My daughter and I went here for the first time. They were so nice and my daughter loves her nails :) she got them yellow with polka dots and flowers. I got French tip, DIP manicure on my real nails, its the best manicure I have ever gotten. The pictures barley do justice. Absolutely love and will be back.

Thomas always strives for the best when he does my nails. Even if hes done three or four nails and I dont like the color he will start over. The new owners are friendly and try to make things right if there are any problems. I am always happy when I leave there. Karen does great nail art too.

My son and I went for pedicures and then I added the dip powder for my nails. Thomas and Karen are excellent and pay attention to detail. They do their very best to please the customer which means a lot to me! We will be coming back again very soon.

I love the relaxed atmosphere and conversing with the employees. Thomas seems like a great guy. I will be back.

Great work and great price! $38 for pedicure that included callus remover, salt scrub, parrafin wax, hot towels, and stones. They always do great work when I come! Very satisfied!

I call for an appointment they told me to come immediately. Upon arrival I found that the pedicure pods were filthy dirty along with the arm rest of the chairs. Went to go pick a color and all of the colors were mixed up and they could not find the proper color for me. He did not even have clean utensils I just rolled over his cart and started doing my nails on my toes. I do not believe it was very hygenic at all. I was there less than 45 minutes and I had a gel manicure and a pedicure. It was not worth the $50 I had to pay for the service.

This is one of the worst places I have been to, to start off I went there at 9:30 with no appointment and didn’t get taken in till 11:30. Also the people that came in after us had no appointment either but they were served first. Third of I was extremely rushed. For one they didn’t cut none of my nails even they are all different lengths they don’t match up with the other hand. Second I asked for coffin shape and they are all different shapes. Than when Julie was doing my nails she left thick beads of acrylic under my nails, and when she was painting them she painted the so sloppy they look like that have lumps and she rushed through painting my nails. She wasn’t even worried about mine she was worried about people that were still waiting rushing to get through mine so I don’t not recommend this nail salon to no one

This was my 1st time coming in. My niece wanted her nails done so we showed the guy a picture of how she wanted it and he got as close as he could to make it look as the picture my niece showed him. We had a good experience here. The guy who did my nieces nails was so kind he gave my 3 year old 2 small candies & shared his cookies. Would definitely come back.As you can see both pictures their similar but not exact but my niece is overall happy with them

Thomas was excellent! My 5 year old daughter got a pedicure for the first time & Thomas made her feel like a princess! Such a great time!

I was happy with my nail shape & color except they didnt get the acrylic close to my cuticle AND one week passed by and the gel started peeling off. that has NEVER happened to me before with acrylic nails. Not worth $50 imo...

I started coming here based from a recommendation and have not regretted my decision. I live in Prescott Valley but am down here all the time. Often times I can go three weeks in between fills. Ive recently added pedicures to my routine as well. My feet are now happy too!

This place is great! My husband and I came here to get pedicures and we both loved it. They actually took their time on our pedicures and it didn’t feel rushed.

I’ve been looking for an excellent nail salon for a long time, I’m very happy to say I will be returning here and telling my friends about them. I walked in close to closing time hoping to get on the books for the next morning, I did but they said they would take me right then. Many of the employees were cleaning up their stations and leaving so the owner came from the back and did my nails😃 he was a true artist! I can’t believe how much detail he put in to do excellent work, he made my nails look so beautifully natural , contouring the acrylic by my cuticles very smoothly for a natural look, as I had requested. He didn’t get irritated when I asked him to file 2 fingers a little extra and the prices were better than anywhere else around here. I really appreciate the quality of work and care given. I can happily say I’ve found a favorite! 😊 THANK YOU

Cindy is my go to person. She always does a fantastic job in a timely manner. I get the happy feet pedicure, the ombre manicure and eyebrows waxed at least once a month. I make my appointment for the next visit before I leave and each appointment is a fun and relaxing experience. I highly recommend checking out this shop if you want a great experience!!

I had a great time here only because I went with my wedding party, not because of the staff. I made an appt for 8 people at opening weeks in advanced. This was followed up by two confirmations. We were told that we could all get service at the same time. When we arrived only two people were present. The rest of the employees didnt show up till an hour and a half after our appointment started. Our group was split up, but we still made the best of it. Its one thing to say you can guarantee it and then you dont. They should have said they couldnt have kept their word. We would have gone elsewhere for sure. Another thing is, the place is dingy. A can of paint is $30 for the good stuff and it would have covered the small shop. Its too bad they do not take pride in their place. I think its safe to say that most of us wont be back.

I go every 2 weeks to get a fill with Chris or Cindy. Excellent service and great nail designs. They make you feel like family.

I’ve been coming to VO5 for years and thoroughly enjoy their customer service and spa experience! Cindy usually does my nails, however both Tommy and Victor also have done my nails. They are quick and efficient which works for my schedule. I love everyone’s humor in the shop, which helps time pass fast. All of the techs are greatly, with great customer service!

My favorite place now! I have trouble finding someone to cut my toe nails correct. Kim did an exceptional job! I had a upgraded pedicure, extra scrubs & massage was wonderful. Ive went to many places, over tipped (hoping I was getting what I asked for) & always disappointed. I went back for a gel manicure, love it. Will be back to see Kim, again,soon!!!

I have been coming here for about 2 -3 months. Lee does my nails. The trick is to set an appt for the less busier times.. like the mornings. When Lee is not rushed... I leave with BEAUTIFUL nails! Like get all kinds of compliments wherever I go.... BEAUTIFUL! When they get busy at the salon... I have left less than pleased, and regretted staying when I saw how busy they were. So.. take ownership of setting appts at less busy times... and you will have gossip worthy nails! And eyebrows! Cant forget those!

I came over to get my nails done for prom and I’m 100% satisfied with the quality and service! I asked the lady to recreate a nail art photo and it turned out exactly like the photos.

Im giving one star to be nice. The place is dingy , and they did not do my nails right. I asked for a 575 blue, and they gave me a bright pink. Not very talkative or nice. My friend had air bubbles and dents in her nails.

I came here a lot when I first began getting acrylics, I had 2 men do my nails (a younger and an older man) and they both did pretty nicely and were both very polite and professional. Only reason I stopped going was due to my nails constantly snapping off and that the shape and length wasn’t very consistent if you looked closely.

Awful. Dont go. Horrible. I would only recommend this place to your worst frenemy. If you want a Polish Change at a pedicure price, well this is the place for you!!!!!The massage consisted of layers and layers and layers of lotion rubbed into my shins...only my shins....i kept thinking that it would get better. Nope! I also spoke up repeatedly asking for cuticle trimming and skin filing...I literally got pacifying gestures and a load of excuses and recommendations for home petroleum jelly....scratch the record.... I asked for no chemicals and then I get schooled on petroleum jelly which is PETROLEUM. Ok, whatever, but the biggest thing is that I went in to get a pedicure that includes cuticle trimming, dead skin slouching and polish.What I received: polish change, excuses and pedicure price. 3 thumbs down.
