I think Dr. Ruddell is wonderful and knowledgeable, the office atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. The only negative thing I could say is that their lack of a mask policy bothers me. Ive asked each time Ive gone in that whomever I have contact with wears a mask and yet I still experience a very half-hearted attempt to adhere to my request. It bothers me and just isnt something I want to deal with, which is unfortunate as I do think they are great.

I woke up one morning with shooting pain throughout my whole left arm even though I am right-handed. The doctor diagnosed this as carpel tunnel syndrome, and further testing confirmed this. These symptoms occurred frequently as well as localized pain in my left wrist area and sometimes my right hand. Surgery was definitely a frequent consideration. I began treatments with Dr. Ruddell who encouraged me to hold off. I am so glad I did. Dr. Ruddell was excellent. Dr.Vincennes is wonderful also. Dr. Ruddell treated me about three times a week at first, down to twice or once a month now (less than 2 yrs. later) and as of Nov., 2017 , I am symptom free as far as I know. I encourage anyone else considering carpel tunnel surgery to be treated by Dr. Ruddell, or to see him for any other painful condition, or for preventative work. He is very knowledgeable and empathetic about many areas of health. I have a new appreciation for chiropractic care.

BEWARE of this clinic. My mom has cancer, is new to the Phoenix area, and is looking for a new chiropractor. She called to try and make an appointment and got transferred 3 times between the receptionist (who needs more training.. didnt know what each doctor did AND didnt even know if they took Blue Cross Blue Shield), and then two other doctors that were rude and made her feel very stupid for trying to ask them questions. At one point, the doctor even said Okay, well Im going to end this awkward silence and transfer you back to the receptionist. They were all laughing at her when she truly needed help and just wanted to make an appointment. She felt very stupid and this clinic should be ashamed of how they treat incoming clients. Professionalism is everything and obviously this clinic cannot offer that. Disappointing.

Dr. Ruddell is absolutely incredible. As someone who has been suffering from scoliosis since my teens, finding the right care as an adult was very important. Dr. Ruddell is the best of both worlds- taking multiple approaches including manual adjustments and those using the drop table. With a more encompassing approach- my back has never felt better. I was also able to get custom orthotics that have worked wonders for my flat feet. To make it even better, appointments are super easy to book online and as a traveling healthcare professional, makes it very easy for me to stay current on my treatment and care for my back. Overall, the best chiropractic experience I’ve had in my 10+ years of treatment!

Best chiropractor Ive been to hands down. Small building, in & out in about 20 mins. Different treatments available like aqua massage, electric massage and numerous different techniques depending on your preferences

I was charged $50 at the time of my service, which I was told would be the cost of the entire visit. They went on to charge my insurance as well, resulting in an additional charge of $185. After several calls to the office and promises to correct the double chargt they have not made any changes. I feel that they are running an unprofessional business that incorrectly charged me for services that I did not receive. I will never step foot in that place again.

Dr. Ty was able to see me the same day and what really impressed me was his willingness to not only offer to immediately help - but, recognizing the complexity of my injury also ordered x-rays and suggested I consult with an Orthopedic surgeon.

My entire spine includes a lot of degeneration and a nasty curve near the bottom of the L-spine. I was in constant extreme pain. I could not stand for more than 2 min’s because the pain would eventually make me collapse.I’ve been seeing Dr Ty since mid-July. In that time, I have gained so much increase in general mobility. My pain level on the ‘10’ scale went from 6-9 as a norm. Now I would rate it at a 3-4. This improvement has changed how I live one a day to day basis. On Monday this week after my treatment Dr Rudell and I stood a talked for more than 5 min’s and there was no pain. I believe Dr Rudell will continue to improve my life.
