I drove several hours from a rural Oregon area for my appointment. I chose St. Lukes because of a previous experience I had several years prior when my husband had a critical illness. Excellent hospital and doctors. I was not disappointed. The lobby receptionist was friendly and respectful and pointed me in the right direction. The receptionist for my appointment was alert, discreet and courteous. The x-ray department was conveniently located and the technician was competent, efficient and no nonsense. The nurse was professional, cordial and kind. The PA that I saw was bright eyed, focused and charming. He took time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my knees and gave me a run down of options. He diplomatically told me that for the best outcome for surgery and my overall knee health, I needed to lose some lbs. and referred me to a lifestyle coach that could help with that. I wasnt offended. It makes sense. He gave me a cortisone shot. It helped almost immediately. Two days later, the nurse called to check up on me and explained my insurance companies response for injections. I really appreciate the entire experience. P.S. The PAs scrivener was silent an unobtrusive as it should be. A+

Dont bother going to this office if your BMI is not perfect. They have very limited compassion for obese patients and will not treat them in the office. Surgery (with its 3-4% increase in risk) is right out of the question. The screener PA will send you to lifestyle programs that will not be paid by insurance, without giving you any goals or a plan of when to check back into the office. Worst of all, he will never tell you that they wont treat you if your BMI is too high, causing you to spend needless money on x-rays, lifestyle programs, and an office visit. If they were upfront and honest, their web page should say Fat persons need not apply.

I injured my knee and was seen by Dr Mike in the clinic. I was referred for an MRI and was told that as soon as it was read that I would get a call to discuss further treatment to heal the knee. It appeared to be Meniscus tear.I got the MRI and No call. I called, got an answering machine for a Doctor at the clinic and asked to be called back. No call back. 2 weeks after MRI. NO call no follow up. I called and asked to have the MRI forward to my regular DR so he could tell me about my knee and referr me to a new DR.I heard the Idaho Doctors were bad but this is beyond bad. I have a good primary care doctor and hopefully he wont get me to another laid back dont care doctor

If you want a life changing experience, and not for the good, they are the people for you. Went in for a full knee replacement, they did a partial. I specifically told them i wanted a full knee. When that failed went in for a revision. Came out with a full knee replacement, and a broken femur. They denied breaking my femur, of course. When that surgeon left tried to make appts with a different Dr. Got a call from a man that told me i cant be seen by that Dr. More than once was chewed our by people in the back for making the wrong appt. They need to get it together.

Van is a great therapist, really listens to the problem and customizes a workout schedule to suit your needs.Setting appointments that work with your schedule is a bit of a pain but other then that I really like the physical therapists.

Dr. Robison is the best ever! He treated my daughter righty away after she broke her arm. He provided the best care, he was so passionate, and made her comfortable the whole 3 months we had to see him. The clinic got back to me immediately after she was seen at the ER and even with their super busy crazy schedule they put her in. This clinic is super busy because they’re amazing so patience is the key!

My son broke his leg and a referral was put in. They called the same day and scheduled us an appointment for a few days later. When we showed up the doctor asked why we had an appointment so soon. He could not cast his leg until it was at least a week after his break. It was a complete waste of our time. You would think the person who called to make the appointment would be aware of this considering they deal with broken bones everyday. Plus they have very few openings for visits and wasted one that someone else could have used.

Self Pay Be Wary. Charged $285 for an office visit. Total time spent 2 min exam and 10 minute lecture for over reacting to our 3 year old complaining of back issues. Incident happened in Oct. 2016 Appt. April 2017. Not sure it was an over reaction. Front desk wouldnt give us upfront pricing for office visit. Personally Im not sure St. Lukes should continue as a non profit with said business practices. Extremely expensive and unprofessional.

Dr. Millward is the worst Dr I have ever seen. He saw me after a trip to urgent care for a big toe that was broke in 3 places and for a hairline fracture in the other foot. He told me to wear a boot for 4 to 5 weeks and if it still hurt to come back. A week later I called due to increasing pain in my foot and back at 10:00 AM and left a message on his assistants voicemail. By 3:00 PM no one had returned my call, so I called back. The receptionist then left a message for Shari to call me. Right before 4:00 PM she called me back and said she would talk with the Dr. She called back and told me to do contrast soaks and to use Tylenol. I had previously told her that the Tylenol was not touching the issue, so I questioned how the soaks were going to help. She became flippant with me. At this point I am in tears due to pain and frustration and I told her that I needed a better solution. She scoffs and asks if she needs to talk to the Dr again and I said yes. I explained that I needed some Ibuprofin that was stronger than store brand and that you cant take a bunch of 200mg Ibuprofin to make 800mg. She called me back and said that Dr stands by what he told you and he said that if your backs hurts you should find a PCP to help with that. He knew that I just moved here. To get into a PCP as a new patient takes forever. He had total disregard for me. I wasnt looking for narcotics, just something to help the pain that is radiating up my back from the injury he is treating me for. I am going to be pursuing a formal complaint against him. They also had a major HIPPA viokation during my appointment. After the Dr. showed me the x-ray from urgent care on the T.V. screen he ordered an x-ray of my other foot. When his assistant came in she had to place the order for the imaging. The computer screen was shown on the T.V. I saw all sorts of other patient information. She left the room and the info was still displayed. I had to call her back in to close it down. He is the worst!
