They used Disney Frozen hair brushes on my hair. Charged me 400$. 0/10 would not go again

I went in with no idea what I wanted, and they did an excellent job. Ended up getting a cut and highlights. I would definitely recommend this place.

Worst experience do not recommend ! Paid $180 to go blonde. I was told it would only take two sessions 15 days in between. After both sessions my hair still looks the same. Brown! Then was told I have to wait two months! Never going back. Im just saying if I wanted it brown I could have done it myself. Not to mention I live far. Waste of gas, money, and my time.

Loved my cut with Norma, I gave her vague directions and she made magic! Will definitely come back again! Usually I end up having to get a cut at a salon and then at barbershop for the sides but she took care of it all.Me encanto el Corte con Norma me quedo mágico el corte. Regresaré a este salon!

They use the cheapest bleach possible , completely burned my hair , had to get deep treatments for a year before being able to dye it again. I had bright pink hair for a whole year instead of the dark burgundy I asked for .

I live near this salon & wanted to try them out. It was not clear to me if this was a walk in place or appointments were necessary. I found no mention on their FB or instagram. So I called...For starters they answer the phone with hello. Youd never know it was a business. They dont speak English. After the girl that answered picked up the phone, I was passed around multiple times. I got across I wanted a womens cut and we agreed on a 4:30 appointment.The place seemed clean. Music was WAY too loud, I couldnt hear myself think. I signed in and the girl at the counter motioned scissors showing she understood what I wanted. I should add, I was never greeted or acknowledged by the staff beyond this.I sat for 30 minutes and counted 8 people that came in after me be taken back before me. Remember , I made an appointment. After 30 minutes I had enough and left.The salon is a ghetto great clips, nothing special.I would absolutely not recommend this place & the rude / unprofessional staff.

I went with my 4 kids so 3 of them could get a haircut. After waiting for more than half an hour someone else walks in that knows the two stylist working. When it was finally my turn, the guy started to walk me and my son back then said, “actually, I’m going to help the other boy, she is almost done and she will help you” then I go back to waiting. I just left after that because they are suggesting my money is not as good as the other persons. My money and time is just as valuable. And I still had to wait because I did not know them personally.Fui con mis 4 hijos al salon, y tres de ellos iban a revibir corte. Despues de mas de media hora de espera, que eso no me molesta es normal, entro otra persona que conoce al estilista. Ya le tocaba a mis hijo y ya me habían dado el paso con mi hijo en brazos y me sale con “a voy a pasar al otro niño, ella ya mero acaba y ella la atiende” la otra estilista. Y de regreso a esperar. No debería de ver esa preferencia. Mi dinero vale lo mismo que al que paso enfrente de mi. Mejor me sali porque al hacer eso usted me hizo entender que no quiere mi negocio por no conocerme.

So not impressed! Was checking this salon out... Got a Spanish speaker twice and hung up on. Told her isnt this a English speaking salon... She said wait and hung up on me. Glad Im not giving this salon my service! Rude!

If i could give it 0 stars I would they didn’t do my hair right and there’s a lot of small pieces on my hair and have better service to the other people and tools photos of the older people and gave me bad service
