The branch in Mesa, AZ is by far outstanding!!! However, I would not recommend contacting customer service, the worst experience EVER! I’ve had to speak with several manager and still didn’t get my issues resolve until I decided to visit the branch where I alway receive GREAT service.

Had high expectations of speaking with customer service to assist with a transaction. I also wanted to give kuddos to Humetic that works at the Tempe, AZ branch. But after speaking with two customer service agents that were so unpleasant, I said the heck with this. I did nothing to them but call in and get rude service. I hope I never have to call in. This all could have been avoided if my chat/email message was answered. But this is what I get for expecting exceptional service. Then she says ok we reveresed your 1.00 fee so now u have your whole 157.00 back in your saving. Im thinking gee.
