Always politeness and kindness and greater with smiling faces. Usually get in early as well.

I see Shane at this practice, Dr. Burrells PA. He is my favorite! Always listens to me, super knowledgeable/competent, and so down to earth. I get really bad health anxiety and nobody has ever been able to make me feel better the way Shane does.

(All of the below is my opinion based on my factual experience) In my opinion, I believe this company operates through at least one act of unethical business practices. When a business (this office) suggests making an appointment the same day a patient calls in, then later charges that patient an up-charge for that emergency visit (their words, not mine) they themselves suggested filling (an open spot on their schedule) without giving notice of the added charge to the patient, that in my opinion is unethical. I went round and round with this office over this issue (2016 - 2020,) while after being credited back for many of these charges in the past, they continue forcing their patients (on my last visit) to pay for a charge they themselves said they write off and dont actually charge the customer. There are a few other issues that are of serious concern to me with this practice in my opinion, but this is just to name one. More to come...

I have been a patient of Dr Burrell for more than 20 years. He has a wonderful bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. The staff is friendly and very accommodating as well. I cant imagine changing doctors unless I moved out of state which is highly unlikely.

Staff is always quick and ready to help. Andrew Burrell is always understanding and kind. This team is thorough and they never miss any steps.

I have had over 10 years of excellent care and service by Dr. Burrell and his staff. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The doctor has always responded to any concerns that I mention with appropriate advice and treatment.Having diagnostic lab at the office allows for tests at the time of the appointment saving a separate appointment at a diagnostic lab.

Dr Burell took a I cant be bothered with you type attitude with us. Maybe it takes 10+ years to receive good care from him but we needed him to be invested in our care right away and it just wasnt going to happen. Both he and his office staff are way too busy to provide the kind of care anyone should receive. I tried to get a same day appointment for three days in a row as I knew something wasnt right. All I got was back was You need to wait for your scheduled appointment. I had to go to the ER to finally get the care I needed. I am now looking for a new Doctor. Bottom line, look somewhere else for Dr that has time to invest in his patients.

Dr. Burrell and NP. Morgan have always been great and I have been going here for well over 15 years. The front office ladies are always helpful and have very positive attitudes. I have recommended this office to many of my friends and they too are very positive about the care they receive from either Morgan or Dr. Burrell. This is a busy office, sometimes schedules can get backup or another person is asking them a lot of questions in which they do spend their time explaining issues to them. After all which one of us would not want to same attention to detail provided to us during our appointment. Ive just tried to get to appointments as a current patient and was told that there were no openings and that I couldnt make an appointment for another day because they didnt have enough staff. This is ridiculous and Im going to another doctor. I think the only thing I really will miss is the receptionist was really nice.

Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, did not receive a confirmation call the day before, and could not get ahold of anyone the day of to confirm the time. When I arrived I was told that I wouldnt be seen because I needed to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. I have not seen the doctor but the receptionist staff is not customer friendly and, as 90% of patient interactions are with the receptionist staff, cannot recommend this office.

Dr. Burrell & PACs has been dr. for myself, family, child & mother since 1980s. Always had good professional advice from dr. & or PAC.

Ran a bunch of tests I didnt ask for or agree to. Now my preventive annual physical is costing me almost $200 in lab fees. The staff was rude when I both came in the office and called to discuss it. I can not recommend this doctor.

I experienced Dr Burrells staff as inefficient, with not following through with concerns when it comes to issues. Bottom line, look somewhere else for facility that has time to invest in his patients.

Doctor was rushed, slightly condescending, and overall not helpful.He told my father during his appointment that he didnt have time for him, and has talked down to my mother as well. Will be looking for a new physician.

I can always trust Dr. Burrell. He doesnt sugar coat anything, but always gives honest feedback. Ive been his patient for over 20 years. I know when he gives a referral that its the right person to see.

Been seeing Dr Burrell for years, every since his nurse practitioner left his practice has declined, they couldnt get my daughter in because they show no record of her ever being there? They seen all five members of my family. Needless to say we will not ever go back to this doctor again. To many options to put up with lousy service.

You wont find a more positive experience with a provider. Friendly and professional.
