I owed $106. Plus $25.00 I was told in front of entire class this was non-compliance of a court order. We are charged $25.00 for materials.. I have 1 very expensive piece of paper. Please keep all your receipts or you are at their mercy.

Unprofessional and will charge extra and say nothing they can do. Gilbert police is the worst out there so be careful in Gilbert they will charge you for whatever they want. Nancy the counselor is cool but thats it.

Nobody WANTS to need to go but a court order is a court order. Ashley is great I cant speak about the other counselors but Ashley helps make the best of the situation. Also they offer veteran discounts.

Awful experience. Arrived at 1pm, Had a 1:30 appt. With Nancy finally after 2:30 I had to ask someone if they were still going to see me,. They tell me Nancy will be out shortly. She was outside smoking when I had arrived at 1, and had no one back with her, so I dont understand what the problem was. Im a pregnant diabetic so this was especially awful. When she finally gets me shes unprofessional, runs my credit card on her phone then asks me questions, tells me she cant help and theyll refund my money, says shell have to email me a receipt gets my personal email and says were done here ... After an hour no email, have to call they tell me Nancy says I ran out before getting a receipt.. She was awful, kind of trashy, and unprofessional. Recommend anywhere else for Screening... Or anyone else.. I was there over 2 hours and 40 minutes for nothing

Went here last year for the MVD packet. Nancy is very misleading in the way she explains how to answer the questionnaire and in her asked questions. I told her I didn’t really understand how to answer the questions on the questionnaire because i has been clean for 2 years so they didn’t apply. She said oh think retrospectively and answer based on how I USED to be. I did that. She uses my answers and makes it appear as if I have this horrible current problem. Watch out for this place. They want you to come back for hours on hours of classes that cost ridiculous amounts of money by using retrospective honest answers to paint a picture of the current.

My appointment was at 1pm and Nancy came strutting in at 1:15. She finally came to get a gentleman who was waiting for his 1’clock appt at 1:30. Why in the world are there two people scheduled at 1? Do not come here for any reason!

Classes are only 1.5 hours long rather than 2 with a break. Price is high, $25 per class. Counselors are okay. They can help you with Driver License Revocation Packets. Costs $175 though. The facility is kind of beat up and old inside.

The councilors are good but everything always comes down to money and i dont like that.

This place is a ripe off, don’t waist your time if your coming for out of state alcohol evaluation. My fiancé needed one and they took 300 from him then slapped him with 52 hours of classes and told him he needed to pay $500 for the classes plus $20 every class. He doesn’t even drink but every once in a while. He had a evaluation done before and they said he didn’t need any classes because he was such low risk. How can this place just give someone with their first DUI, low risk, person hours that a two time DUI person gets. They want him to do 52 hours in a couple of days also knowing that he works from 9 am to 730 pm 5 days a week. They should have told him before they took his money about the possibility off paying out more money for classes. But he didn’t think he would be taking classes because he’s not a drinker like that. He already did this and was cleared to get his DLs back. But the first assessment expired. We have been trying to reach the counselor that he had for three weeks. Since the first day he gave the money and took pee test and did everything else asked of him. We have called just about every day, couple times a day and the front desk picks up and say he is with client, leave a message. Or he is not in leave a message, we have left tons of messages and he never returns any of them. Now my fiancé goes up there, they say he isn’t in and tells in the counselor wants him to do 52 hours. All this time we have been calling to see what’s next and they are telling us this today October 19th when he has 3 days before he has to start all over. They could have told him this a long time ago. Every time we ask to speak with someone over them they tell us we can’t give that info out. I asked for corporate number, they say they don’t give that out, that we have to speak with counselor that we are going thru. We can never reach him because he never call back, or every time we call he is not in or can’t talk because they claim he is with someone. I could go on and on about how bogus this place is and how money hungry they are. They knew they couldn’t help but took money anyway and want more money for something impossible. 52 hours in 3 days how to you expect someone that works full time plus over time to do that. Someone that has no money and has three kids to take care of. Someone that doesn’t even need classes. One DUI because he was being nice after a party and took home family that was stranded and to drunk to even walk. Avoid this place at all cost not unless you have money to throw away to Joe, Ruth and all the other scam artist in this place.

Terrible people, complete money grab, they are not here to help you just take your money. Find another counseling service, wish i could give 0 stars. They screw with your lives to pad their pockets. Avoid at all cost

It mite be an old place. But I have to deal with it. I take full responsibility for my actions that got me to get counseling. It doesnt matter what experience the staff have, they are there to help. Time to make a choice to take a chance to change. Hopefully you people will get through your stubbornness. You are Americans right. Get well!
