I can’t say enough good things about Willow. Everyone is amazing and kind and they really take the time to get to know you and address any concerns you may have. I recently had my second baby at the birth center and felt so empowered and safe the entire time. So grateful for all the midwives and everything they do for mamas!

Review for Home Birth side!I’m giving it two stars because Caitlin was nice. She was extremely easy to talk to. When I declined something, she let me know what I was declining and gave me resources to still help manage stuff. On the other hand, I had such a horrible experience with my appointment with Kelli. I should’ve walked out. I went home and cried for hours. Working with pregnant women, she should not treat anyone especially pregnant people the way she did. She did not involve me in any labs ran during my appointment. Tried to guilt me because I declined a test. Literally tried to blame me and say it was all my fault if my perfectly healthy baby came out not healthy. She was extremely difficult to talk to and did not come prepared to my appointment. She barely knew who I was or even looked at my labs and info. She made me feel horrible. She even told us fruit was a scam. We ended up switching providers after this appointment. We got basic lab results and the requirements they have are bizarre. They tried to tell me all my levels were off and crazy but other providers told me they were perfect. On top of this, they just stopped scheduling me then made me feel like it was my fault I didn’t have an appointment.Fortunately, when we called to let them know we switched providers, the lady (I believe her name was Alex) who answered the phone was kind and polite. Finances were handled appropriately and it was an easy departure. Never heard from either midwife after my last appointment though.

I had a birth center birth here a few years ago. The birth went well and everyone at the office treated me kindly and with respect. It was not exactly what I wanted, however. My appointments were always 15 minutes long, no in depth discussion about me, plans, goals, nutrition, etc., and as a first time mom I didn’t know what to ask. It seemed busy and more OB-ish/medicalized.I’ve had a subsequent home birth with a midwife I found elsewhere and it was all I wanted with that personal relationship and the more in depth, individualized care and education.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I called around August 15th for an IUD placement and talked to one of the mid-wives. She asked about prior history and then after our phone appointment, she said they would email me forms prior to coming in for the placement. 2 weeks go by, and I call to check in. They said that the IUD they ordered hasn’t come in. Great, no problem. I call around middle of September and they tell me the same thing but that the company would reach out for my insurance information. This was confusing because I had told them that I have self-pay insurance so, there wasn’t a need for anyone to get my insurance info. It is now October and they still haven’t called me to make an appointment for the placement. The fact that I had to call multiple times to check in is a no no for medical providers. I wanted to come here for when I start to plan for kids, but I don’t think they have established a strong line of communication, which is unfortunate.

We had an incredible Willow At Home experience with Kelli Beaty! I highly recommend my pregnant friends to check Willow out and am passionate about freedom in birth without compromising health and safety. Kelli was thorough in her assessment of my health and had my safety and well being as her top priority. As she stated well, she said in one of our appointments “I have to go home and go to sleep with the decisions I make regarding your health and the health of your baby. ” It was reassuring to know that someone cared they deeply about doing home birth safely. When we were in labor, Kelli came to our house an hour before her shift began and stayed with me throughout an almost 24 hour labor. She was encouraging, positive, and serious when it was time to get down to business. We are so grateful that we had her as our birth team!

I LOVE WILLOW! I have had NOTHING but the BEST care at this office and the Phoenix office. They have taken better care of me than BANNER system and any other hospital/clinic I have been to since I moved here from Michigan in 2012. The best I could ever ask for in Natural child birth and wellness. I would highly recommend to ANY woman seeking better care! I love all of the Midwives and I have met with most of them and the provide the same care no matter who you see!

My pregnancy and birth experience with Willow was beyond wonderful!!! As a first time mom, I had a lot of concerns and questions as things come up, and they always gave me answers and reassurance I needed. They have good referrals when I had difficulty with feeding and my daughter’s issues as well. It was also very pleasant experience for my husband. They always included him in the conversations not making him feel like he wasn’t important. (we had a bad experience with other birth center)My primary midwife, Caitlyn was always there for me when I needed her especially after the birth. I can’t thank enough to them and I’ll definitely work with them again when I get pregnant. You can count on Willow.

I did a meet the midwife phone call last week . I was so excited to speak with the midwife but my excitement quickly faded. I realized afterwards that the whole time I was speaking to one of the owners Belinda. I couldn’t tell if it was phone etiquette or if she was actually intentionally being rude .First of when she first answered the phone she seemed in a hurry a lot of noise in the background . It was hard to hear , she asked if I had any questions like three times.I was asking her about the financial part of things when she completely cut me off and goes off to ask me how many kids I had. I asked her if she was going to answer my question and she went off and said she was going back to my question after. After I answered her question she then proceeds to tell me that it would be a 25 dollar deposit to save my spot . Today I got my insurance coverage and now it says 500 deposit.I am taking the time to write this review because I want others to be AWARE and be CAREFUL . It so important to feel safe , heard and respected especially when it comes to the place where you are giving birth .

I am most likely done giving birth, however I chose Willow as my place for overall womens wellness.I could not be more happy with my experiences here. From my annual well womens exam to coming in for some health concerns, I always leave this office feeling confident in my care. These Midwives spend a whole HOUR with you going through whatever concerns or questions you have regarding your health.I love that they come at health from a diet and lifestyle foundation first! My Midwife always has the best suggestions on how to better my health. It is hard to find practitioners who make you feel truly valued. My midwife even did my blood draw for bloodwork in office, which as a busy mom, was probably the highlight of my day! (Not having to go somewhere else and wait).I am not a birthing patient, but if I ever was going to again, I would choose Willow Midwife Center hands down.I am looking forward to continuing my womens wellness here too!Thank you Willow!

I cannot say enough good things about this facility and the medical professionals there. I received care from Diane and Belinda for my twin pregnancy 9 years ago. Throughout my entire pregnancy they were kind, patient, knowledgeable, reassuring, thorough, and truly amazing. I chose to give birth at Mercy Gilbert and ended up getting severe pre-eclampsia. Both Diane and Belinda talked to me about all of my safe options and I chose to get a c section for many personal reasons. Diane came back up to the hospital to hold my hand during it and spent time with my new twin girls, and my family (who was very worried). I have since continued to see them for my yearly female care and I am still so impressed. I drive from Queen Creek to Mesa to see them and I would follow them anywhere. Every time I go they give me time, address my needs and/or concerns, ask about my family, and thoroughly check my health. They are truly better than any doctors or medical professionals I have ever seen. The facility is wonderful because they have everything there. I always ask to have my blood drawn annually as part of my female physical and they do it right there. They truly make you feel cared as a whole person, and safe and I couldnt ask for better women to take care of me. Diane even cared for me via phone when I had covid in January. You truly cannot find better pregnancy or women care in Arizona!

Thank you, Willow, for helping me have the VBAC of my dreams. After my unplanned cesarean in 2016 I knew I wanted to a much different birth experience when I chose to expand my family. Willow was one of the first places I found when researching, before I had even moved to Arizona in 2017. So this was a long-time dream of mine. When I finally fell pregnant, my journey with Willow was wonderful and laid back. I had an acute health issue in the last couple weeks of pregnancy that I feared could have risked me out of the birth center, but they, Wendy especially, were wonderful and compassionate. Other places might have washed their hands of me and sent me to the hospital but they chose to monitor to me and it resolved within a couple days and ended up not being an issue at all.Belinda ended up being the midwife on call the day I went into labor. She was the perfect person for me in the moment because I needed someone to push me and not coddle me, and she did just that. She guided me through an incredible hour of pushing, leading me to have an insanely easy healing process because of how patient everyone was.Im so grateful I made the choice to birth here. The experience was healing and fulfilling. Thank you again.

This place is a scam. Biggest joke of a medical office I’ve ever subjected myself to. Midwives here are not what they claim to be at all. They are not honest. They do not have patients best interest in mind whatsoever. They are just about making a buck anyway they can. Was MISDIAGNOSED and treated as if that was the end all be all of my pregnancy. After the diagnosis, they performed exams that should have NEVER been done to me according to other providers, based on their wrong diagnosis. But- they were not transparent about the reality of the diagnosis with my husband and I at all. We ended care and sought other opinions only to find out the diagnosis was incorrect. Asked for a final bill multiple times. Still haven’t received one. But received a bill from a lab 2 months after the lab was completed that was already paid for by insurance. Received another bill from a provider we NEVER saw and never gave permission to receive care from. To say we are disappointed is an extreme understatement. This is not what a pregnant woman should be dealing with or treated during this time. Absolutely asinine. Will be reporting this clinic everywhere we can, starting here then onto the state health department and beyond. Seek other natural clinics if that is the route you are hoping to go.

My experience was good at willow up until I went into labor. They handled my labor very carelessly and put me and my baby in danger. I was at home and My labor progressed very quickly. Within a couple hours my contractions were 3 min apart and excruciating. My husband called the midwife on call, wendy, since I was in too much pain to speak, she told me to eat somthing and wait 1 hour and call back. Thankfully My doula arrived after calling her and said I was extremely close to delivering and to call wendy and tell her to meet us at the birth center. We called wendy back and she told us she lived FORTY min away. they acted with no sense of urgency and made me feel like I was laboring without any help. I could feel my baby coming out in the car ride there and I got to willow and delivered very quickly. Their hesitancy to admit me while I was in active labor is disgraceful and dangerous. My neighbor is a firefighter and he has told me he has had several run ins with them on the job during emergency situations and they handle them very poorly, are not helpful and routinely put the lives of mothers and babies at risk because they do not act quickly in emergency situations. If you can count on having a perfect labor without any assistance, Willow is a good option. If you want a birth center that will AIR ON THE SIDE OF CAUTION and make sure you are under their watch during active labor, find someone else, Willow will not. If you are going here make sure you have a doula so you have someone to help you once the contractions start and you are not able to think clearly, because Willow will not. When I signed up with Willow they told me they will admit you once contractions are 5 min apart and they still would not let me in when mine were 3. For my next child I will find a more legitamite birth center or a midwife at a hospital. I paid over 5k to them and to be turned away when you are in active labor is a traumatizing. There may be good midwiVes that work there but Willow as a whole is a disgrace.

It’s okay but not the type of office I would go to again. This is more wellness and holistic than it is “medicine.” I read all the reviews about how horrible the billing system is at willow and those reviews are true. Some type of miscommunication now I have to call the lab directly to figure out the problem. I don’t have time for that when I work full time. Willow should have just did it right the first time. There were certain tests I had to ask for that’s not protocol at willow. That was off putting to me. I had to call and get test results cause nobody contacted me aboit them. My urine test came back as me having a UTI WHICH I suspected which is why I asked to be tested specifically for that. Most gynecologist test you routinely without you having to ask though! The midwife was very nice and spent a lot of time with me. Overall willow is not for me and I wouldn’t be back, but some of the ladies are nice and others are more standoffish.

I wish I could rate them zero. My sister delivered with them at the end of February and not only did they heavily push the use of castor oil to induce labor which was incredibly dangerous for my sister (who was not made aware of the high risk of doing so) and my unborn nephew, but also their billing department has not been able to give them an accurate account balance due to frequent mistakes on their end and are now trying to get another $1000 after our insurance assured us everything had been settled. If you care about the safety of you and your unborn child and the security of your finances please reconsider using this center.

There’s a reason why Willow has the best rating in town. Coming from a previous, not-so-great, pretty traumatic birth experience at a different birth center (in a different state), I wasn’t sure if I could do another, and was considering a medicated birth at a hospital but knew I need s to at least give it another shot. So, I researched and interviewed several birth centers in the area and am so grateful to have found Willow, they are hands down the best and that’s been clear from the start. Every midwife is truly wonderful, so knowledgable, supportive and empowering. Their entire staff is a pleasure to engage with as well and their practice and birthing rooms are always so clean and absolutely beautiful. I have also met several moms randomly outside of Willow that also delivered here and heard nothing but glowing experiences, which only further validates my sureness and confidence in Willow that I can do this again and have a better experience with the right care team. My prenatal care has been very attentive, education-heavy, and I’ve felt nothing less than truly cared for. Willow has exceeded my expectations, taught me so much as a second-timer and I am so relieved I can have the birth I want to experience with the right midwifery care that I and so many others need. Also, natural birth may not be for everyone but I am 100% positive that those who qualify, can do it and have a great experience with willow. Why Willow doesn’t have 5 stars is beyond me because I’ve never experienced anything less and always remember when reading reviews, that there are two sides to every story. If you have concerns, express them. I am looking forward to updating this after the birth of my second child! :) and thank you Willow team for all the care, healing, and confidence you’ve given to me throughout my second pregnancy journey.

This was my first pregnancy.. I chose willow because of my birth plan and they understood. However during labor my midwife had no patience and I felt was not supportive. She did have a trainee that was amazing!! I am so thankful for her PATIENCE, support and love she provided. If it werent for her, my mom, and boyfriend I would have had a very hard time. I did request to go to the hospital but they convinced me not to because of how long it would take to get there. My son will now be 2 years old with a diagnosis of Hemiplegia cerebral palsy. It has been a very stressful and long journey and I was in labor for about 70+ hours, I feel this has an impact on his disability which has been very difficult to deal with.

I recently had my first baby with the help of the Willow midwives. I switched to them at 21 weeks of pregnancy after I decided I’d rather not deliver at the hospital and I decided a natural birth was best for my health and baby’s. I really enjoyed the prenatal visits at the birth center. They were laid back and the calm atmosphere helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. I got to meet all the midwives that way and got to know them. I was often anxious about the pregnancy but they were always so reassuring. Whenever I had concerns, I could call the midwife on call 24 hours a day. I ended up needing a procedure to turn my baby since she was breech, and they scheduled me with their preferred provider at the hospital just a couple days later, which was smooth and successful. My labor ended up being long and difficult due to baby’s position and I decided to transfer to the hospital from the birth center for pain relief. The transfer was super smooth, and a Willow midwife was ready at the hospital to help us deliver our baby. Even though our plan changed, we were able to have the birth we wanted at the hospital because of the supportive care of the midwife there - she already had looked over my file and knew all of our birth preferences! I was so thankful to have a calm gentle model of care as I feel I would have ended with a C section if it weren’t for Willow’s care providers. Willow has also helped care for me and the baby for the month following delivery and has helped make breastfeeding successful, which most pediatricians wouldn’t be able to help with the same way. They noticed baby’s tongue tie and were able to refer out for that. I strongly recommend Willow if you would like a gentle approach to pregnancy and birth, or are looking for care providers that will help you achieve as natural of a birth as you desire!

Ironically, right on the top of my miscarriage medication instructions, it says Your Birth Story Begins Here! When it has in fact ended for now. This was my first pregnancy, and while I fully understand that Willows care could not change the physical outcome, the mental outcome has made it an incredibly difficult experience for me.Here are my main takeaways from my brief time with Willow as my provider:- Initial six week appointment went well, the dating ultrasound was requested with Bella Womens Care, and I was told Bella would call me to schedule. Two weeks later they hadnt called, and it took several phone calls between both practices, but it got scheduled. No problem, things happen.- I was 9 weeks, 5 days at my first ultrasound, only to be told I was measuring at 6 weeks, 1 day. I wasnt as far along as I thought, when I knew for a fact my dates could not be that far off. I was initially told that all they see is a healthy 6 week baby, and I had to push quite a bit for more to be done. It was initially recommended I wait 3-4 weeks to do another ultrasound, but that was reduced to 2 weeks to see if the baby had grown. That was a very, very long two weeks.- The next ultrasound confirmed my baby hadnt grown at all, and there was no heartbeat. The technician at Bella tried to get Willow on the phone for me in the office, but somehow called a birth center in Minnesota. The poor midwife I spoke to was so confused.- The next day, I was spoken to and given instructions for my decision to take medication to manage the miscarriage. I was never offered a pain prescription as the instructions say I could be, it was never discussed. In summary: It will be like a heavy period, take ibuprofen and a heating pad, call us if you have any concerns. That was an absolute understatement of what I went through that night.- The following morning, I received an automated email that said Welcome to Willow, and congrats on your pregnancy! Here is some helpful information. I had been a patient for 5-6 weeks at that point, and my miscarriage had been confirmed a few days ago. NOT COOL, Willow.- The instructions provided said I needed to follow up within 2-3 days after taking the medication. I called to ask if I needed to schedule an appointment, and the office really didnt know what I was supposed to do or what I was asking.- I eventually scheduled a telehealth appointment, and have had to call the midwife on call several times with more unanswered questions/concerns. I just felt so unprepared for what my body was going through. Take a pregnancy test about a week after the bleeding stops. Call us if the bleeding gets worse, or go to the ER. No blood tests, no additional follow up, nothing. I ended up relying heavily on reading through others experiences.I will say that the midwives and staff at the birth center (vs the Central location, where I had my first appointment) were generally more helpful and empathetic.I know the pandemic has added an extra layer of difficulty, and I could be extra sensitive during a difficult time, but I feel like I was no longer a priority because I would not be a patient at the birth center. For something that happens in approximately 10-20 percent of pregnancies, I do not feel like my situation was handled well. Im not sure where the future lies for me right now, but Im pretty sure Willow will not be in it.

While I had originally expected a hospital birth after talking with my Doulas it was clear my dream was for a calm and relaxed home birth. We met with a few birth centers and midwives but fell in love with Willow and their staff. The home birth midwife team was absolutely wonderful. I had the pleasure of having Caitlyn there for my birth. I always felt like they were on my side and allowed me to make informed decisions based on my situation. They answered all my questions that I had and there were many being a first time Mom. They take so much time with you to make sure you are comfortable and know that to expect. My husband was not sure about a home birth at first but was so pleased with the experience after he said he wished he had that same experience with his 2 older children he has previously. I cant thank them enough for such an amazing birth and after birth experience.

When I found out I was pregnant, I knew my mindset and birth preferences aligned more with a more gentle approach to pregnancy & labor/birth- but I couldnt find a place that felt right. I toured a number of other birth centers, but I just didnt get the good vibes I was looking for. My husband and I then toured a hospital, and the sterile environment caused my husband to keep looking for other options. He eventually found Willow, which is about 25 minutes from our house- I agreed to go to a tour, and we were hooked. We immediately transferred our care from an OB to Willow.Care throughout pregnancy was good, you had plenty of time at each appointment and time to discuss whatever you would like- if you needed to. But, what makes this review a 5 star for me was my actual labor/birth.I ended up laboring for 44 hours, and spent the last 9ish of those hours at Willow. I was absolutely exhausted after not having slept since Sunday night (I went into labor on Monday night- it was now Wednesday). My midwife was Emily B., there was also a midwife in training, my husband and our doula. The room was dark, and comfortable- and I was able to labor how I wanted to all day, with some light encouragement to try new things every once and awhile. Honestly, most of my labor is a bit of a blur- exhaustion mixed with pain- but I remember feeling and thinking that I couldnt imagine doing this in any other way. Having Emily as our midwife felt like one of those you get what you need situations- she was the perfect midwife for us and attribute a lot of the positive thoughts that I have about my experience to her. After 1.5 hrs of pushing, baby came out in the water and the cord was wrapped tightly around her neck. Emily and Rebecca worked quickly and calmly, it was off before I even knew what was really happening- baby stayed on my chest the whole time.We stayed for four hours post birth and it was the perfect amount of them taking care of me & baby, bringing us food, coming in to check on us and chat a bit, and then also giving us time alone just the three of us.Overall, the experience turned out to be exactly what I wanted. A vaginal drug-free water birth in a calm environment with supportive women. If youre looking for the same, I highly recommend checking out Willow!

Stop reading reviews and just set up an appointment for willow. You will not regret it! I switched from my ob to willow at 32 weeks because I wanted a natural birth experience and I wasnt confident I would get the support I was looking for at the hospital. Every visit with each midwife they took the time to make sure I was feeling confident and all my questions were answered. They helped me make decisions for me and my baby instead of telling me what to do or pressuring me into anything. And they were always supportive of what I wanted to do. I was 41+5 weeks and they helped me stay patient and get baby to come without having to be induced. We made it to the birth center just 30 minutes before our baby was born. Lisa was there with us and she was the best support! I felt like I could really trust her and that made me feel confident when i needed it most. I will definitely be coming back to willow for my next baby!

I just want to encourage every first time mom who reads this, to follow their instinct, no matter how much you trust your midwife. I am disappointed in willow for never having me do a 3rd trimester ultrasound. My baby was 2lbs5oz, stillborn at 36 weeks, and even though I called them to say I couldnt feel baby move, they just told their tips to make him move(this was over the weekend). Then on Monday I wanted to go in for check up, I was rejected because they were too busy, to take me in without appointment, even though I had light bloody discharge, and mind you I was just 36 weeks that monday. They left me at home with 24 hours contraction, at 36 weeks with first baby, till I was enough dilated. I still cant believe they thought that was normal to wait and received me in a birth center, even though 36 weeks is an early term baby, especially for a 1st pregnancy and a singleton.Honestly, I have just accepted it as this is my story and i make peace with it. life and death are so close, and a baby being born healthy is no short of a miracle and a huge blessing. It has been almost a year, my trauma has been healing, but I felt I need to write this, because if you are a first time mom: follow your heart, your instinct, dont even worry a bit that going and banging on your midwife birth center door whenever you feel urgency too, is unnecessary and hysterical, no it is not, even if everything is fine.Is it all gloomy? NO, I recognize the fact that my birth was good and them coming for a few days at our home to do home check ups, because I couldnt handle emotionally being back there. They also called birth photographer and did what they thought was best, I still needed to share this. Birth is beautiful, and birth center, as long as you are not high risk, and follow through with what you choose to, would always be my first choice, but truths and stories like this also cant go under the rug, and only the bright shine stories and reviews are highlighted.I hope I am not hurting anyone with my review, I respect all reviews and I would still reccomend willow if you believe birth center is a good fit for you.And Nikki Brewer, their yoga teacher is the true angel, from whom I learned how to birth my son un-medicated and go through labour well.

Weve had two children here and Willow is without doubt THEE best. The one star is because their billing is never straight forward. We had billing issues after our first child and thought it was just a flop. Now with the second child we keep getting billed and we keep being told to call their contracted Billing service, Innovation Billing Services, Inc. They do not answer calls or get things resolved. This has turned a joyous experience into a disaster, for the 2nd time! Weve already paid in advance what insurance wouldnt cover and yet, were being billed over $1,100. Some of the charges do not appear legitimate either. For example, we never rented a Birth Tub. This might actually have us reconsider a different clinic if this billing situation doesnt get resolved ASAP!

The midwives are knowledgeable and passionate, both in their work and in taking care of their clients. They helped me feel empowered in every decision I made as an expecting mother. My birth went exactly as I had hoped, with gentle care from the midwives and birthing assistants in a setting I was able to customize to my needs in order to feel secure and in charge at every step.

Willow was such a phenomenal experience. We had previously used a midwife that met us at a hospital, and we found that Willow was far and away a better experience. There is no pressuring of interventions, there was not a constant filtering of new people into the room, and you are surrounded by familiar faces that were comforting and confident. It is nice knowing your costs up front once you start the process, and are not shocked 2 years down the road when the hospital tries to squeeze more money out of you. They also offer a wide range of classes and information with regards to an out of hospital birth. Their facility is beautiful, and when the day comes you will feel comfortable and confident in your choice right away.Belinda and Diane are amazing! If in doubt about giving birth outside of a hospital, I highly recommend you do a tour with one of them and ask all of your questions. You will not regret it. Again, I could not recommend them more and we could not be happier with our choice to bring our healthy and happy baby girl into this world with them.

Where do I begin? I cannot say enough wonderful things about Willow.Diane, Belinda, Janna, and Lindsay were there for me every step of the way! They were so caring and I felt well taken care of. They are so genuine and I couldnt have been luckier to find them.During my birth, I was so amazed by the team Willow had assembled. These ladies understood me through every half-word, grunt, sigh, and gasp of air! Diane knew exactly what I needed without me even saying anything! Thank you for delivering my baby. The Willow team will always be a largely significant part of my life. I cannot thank you enough. I will be back to see you when I have my second baby.

Willow gave me the home birth I had always wanted. Everything went so smooth. Crystal and her assistant were incredibly prepared and efficient, and Crystal was so patient and encouraging during the whole birth process. They also do a home postpartum visit to check on you and the baby and do the heel stick test which is awesome.

Willow was hand down the best birth experience I could imagine. I had two hospitals births that I felt like a had no control over my birth I knew I wanted my next pregnancy and delivery to be different. When we found out we were expecting our third I knew I really wanted Willow as my provider. They made the insurance verification and the cost super simple and easy to understand. I decided on a planned hospital birth since we were not 100% comfortable with the birth center or at home since I had complications with my last two births (which were from unnecessary medical interventions). Diane and Belinda answered all our concerns and supported all my choices. When it came down to delivery Diane was there the whole time! My husband and mother were blown away on how amazing they were with us during my labor. I truly believe I wouldnt of been able to go natural without the support of Diane. My Husband loved that she included him in the delivery making sure he got to announce the sex and cut the babys cord which was very important to him. The after care was just as amazing they did a home visit checked on the baby and I I am still blown away on the care Willow offers. I will never go to anyone else when it comes to my womens care.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about willow and their staff. I am a first time mom and during my whole pregnancy i felt so encouraged, supported, and confident. All the midwives are amazing but I personally dealt with Belinda the most and she was actually the midwife on call when I delivered. I’m so thankful for her experience and knowledge because I know that my birth story would have been totally different if I were in a hospital. My son flipped OP during labor which caused him to be stuck on a lip in my cervix. Because of this I pushed for hours with no progression (I was in labor for 20 hours total). Belinda knew exactly what to do, and though it was painful she believed in me and made me feel strong enough to handle it. Not only that, but her assistants were so encouraging with their words and touch. The whole ambiance in the room was calm with essential oils, dimmed lights, and soft music. It was such a beautiful and amazing experience. I wish I could re live that day over and over (minus the pain lol)! I love willow and am going to have all my babies there!

They even offer mama yoga classes! It is an empowering and exciting center!

Cannot recommend Willow more highly. From our first visit, to our incredible delivery and even a week postpartum, their professionalism, genuine care, expert knolwedge and overall warmth has blown us away! We were 1 of 3 moms delivering the day our little was born and we felt like we were the only family there. It was and continues to be the best decision we could have made for our prenatal care, labor and delivery. I am excited for our next pregnancy so we can do it all over again .

My wife and I had met with two OBGYNs before switching to Willow. My wife really wanted to give birth with as little intervention as possible. After we toured the Willow, it felt like home away from home! The loving Willow Midwives provided us with individualized care and a family oriented natural birth experience! Diane was the midwife on call who checked us into the birthing center. Four hours after checking in my wife delivered 100% naturally, our beautiful, healthy baby girl. Not only that, we were able to leave the next morning to return home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING A TOUR!!!

The midwives and birth assistants go above and beyond for their mama’s at Willow. We feel so grateful and blessed that we found them and entrusted them with our first pregnancy and delivery. My husband and I had the most incredible natural birth experience without fear or reservations and we could not have done it without the help of these incredible women warriors! Diane never left my side throughout my entire labor and delivery (over 12 hours with her) and she was encouraging and loving every single step of the way. She never gave up on me and she was the most encouraging person when I wanted to give up myself! Words cannot express our gratitude for these knowledgeable and insanely patient and uplifting women... They never doubted me or my abilities from day one and my son’s birth was more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed, I would do it all over again. Thank you so much Willow Midwife Center, I cant wait to have the rest of my babies with you beautiful ladies!

I cannot say enough positive things about these women! They are amazing and have been a part of all three of my deliveries. This was the 1st time I delivered outside of a hospital and the experience was beyond words. I had some complications and Belinda took a highly stressful and dangerous situation and handled it wonderfully. I did not need to go to a hospital though I came close but with her hard work and determination she kept me safe. I stayed all day with them and felt like I was in a hotel. She even gave my wife a job when I was having complications to keep her focused and less stressed. It was so nice to go home at the end of the day rather than staying all night. The follow up care was also wonderful! They have become part of our family and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Willow is simply the best! I had a long labor (49 hours from the start of contractions) with an unpredictable progression (contractions didnt follow a consistent pattern). Im so grateful that we switched to Willow because there is no doubt in my mind that any hospital would have pushed interventions on me and I would have ended up with pitocin and a C-section. I checked in with Willow multiple times in early labor and for the last 13 hours while at Willow, they kept a close eye on me and the baby checking our vitals frequently. Since I and the baby were continuing to do well, they allowed us to continue without intervention and my baby boy was born naturally, alert, healthy and ready to breastfeed. :) We went home a few hours later after the recommended 2 hours of family time and health checks. Amazing team at Willow!

The loving willow midwives provided us with individualized prenatal care and a family-oriented natural birth experience!I cannot say enough good things about Willow Midwife Center and everyone who works there! I was seeing an OB/GYN for most of my pregnancy, but did not connect well with the doctor or the PAs. It seemed like I was just a patient and not a pregnant mother with a growing little one within me. I had joyful tears in my eyes after my first visit to Willow because of how loved I felt. My husband and I were also so relieved we were finally able to find a caring place to give birth. Needless to say I switched my prenatal care over to Willow at about 36 weeks pregnant. I really liked that my husband was able to be very involved with the prenatal visits and birth, which meant a lot to me.I was able to have a natural birth with no interventions at all. It was the most profound experience to be able to give birth in this way. Belinda was the main midwife at my daughters birth and Crystal assisted. I have a deep affinity for both of these midwives for how well they treated me and my family. My husband and I are also Catholic and they were so respectful of us choosing not to use birth control. They are also getting certified to instruct Natural Family Planning, which is amazing! They even supported us in our churchs magazine. Talk about personal care! I still continue to go to Willow for female check ups with the same great care each time! :)

I went to Willow because I didnt want a typical hospital birth. While they do offer that, and delivery at the center itself, I chose to have a home birth. My midwife was Crystal Péna and she was amazing! The quality of care was top-notch. We had monthly then weekly visits to check babys development. And although I went to 41 weeks I didnt stress as I felt confident that she could handle anything that arose competently. I had a smooth birth at home. I chose to use a birthing tub, and let me tell you... I wish I had gotten in there sooner. It helped my pain levels so much! I labored for 12 hours, pushed for 45 mins and had a beautiful baby girl at 8 lbs 12 oz! Willow provides after care and well checks for mom and baby for 6 weeks as well as classes and community support. I cant recommend them enough. Thanks Willow!! 💟

I appreciate what Willow is providing for women in terms of birthing options. However, my experience has been less then par. I had experienced what l believe was my first miscarriage. I was encouraged by two close friends to reach out to Willow, due to their own experiences, since they believed I would be given the care to help me confirm what exactly occurred with my body. I reached out to Willow, verified whether or not they accept my insurance and could help address my situation and had an appointment scheduled right away. At my appointment I was cared for with little empathy and kindness. I felt like, since I had not scheduled to make Willow my birthing home (although that was something my husband and I were considering), that I was a sub-par patient... an inconvenience. I paid my co-pay. They took pictures of my insurance card and added it to my file. Just from my patient experience I pretty much wrote willow off as being a birthing option for me. Fast forward and I got my bill, via their third party, in the mail. It had me listed as uninsured and had an exuberant amount of money due. I called willow and played phone tag. I called the third party billing and provided my insurance information, which they claimed willow never provided to them. I was assured it would all be taken care of and billed properly and to disregard my current statement. I was glad to provide my insurance information over the phone and trusted it was resolved. I then called willow again to help them understand what happened to help ensure it wouldn’t happen to others. Of course, it involved a lot of phone tag again. When I finally got whomever it was that was in charge of billing at Willow they informed me they HAD provided my insurance information but said they would follow up on my file with their third party to ensure all was taken care of. I trusted that would be done and felt confident all my billing issues would go away with everyone in the know and double checking. Fast forward again... I get another bill... still noting me as being uninsured and with an exuberant amount of money due, this time it’s all in red. I call the biller, the third party, and they don’t have ANY of my insurance, that I had provided over the phone, on file. It seems both parties dropped the ball. I lost confidence in their billing/business/customer service practice. Willow assured me they would follow up on my file and ensure my insurance information was noted with the biller. The biller assured me they would update my billing. Neither was done. So, while you may have a beautiful birthing experience at willow, I don’t feel confident placing my body under someone’s care who can’t seem to get simple paper processes complete to minimize their patient’s headaches. During the course of all this husband and I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and scheduled a tour of willow. I was ambushed over the phone not giving opportunity to talk and ask questions when scheduling. We had the tour and requested a breakdown of expenses for certain birthing options. It took over a month to get that statement. By that time we decided it was best to look for prenatal care/birthing options elsewhere. I’m pregnant again and I have an excellent provider who has provided open and thorough billing and care.

There are not enough stars to rate the midwives at Willow! We saw them recently for our third pregnancy and delivery and it was leaps and bounds above my experiences with either of my older two children. Diane and Belinda are incredibly patient, personable, and encouraging. Appointments were never rushed, no matter how little sleep they were running off of. They always took the time to care for mine and babys physical wellbeing, as well as mental and emotional. After carefully reviewing my history, they were nothing but supportive of my desire to go for a VBAC and addressed every fear that arose throughout my pregnancy with love and encouragement. They even involved our older kids in prenatal appointments, asking them how they were feeling about the sibling on the way and allowing them to use the fetal doppler to check for heart tones. They truly went above and beyond helping me and my husband put together a plan for birth that we felt confident in. Not only are they amazing, but their office is comfortable, inviting, and always clean and well organized. They have put so much thought into the entire experience at Willow. From the childrens play corner, to the snacks available in the waiting area, to the numerous classes available, to the meal delivered to your home after birth, the little details make this about so much more than a patient/practitioner relationship. I cant imagine trusting another provider with my womens care needs more than I trust Belinda and Diane.
