My husband and I saw Dr. Kaylor for years, following him from practice to practice. When he opened up his own practice we were thrilled, until we tried to make an appointment. His office staff was incredibly rude. So much so that we decided that it was time to find another doctor. So disappointing.

I have had the absolute pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Kaylor since 2006. Words cannot express how big of an impression Dr. Kaylor has had upon my life. He has been the doctor for all three of my boys and has served as an advocate for our family health since day one. On a few occasions, I was admitted into the hospital and Dr. Kaylor was there no matter what office he was working out of. Dr. Kaylor treats every patient with medical professionalism that is missing in todays medicine. He takes the time that is necessary to appropriately diagnose and treat conditions and has always been 100% transparent and honest in every interaction. In many ways, Dr. Kaylor has saved my life as both a doctor and a trusted advisor. I cannot put into words how much his service to our community means to his patients, and I will follow Dr. Kaylor wherever his practice takes him. I had the privilege to have Dr. Kaylor being my PCP for years. Dr. Kaylor started to ignore my concerns about my health as well as his ex-partner Dr. Erstad.Over the years Dr. Kaylor prescribed me medicine which I had not requested nor had any medical benefit for me. His office staff has insulted myself as well as my family.I would go in for a simple wellness visit but they wouldnt focus on that and attempt to make the visit more than what it was about.The office manager Candice is very inconsiderate when it comes to patient needs, concerns, and care.If you want to he heard. Please look elsewhere.

Ive been seeing Dr. Kaylor for a number of years now. I love him so much that Ive followed him between a few clinics now.You cant ask for a more caring general practitioner. He takes both the time to listen and the time to provide you with potential solutions.
