Ive had great experiences having cupping and acupuncture treatments at Modern Acupuncture - Dana Park location in Mesa and San Tan in Gilbert! The treatments relieved my neck and back pain and stiffness. After treatment, I feel relaxed and refreshed. The staff was very friendly and they get me started with treatment right away upon arrival.

As a first timer, I had such amazing experience here at the Dana Park Modern Acupuncture location. Shannon and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable about the practice of acupuncture and very attentive in ensuring a beautiful experience. Just had my second appointment today and I walked out feeling ripped off. I mean I felt better as far as my pain but once o got to the register that all changed. So instead of excepting that just maybe the staff was busy on Monday ls shift and didn’t have time to explain to me that the next appointment wouldn’t be $29 heck they dint even explain your whole membership options, if they had I would’ve never returned. So basically the girl at the register was calling me a liar in the nicest possible way but unfortunately there’s no nice way to say that. Super disappointed didn’t enjoy the insult and definitely didn’t enjoy getting taken advantage of and ultimately ripped off. I’ll be taking my business to nicer people that can explain what financial obligations I’m signing up for. Thanks for opening my eyes to acupuncture but seriously do a better job! And definitely don’t have your stuff treat people like that. Girl was seriously rude! Appt was July 1st @4:15

This experience was EVERYTHING!! The process was painless. The staff was beyond AMAZING. Such a thorough explanation of the process before treatment. After all of my areas of issues were discussed I was placed in a zero gravity reclining chair with a massage setting equipped with just the right amount of heat. Then came the acupuncture!! BABY I was so relaxed I actually fell aatsleep! I woke up feeling peaceful and already feeling better! I cant wait to return for my next session! Kudos the owner and staff!! They got it Right!

Was very pleased with the cupping treatment with Ben. Ben was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful to explain treatment results. I suggest getting Ben schedule to make your next appointment at Dana Park Mall or San Tan Mall.

I had a acupuncture appointment with Jose at the Mesa location a couple weeks ago. I was feeling super stressed out at the time and have chronic nerve pain. Unfortunately, I could only have 1 treatment because I am not local but MAN what a difference just 1 session made! I came out so relaxed and happy and about half a day after my appointment I have a considerable amount of relief from my nerve pain. So thankful for Dana, Jose and the rest of the staff for their help. Absolutely coming to see them every time Im in town.

Wow, just wow. Great, attentive service, quality atmosphere and relaxing environment. I signed up for the monthly package the first day! I just left and am looking into the boost to my plan if I can make it after 6 every day.I felt amazingly quick results for my plantar fasciitis (heel pain) as well as for my overall stress level. I meditated while getting a massage in the recliner there while sometimes glancing at the Nature Relaxation 4k views on the huge 65”?monitor above me, but I didn’t opt for the heated seat.I’ve also done 4 cold laser therapy treatments at my Chiropractor, I’ve been doing red light therapy with a device I bought online, electric stimulation on a foot machine I bought online, rolling my foot over a tennis ball, pain relieving cream, gel, and a lidocaine ointment. Nothing seemed to work as quickly as acupuncture. I’m glad that I may not end up getting surgery and having to take time off of work for that.Way to go, Modern Acupuncture! Thanks Heather and staff!

My first time experiencing acupuncture and I definitely plan on going back. it was very relaxing. Needle insertion did not hurt. The tea was amazing. I highly recommend you get acupuncture even if your not having chronic pain it is a great way to give yourself some self-care and reduce stress.

They say acupuncture is medicine not magic, but it really feels like magic! I woke up at 8am with the worst headache behind my eyes that lasted throughout the day. I got acupuncture around 3pm and it was gone so quickly. I was amazed that there was a way to make my headache disappear without the use of medication! The Zen Lounge is such a peaceful environment and the heated leather massage chairs really help me relax and fall asleep. If youve been wanting to try acupuncture for the first time, Modern Acupuncture is the most affordable and convenient clinic in town and like me, youll wish you tried it sooner.

I had a treatment at Modern Acupuncture in Dana Park and it was the best experience ever! From the moment I walked in the door, it was beyond anything I could’ve expected. The staff was inviting, pleasant and professional. The facility was beautiful and the calm energy was exactly what I needed. When I went into the Zen Den for my treatment, I was escorted to my own pod and my acupuncturist was gentle, knowledgeable and very thorough. It was so relaxing, I actually fell asleep!! I won’t tell you what I was treated for, but I will tell you that right away there was a noticeable difference and I immediately felt better. At the end of my treatment, I didn’t want to leave! I never had acupuncture done before, and to say I was nervous was an understatement. The moment I stepped into the clinic I was welcomed with a friendly smile. They kindly explained to me what the process would be and even demonstrated how tiny the needles were, and how skinny they were. I had no problem what so ever having the needles inserted and I a felt better afterwards. They turned a scary experience into a pleasant one. The clinic is extremely clean, and is taking all precautions to keep me safe during this COVID scare.

I love Modern Accupuncture! I was initially reluctant to try accupuncture because of the perceived pain but once I was in the chair I was reassured that the pain would not be extensive. I was so relaxed that fell asleep. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I definitely would recommend the treatment to others.

Modern Acupunctures pricing is only reasonable if you sign up for a monthly plan.I signed up for the monthly plan. Things were going pretty well until staff members acted annoyed when I came in a lot on my unlimited visit plan.I left the office one day and felt pain in my leg as I walked outside. I looked down at my leg and there was a needle still in it. A week or so later, the exact same thing happened. Klint at the Dana Park location was responsible for this, both times.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL. The marketing emails never stop and there is no way to unsubscribe online. I had to block the email on my phone. I still get emails, so now I have to call and get my email off the list.Update as of December 6th 2020: I have still not been unsubscribed from your marking emails. I can’t even block MA on my phone! I don’t need anything else, I don’t want to go back, just PLEASE remove me from your emails.

This place is good. Although I didnt do it, but my wife did and she was happy after the session but she did mention that this time it was little painful when the needle was being inserted. The lady at the front desk was very sweet offered me tea which is generally for the customers.

Same as Dan Hill. Beware of the pricing. Disputing the charges. My wife said hold until certain date, but with no notice they are charging our debit card, and they claim they emailed her. She went through all her emails no email from them. Scam stay away!!! Glad they waved the 2nd fee, but am currently disputing this 69.00 not authorized charge, and possibly report to BBB for deceptive billing practices.

Such a relaxing place! I had a traditional treatment today and Klint was friendly and so nice throughout the experience. Can’t wait to go back, also the tea was delicious that I got after my treatment. A must try!

All the employees are friendly at both locations that I go to, Dana Park and San Tan. I feel so relaxed everytime I leave there.

That $29 initial fee is going to cost you $140 when you decide you dont want to go back. Let the buyer beware!!! I should have paid a lot more attention to what I was signing!

I love Modern Accupuncture! It’s relaxing and so beneficial for your health! I also receive the cosmetic accupuncture what a difference it has made! I had Botox a few times 15 years ago and look younger now from accupuncture! It’s a great preventative measure and will also help heal your current ailments! I’m an RN and cannot say enough good about this place! They are a Loving and kind which makes a world of a difference as well❤️

Great for pain relief-back, neck, hips and headaches. A wonderful and relaxing experience and I highly recommend for stress relief and pain relief.
