I have been a customer of access Optical for over 2 years. They are courteous and extremely helpful. I personally have and unusual Optical requirements that they have gone out of their way to help me with. Their quality is high and they care about their clients. I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them for all my Optical needs.

Most caring and understanding staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The woman at the front desk is helpful, thoughtful and compassionate. The doctors are not only intelligent, but they give their professional AND personal opinions on whether or not to purchase various types of eyewear/contacts. Modern and affordable designs with a quick turn around. Highly highly recommend.

I had my contact (with astigmatism) rip while on the road and I called, never having been seen by then before, to ask if theyd be kind enough to sell a trial lens to me and they did it (no charge) without any hesitation! Very thankful for these people and made my 1hr drive home much safer.

GREAT place, friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are up there but eyes are important. Doc is cool and straight forward.

Call the office and was able to get an appointment for that day within 5 mins. Staff and doctor were great. We had some issues with our insurance for the drops but the doctor called and had it addressed. They followed up with us which was great because i didnt have to keep calling back. I would recommend this office and doctor.

Great experience everyone so nice and helpful..

Been there a few times for pick up and an exam. Very friendly but were very constant on me receiving the most brand new and most expensive contact lenses and the most expensive frames. I didnt like the pressure of both the receptionist and the doctor both trying to persuade me into spending more money. Would never come back here, they are trying to rip you off!

They always gave me great service and helped me out when picking a frame that fitted my style in my budget .. Always a good spirit and smiles when Im greeted ! Been here for years
