I have always had a good experience there. Nicki is very easy to talk to and as been working with me to reach my goals the last year. Rita is awesome too, super helpful, always goes above and beyond to help me or answer my questions.

Nicki is, hands down, the best provider in town. She helped me 10 years ago and she is helping my son now. I am extremely thankful for her. She always takes the time to fully understand a person and she cares a ton about what she does. I would bet money that she is more up to date and knowledgeable than any other med manager in the state of Idaho at the very least. We are also absolutely IN LOVE with her dog Bernie as well. I will recommend Nicki to anyone, anytime, always, and forever. She is absolutely a rare gem!

Nicki herself is wonderful. I felt like she really listened to me and was really wanting to help me. She did a DNA test and helped me figure out what meds would work best with me. BUT she consistently runs an hour behind. My appointment would be at say 2, but I wouldn’t be seen until almost or after 3, because she does listen to her patients. Her booking just needs to reflect that. As for the office staff, they totally dropped the ball with me. I saw Nicki over the course of a few years, and then 6 months into the year her staff JUST told me that my insurance dropped them as in network providers the start of the year so I had a huge bill. They should have told me at the start of the year when they got my new card, but they waited 6/7 months. Totally inappropriate and frustrating to be a single income house hold and be told that you had a credit for overpaying and then get slapped with a huge bill.

I had an amazing first experience with CPN Nicki Peters. She is thorough, supportive, patient and kind. I would recommend her to any one looking for a physyciatrist that loves to learn who you are in depth and find the best possible medical support and long term maintenance while taking all your input as the patient into all her decision making. Also she has a beautiful loving dog that can come into her office with you if youd like.

Nicki has always looked out for my best interest and my health. She always listens to my needs and helps find solutions to help better manage my stress. Highly recommend her!
