I was at the end of my rope 3 years ago trying to deal with my allergies. The more active my outdoor lifestyle became, the more severe my reactions grew. The folks at AZ sneeze were able to identify the specific allergens that would set me off, turns out Im allergic to Arizona (palo verde, brittle brush, basically anything that grows outside in the Sonoran desert) and not my wifes new cat! My response to the immunotherapy was quick and within a few weeks, I was back on the MTB and hiking trails of our beautiful state. AZ sneeze saved my life, if youve been suffering from allergies and just cant get relief, give these guys a shot, no pun intended.

Seems like when covid started this office started to go down hill. Billing isnt correct or sloth slow, pre-authorization from insurance for costs not properly disclosed, and even regular maintenance isnt properly communicated. I really need you to get it together. I travel every week for work and cant continue to do business with this debacle

I am very disappointed with my visit to this office I was seen on 1/28/21 assessed and was sent for lab work and off medication for 3 days thinking I’d get some kind of allergy testing done. Following day had an allergic reaction and was in the E.R. the right side of my neck swelled to the point it was putting pressure on my ear. I left a message on the patient portal still have yet to receive a reply and awaiting blood work results. Still don’t know what is causing the allergic reactions. Not pleased at all.

Very disappointed my Mother was seen by this office as a follow up for a very severe Allergy reaction she waited a couple months to get in only to be treated poorly due to her insurance the Doc looked and sounded unimpressed he did not even try to excuse his facial reaction, not only this but even after knowing my mother was just intubated due to the allergy reaction the Doc asked her not to take allergy medicine for 3 days prior to her first appt she followed his directions and ended up back in the ER the same day as her first appt that evening she had her face and check swell up Thank God we got her to the ER quick enough she didn’t need to be intubated this time they gave her allergy medicine and steroid Through IV and prescribed meds to take at home she has since called and left messages and she has not been given a call back! Clearly this office is not out for the best interest of their patients but more so the money... PLEASE do not take your loved ones here in some cases allergies can be life or death and clearly the office does not care! Very Unimpressed with this office and providers.

Dr.s are great, wait times to get weekly shots is hit and miss. On multiple occasions it can take 10-15 min. To get shot (with only a few people in waiting) while the staff are just talking to one another...

I had been going to these allergist for over 10 years. It wasnt until I filled a grievance against another doctor/ employer did my care I received went down. I had this doctor office fill out my Fmla paperwork in the pass and never did my medical treatment plan was sent to any of my previous employers. Its very interesting since I told this office more than once not to release this information and they did it anyway. Also I was having breathing problems and this staff told me to tell the hospital, when go there what medication I needed even gave me a sheet with the medication listed on it. I was unaware of this, at the time, but this in fact is what a drug user would have done for drugs. Dont go to any of thier offices. They dont provide unbiased medical treatment.

My husband was referred to AAA so we chose the Mesa office for location. What a great decision that was. We met with Dr. Rose first and were followed up with Nicole. Nicole is fantastic!! She spent as much time as we needed with her answering all of our questions, explaining allergies, testing, skin conditions . . .and on and on. She helped us immensely!! We also worked with Jan and other techs who were pleasant and informative. As for the front office staff, they went above and beyond in every aspect of our visits!!! When we return in the fall, we will definitely return to them!!

I have only had positive experiences here. I find the support staff interested and engaged. Having received allergy shots here for over 4 years, both I have nothing but positive things to say. If you suffer from allergies, give them a try. You may end up feeling a lot better than you thought you could!

I have had allergies my whole life and things came to a head after I got a puppy. I have always been allergic to dogs but had been undergoing at home treatment that I thought was working. It actually wasnt because 2 weeks after getting the pup I started to react to her. My main problem was allergic conjunctivitis in my eyes. It was almost a daily occurrance and I was miserable. I saw DR ERDOS who was understanding and wanted to make sure I did not have to rehome my pup. He did testing and sure enough allergic to almost everything with dogs. cats, and grasses being the worst .He recommended an antihistemine I hadnt tried yet (XYZAL) and its GREAT, there is a generic. Out of all the allergy meds I have tried this one is the best, it kills Zyrtec. He prescribed an eye drop called Pazeo which has been a life saver. I also have been getting shots twice a week. They have good shot hours and are open until at least 5 everyday.I have had NO eye problems for several weeks now and can actually hold and play with my pup without a severe reaction.I am continuing shots and look forward to having far less severe allergies.

While the staff and doctors are nice and seem knowlegdeable I have been unable to get in contact with someone to discuss where my allergy vials are. I have been off my shots since November and I even paid extra so that it would be shipped to an allergist near where I’m going to school and I haven’t heard anything from them. I am frustrated and itchy. Don’t go here if you expect them to be prompt in answering your questions despite calling for several weeks.

Dr. Mark Rose Knows his stuff! Also a Compassionate Nursing Staff that ALWAYS goes the extra mile for you! I cant say enough about this staff especially Nurse Jan! These people care about what they do, and they care about how youre feeling. I am a very nervous Patient as I suffer from anaphylaxis due to my allergies along with my Asthma, I have avoided allergy shots simply from fear of the potential reaction to them though rare it was enough to stave me off this for years. I finally was able to make it through my first dose with the knowledge that I was in good hands because I know they have my safety and wellbeing as their 1st priority. I TRUST these folks and will continue to come here until I am allergy free!

Dr Rose is nice but the front office staff seems to always be upset and in a bad mood. She speaks to you like if she doesn’t like what she is doing and does not want to be there. I never feel welcomed and when I call it’s always a bad experience. Also it’s so difficult to deal with the Allergy shots. My mom has had to be without her shots for several months due to them never having the medication and I they did we wouldn’t know until we called to check. They wouldn’t call us to inform us of anything. It’s always back and forth with them every month until my mom just decided not to get them, even though her allergies were terribly bad. Very Unhappy with this office.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Erdos and his staff with a food allergy issue that I have been dealing with. Dr. Erdos never rushed through our appointments, made sure all if my questions were answered and even worked me into a 2 hour oral food testing session today, unscheduled. I enjoyed eating my 1st shrimp in 24 yrs.with Nurse Jenny today at their Mesa location! Super Hero Staff!

Dr Rose is a fine Doctor. The support staff leaves a lot to be desired. I can never get through the maze on their phone system without getting put to voice mail. I have yet to get a call back in response. I have 4 scripts that needed to be refilled by Express Scripts. Two were sent.

Many of the staff at this medical office are rude and act like insolent teenage girls. I am a clinical doctor myself and when I call to ask about my daughters treatment they are condescending, short and just unkind in general. Worse yet, I think the doctors there are clueless about the idiots running their practice. Unfortunate.
