Working in health care during these difficulty times, its important to know they have a great team in place ready to care for your love one. This is way I recommend anyone looking for assistant living come here first, before they get stuck somewhere they wont be happy.

During this hard time of the pandemic the staff at Heritage Village has been working diligently on keeping me updated as to what is going on at the facility and adjusting plans as needed.As I am not able to visit the rooms to see what is needed by mom to keep her comfortable they have called me to inform me she is needing items and now I call once a month and Barbara has been able to get me over a list so that I can have the items purchased to take when I visit. I have had great assistance in getting the items purchased into her and they are always friendly.Barbara and the staff that work with her have assisted us in making our visits to my mom special. They are very patient with us and allow as much time as possible to visit. They also tell me how much they enjoy my mom which is nice to know that they care about the residents.We left another nursing home almost two years ago in a hurry because of the horrible way the staff was treating my mother and where fortunate enough to find Heritage Village. Would I recommend Heritage Village to someone, yes I would.

Such a beautiful community! The staff is all very polite and helpful, Linde was so easy to work with and so caring and friendly! Such an amazing experience through such a difficult time for my family. I know my grandmother will be very well cared for and treated like family.

Heritage village assisted living receives my highest rating . The staff are all so focused on providing excellent care to all of their residents. They treat them with the utmost respect and dignity. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a place for their mom or dad .

This iss one of the best facilities foe your loved one. Their staff truly care about the residents and provide excellent care. I have enjoyed working at Heritage Village Assisted Living so much these past few months! The families are wonderful and I love my management ❤ I honestly have not worked with a better team ever!!The community is beautiful and well kept as well which says alot about how well everyone works as a team here!!

What a fantastic place that I was able to send my dad. He has Alzheimers and is very difficult to deal with at times. The staff is friendly and responds to every need.

Beautiful community! Has a higher level of care like a group home and I love the individual houses. Very homey does not feel like assisted living at all! Staff are wonderful, and Angelica V who oversees Marketing has a heart of gold and accepts nothing but the best for their residents.

Linde has always been quick to respond and wonderful to work with! The individual cottages make this community feel like you’re right at home.

I have visited this lovely community several times and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The location is also pretty nice because it has lovely mountain scenery outside all the windows. I would recommend this assisted living community to everyone.

This is a beautiful facility that offers residents an at home atmosphere that is warm and inviting! With a cook in each home, there are many wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen and varying activities offered for the residents. A beautiful patio is available for enjoying the beautiful Arizona weather and there are views of the beautiful Superstition and Usery mountains.

Heritage Village is a beautiful and love filled environment. Also a wonderful home like set up. We love new faces and adore our residents.

We have had a great experience at Heritage Village. My father and step-mother were/are both residents there. When my father was in the last stages of his life (resulting from a head injury), Heritage staff provided love and support to my step-mom and our entire family. After my father passed, they have continued to provide love, support and care to my step-mom (who has dementia and requires additional care). I recently watched Lisa (a medical technician) provide a literal shoulder for my step-mom to cry on as she was coming to terms with my dads passing. Heritage provides a safe and caring environment and is a great place from the office staff to the home care staff. They provide enriching activities, and love and support, which is what we were looking for as a place for our parents in their later years.

The care and attention to detail of this community is incredible. Everyone who works here is passionate about the level of individualized care they give each of their residents. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!! My mom suffers from dementia and wanders. 60% of people with dementia do. I placed her here because it was supposed to be a secure facility, codes on doors for entry. I did not realize that most staff were too lazy to bother wanting to answer the door so everyone had the code. My mom walked out with visitors. She walked out when door has been propped open. Codes were changed after several weeks but I think the staff was annoyed they had to now answer door since. They then decided legally they can dump my mom at ER and get rid of her. That is what they did-took a frail confused elderly resident and sent them to ER so they could be rid of her. Not caring or compassionate at all. DO NOT PLACE A LOVED ONE HERE> THEY SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

Heritage Village is a beautiful facility. But while their website claims that they offer memory care services for patients with Alzheimers disease, their staff is not not properly trained or capable of providing sufficient care for people who are suffering from late stage Alzheimers. Our family has had an awful experience with Heritage Village-- if youre looking for a facility that is able to care for a late stage Alzheimers patient, this is not the place.Instead of letting my Mom know that they couldnt provide the care that my grandfather needs due to his late stage of Alzheimers, and asking her to find a different facility that is a better fit for him, they had him transported and dumped at the local ER in his pajamas. He did not have a medical emergency that needed to be addressed--they just didnt want to deal with him. He was in the ER for over 36 hours before he was transferred to a nursing home with an Alzheimers unit.Jennifer, the director of the facility, would not return my mothers calls, and my grandfathers case worker had to call three times before she demanded to talk to speak to this woman and finally got a call back. Alyssa, one of my grandfathers caretakers, was incredibly rude to my mother on three occasions-- if she speaks to a residents family member like that, how does she treat the residents? My mother has been an ICU nurse for nearly 30 years, and she has never been rude to any of her patients family members. She did not deserve to be spoken to in the manner that she was.Heritage Village may be a great place for older senior citizens who are no longer able to live alone, but it is an awful place for late stage Alzheimers patients. This facility accepted my grandfather as a resident less than a month ago knowing his current condition. The last few weeks have been a nightmare for my family, and I am incredibly saddened that my grandfather has not been treated with the compassion and respect that all elderly people deserve.

What a wonderful place! As someone who has been in healthcare for a number of years, Im very impressed by the layout and design of this forward-thinking community. The cottages are spacious and gorgeous inside. I work closely with the staff here, and I can say that everyone is a complete professional with the residents best interests in mind. I would highly recommend this community for your loved one!

I have known Natalie the administrator for years. She used to work with me at another assisted living community. She has a great reputation and really takes care of the residents and staff members. I am glad to see her at Heritage Village which is such a nice place.

I wanted to express how caring and wonderful everyone who works there is. It is such a beautiful place but much more than that, they truly care and give each and every resident their personal and loving attention. I was so impressed and thankful that I was able to find this residence. I am thankful for Kelly Fulkerson for all the help she did in guiding me to finding a residence like this one. I am thankful for each and everyone who not only works there but added all the caring they gave my aunt. I will always be so grateful and pleased that this is where my aunt spent the last month of her life. Each and everyone deserves far more than a hug, at least a thousand of them.

Such a great place with nice people, the homes are beautiful and the residents seems very cheerful and happy. Over all a great in everyway.

I volunteered here recently and we colored hardboiled eggs with some residents. The place was impeccable and the activities director who we contacted in order to do the event, Tina, was very nice and organized.We were there for several hours and you could tell that the environment that the residents are in is very welcoming and caring.Plus its pretty cool that a doctors office is going to open right next to it.

Efficient and helpful with all information. Will consider as I age. Clean and beautiful surroundings and caring staff.

What a beautiful facility, friendly staff and the tour was fantastic! Linde was so kind and helpful.

I was not impressed with the coldness experienced here. Manager (?) Stan was rude to us when we came to view the home. It seemed he was more interested in potential fees than our family member. Looks nice on the outside but not too good on the inside. We decided to not place our family member here.
