Did not provide me the hairstyle that I wanted customer service was horrible I asked if they can re-braid the front of my hair she refused I did not want money back I just wanted the front of my hair re-braided. The owner told she doesn’t care about me being mad and she also blocked my number $220 of my hard earned money went to a selfish person who care less about pleasing her customer.

I shop from here for Afro hair extensions.. nice place with lots of variety.. Please improve on color variety too as my mom and I have been here couple of times.. she couldnt find any hair extension with the color of her choice

I went in last Friday for braids hair was nothing like I asked. So I called owner immediately and sent her pics of my hair. She wanted to do over next day so I had to take hair down and go back. I had to buy more hair! She braided my hair too tight. Next morning braid in front of my head came out and took a plug of my hair with it! I took my hair down immediately! I again sent her pics and told her it was only fair to issue refund. She agreed! Next morning got a text from her saying I was trying to destroy her business because of the bad review I left. The only thing that was destroyed was my hair, money, and time! I will be filing a small claim against her!

My visit yesterday at the salon was successful. I was able to book an appointment and get my hair done which incidentally came out stylishly!

I went in to get my hair braided for the first time and was very please with the level of professionalism of the women working and how quickly I was in and out of the shop. Since it was my first time getting braids it did hurt a bit and it was kind of overwhelming to have two people working on my head, one of whom was more gentle than the other. I do also wish that they had everything that I needed available. For example, my braids were intended to be finished with gold beading but there was only one pack of beads in the shop.The finished product looks great and I am very happy with what was accomplished, just after leaving the store I immediately started receiving compliments.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE IN MESA!!!! I called on Monday, February 25, 2019 and was given an appointment for Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 3:000pm which was fine. I was also told I could pay via cash app since I just moved here from out state and my bank isn’t in Arizona which was a perk for me. Fast forward, I get to my appointment at 2:50pm only to be told the hair braided left for the day because her first client never showed so she decided to leave. Go elsewhere! Totally not worth it.

First time in this establishment .Im trying to support black owned businesses, but the unfriendliness I felt from the 2 African women from Sudan was disappointing. Their attitudes made me uncomfortable.The non- African staff was more helpful than the ones who look like me. Africans!!! We have to do better.To make matters worse, Everything is over priced; including the price for hair Braiding and crochet that elementary school kids are doing on YouTube videos .So sad, Now, I have to go spend my money at an Asian owed store. It doesnt have to be that way...lower your prices, those African women need to be humble and treat their customers with courtesy, respect & dignity. No matter how thriving your business, it will dissolve without your customers satisfaction. .

Never Again! I am done Fa real! My hair was so so so tangled up in the back when I took out my twist. Atrocious! I have been getting my hair braided many times . I have been going to Aida and the girls at Sierra gal since 2007, they are wonderful and have taken care of me and now my daughter for years. I have recommended many clients to them. They are down to earth, caring people who don’t recommend just what sell but what is a good product for your hair and they will be honest with you if it is not going to “Look like the picture”!!!! They are GREAT and I love Them!!!

The owner is the hardest working woman I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing, she has braided my hair several times always goes above and beyond and my hair always looks amazing, it’s sad to see some of the reviews that has been posted I can tell you that if you go get your hair done here you will not be disappointed. Once again I am a satisfied customer. Ive been in Arizona 8 months. I googled looking for hair, came in the store to buy hair and ended up coming back to get my hair done. They are friendly and make you laugh. I show them a hairstyle I like and Ive had no problems with them giving me what I ask for. My first experience at this shop was well over 12 years. The braider did such a great job on the singles (two strand twists) I wanted so I decided to return. On 4/13/19, I had crochet braids done by Vivian and she did a fabulous job! Mercy beaucoup! I’m a middle school teacher. I received many compliments about my hair from several staff & students. Many students liked it so much they literally couldn’t keep their hands off my hair (lol). I have yet to experience any pain, but a little discomfort which is to be expected so no biggie. The pricing is reasonable. What you’re quoted over the phone is what you actually pay. Aida & Vivian we’re both very friendly. I arrived 30 mins before my scheduled appointment & was in a chair about 10 minutes after arriving. Aida called me a few hours before my appointment to confirm that I was still coming. I’m completely unbothered by the fact that they speak French when communicating with each other. If you’re that insecure or easily offended then there are plenty of braiders in the Valley who are monolingual—speak English only. Do not let the negative comments dissuade you from doing business with shop. I will definitely be returning in the near future!

Scammer. Terrible old dry cracked at the scalp wig. Ali baba hair... Charged me $30 . She didnt let me hold it or touch it before I purchased.now I know why. Save your money get better Chinese hair on Amazon. Go to United beuaty get some better hair for same price. She doesnt care about you or others people only your $ rember that.

My roommate went for 5 braids straight back with blonde braiding hair added. The “stylist” couldn’t properly blend it into her real hair and my friend explained she was unhappy with it! And the woman had only done one braid! The “stylist” had the nerve to say “if you want blonde hair, dye it” waaaaaait, WHAT?!!!?!? Calling their “customer service” poor is an understatement! They were down right rude, disrespectful, and prejudice. My friend is Hispanic and they kept telling her because of her hair type her hair wasn’t going to look like theirs!!!! Who liscensed this shop? How are they in business!? On top of the fact that they CLEARLY dont know what they are doing they’re rude? How does that work? Ridiculous.

My wife Evangelina had her hair done in micro braids 2 weeks ago today, more then 20 braids have come out , 3 days after she had her hair braided up I had to take her in to have 3 braids put back in !!!! My wife has been wearing braids for YEARS and have never had this problem , sodisappointed and my wife is angry , because her hair looks horriable we paid for a job that was not done wellits shameful you pay good money expecting to get what you pay for in this case that is NOT TRUE !!!!!
