I wanted to try a different nail salon and I went to jasmine nails. To be honest it will be the last time I go I had a man do a fill and a color change for me. When he did the acrylic he left them lumpy and he never bother to fix them! Now I am going to another salon to remove these horrible nails to have a better nail tech to take care of my nails and put on a better set! I honestly tip the guy as well! What a waste of 37 dollars!

I always go on days when they arent busy! First nail salon where my feet look like I have been to a salon. They are smooth and not dry. Dry feet is not the image you want after a pedicure. Im a regular.

We have been going here for over 1 year! We have NEVER had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly & willing to do what the customer wants if it is in the best interest of the customer. We drive out of our way to have our Nails & toes & waxing done... like 21 miles round trip out of our way. No matter where we go we always get compliments on our Nails! Never have had a issue lifting or unevenness.. Besides Nails are sisters not twins! We have recommended them to many friends & they all have been very satisfied with their services also. Yes there is a little one at times, NEVER have I seen her swat anyone! But I have seen her bring each customer a bottle of water. LOVE LOVE them & their services!

Walked in 3 weeks ago with no appointment and immediately sat to a wonderful deluxe pedi by Phillip (who speaks English) and was able to understand and address all my toe/feet issues. He was so gentle, but very thorough in cleaning up and taking care of my thick calluses from wearing flip flops all the time. He did a great polish job as well. Dont understand the other reviews who say it isnt a clean place, as I was impressed with the cleanliness. I was even offered a bottle of water. I will absolutely go back to have my feet done again by Phillip!!!!!

Just decided to come without appointment but I did not have to wait too long. Thom did the dipping powder for me today, hes been so nice on given the advice on color. The music is so nice and relaxing. Really love it. ❤️

Gave this place another try and had a pedicure and gel nails. Well they did them both at the same time, my arms were crisscrossed over my body which was uncomfortable. The guy doing them lied at the end said I nicked it, to hurry up for another customer. Then the #2 pedicure was rushed one leg was done, the other was not sugar scrubbed. So only 3 clients in the store. Wow- skip this nail spa.5-2-2019 my gel nails pealed off after a week. I am angry- I spent $80.00 pedicure and gel nails and my nails have come off. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

After 10 + years of pedicures this was the absolute worst Ive ever had. The chair was uncomfortable.(hard and lumpy) I was offered no water. I asked for gentle and had to remind him 3 times it was too hard. I asked to pay extra for sea salt, instead he didnt charge extra but I didnt get the sea salt. Very slow. He would take intermittent breaks and just walk away with no explanation. Take phone calls (2) ect. I would never go back here even if it was free.

My mom and I went and had the deluxe pedicure. We were very impressed with the service and the pedicure. Really worth the money! We both loved it!

The nail tech was ok, the owner double charged me and I had to have my bank charge back the error because the owner would not make the correction. Watch your money carefully here.

I love this place. Its very clean , friendly and professional. Jackie has given me a full set, fill, backfill and pedicure. Im 43 years old today and Ive been getting my nails done for 25 years. My nails have never been done so well. Ive gone 3 weeks in between fills with no broken nails and I have to say Im not a delicate flower. Im very hard on my nails. I could honestly go 4 weeks or more. I never give reviews but I was compelled to give one for this shop because of how well theyve treated me and how well of a job they do. Please give them your business but make an appointment. Walk ins are welcome but if you dont want to wait, an appointment is appreciated.

I tried to get fills done as a walk in. There was one woman there getting a manicure. 3 techs and they asked if I could come back in an hour? Glad I left because the overwhelming smell of seafood would have been intolerable.

I would give this place no stars if I could. I came in for a eyebrow wax to only have the lady wax half my eyebrow off and make them thinner when I specifically said JUST clean them. She then tried to tell me now theyre even after she messed up Im pretty sure I know how eyebrows looked before dont go here!

Yes, I am picky! The place is one of the cleanest places I have been to in a long while. A couple owns it and the husband does all the acrylic and gel nail services. The older lady very gential but, seemed to forget how to do a manicure. After painting my nails then tries to put lotion on my arms. I asked her to paint a flower on my toes and she did some weird line design. Not what I wanted. Since there is only the 2 of them they get busy fast should call ahead.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed,Ive been getting them done since I was 16 yrs old. The place was close I did a walk in,and there wasnt a wait but... the lady that did them was rude, rough, and CUT MY HAIR BY MY EAR, saying oh wax fell!!!! WTH let me wash it out or do something from the spill dont cut my head hair. Seriously!!! I didnt feel anything fall. I think she was just upset I wasnt spending extra. The lady insisted on doing my upper lip and when I told her no she kept insisting and say oh my goodness in her native language which I looked up when I went home. Wow worst experience and hopefully last experience. I dont recommend this place and will just drive to my original place even if its not close by its so worth the drive!

Awful experience. 2 hours and 24 min in the chair for manicure. Had first appointment at 9 am Wednesday, Jan 2. Guy kept working and reworking my nails. Nixing my skin in the process. Sticky top layer stop dip. Think I got rookie. Very frustrating!! My 89 yr old mom had Mani and pedi in less time with different tech. Finally left only to get outside and realize they were worse than I thought. Went back in to complain. Sit down they said. No way. My fingers were a mess.

This is a late review, relating to my visit about 4-5 months ago.....Nice staff, until you dont do what they want you to do. They offer to add all the extras, which I didnt need or want. One of the ladies said that she knows what is best for each customer, and that its for their best health. Another lady was on her phone inthe middle of doing someones nails, and there was a young child running around, walking up to people and swatting them. At the end, my nails ended up being uneven, and I asked for them to please fix it. Wont go back.

Worst acrylic full set i have ever gotten. took over an hour a a half. the acrylic doesnt even go to the nail bed and they are too long when i said i want them really short and they are incredible misshapen. never ever going back. i dont understand how this place is still in business. needs to be shut down asap.

My color gel done by the woman was so bad one nail broke the next day, went back to have it fixed next day. By the end of 1 week, all of my nails broke. They usually last 2+ weeks.Im out here on vacation and am doing less work than normal. The price was the same that i pay in NYC.Will never go back

Wasnt very satisfied nails were all different shapes they cut my moms finger multiple times and my little sisters said they could have painted their nails by themselves. Told them to fix it and he barley did anything

THIS PLACE SUCKS, This place was absolutely horrible and the worst service ever. They lady that did my nails did not listen to a word I said and they were so uneven I had to tell her to go back and fix them, she burned all of my fingers with the drill thing, she was pushing my cuticles back and was so rough my fingers were cut when I was finished. I go get my nails done all the time. This was the worst its ever been, I wish I knew her name! And first of all. Thwu advertise they close at 730, I came at 630 thinking it wont take long to do a fill, the door was locked when I came there and they acted like I was a burden, she did my nails in a hurry, she was rough. I dont know who the hell owns this place but its horrible they need to clean up their staff.

Tom gave me water and brought magazines over without me even asking. During the pedicure, asked if everything felt great. Seems like they care.

Awful! My fingers are sore and have cuts on them. My cuticles are raggy.worst job ever on my hands! And I paid $50! Called to let the know,was told they dont have any problems,my hands are the problem.Save your hands and money and go someplace else.

This was not the relaxing spa day I had intended. It was my granddaughters birthday and I thought it would be a nice treat to a mani pedi. There were two small children (2 & 4?) running and playing in the salon the entire time. Both had sticky suckers in their hands and the smallest was in and out of the pedi tubs. How sanitary is that? The workers were constantly yelling at them and trying to clean the sticky off them. The mani I received was unattractive and even my cuticles were painted. Worst manicure ever. The girl that did my granddaughters mani pedi was even on her cell phone while doing her pedi. This place is unprofessional and I wonder how clean and sanitary it is. I will not return.

Worst fill Ive ever had in the 15 years of getting my nails done. They do not file your nails straight. Argue with what they think you should have done rather than what you want done. My nails look horrifying and up my price so she should get a tip. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
