Dr. Nelson is wonderful. She made me feel extremely conformable and she did well with taking the time to sit down explaining my medical results. She took the time to throughly check out an issue I was having and tried to assist in any way she could with finding a solution as well. I absolutely loved being in her care and her back office staff was amazing. I only had one issue but getting my medical history due to them not being electronic at the time I was a patient which I did get some push back, however, Other than that I would absolutely recommend her.

The staff is great but Dr Nelson is not. She rushes through your appointment as fast as possible and wont listen to and address concerns you have.

I love Dr Nelson. Shes a wonderful, energetic, doctor that we can trust. Ive seen her many times in 9 years (4 babies😍). You sometimes have to wait a while at appointments and we have over an hour to drive but its worth it.

Shes an amazing person and Doctor! The staff is just as sweet and down to earth as Dr. Nelson is! I always felt welcomed every time I walked through the doors. There is a wait sometimes but its well worth it. I couldnt have asked for better prenatal and postnatal care. Choosing The Nelson Center for Women will be a decision that you will be glad you made!

I will forever be grateful for Dr Nelson, she is the reason my daughter is here today. Shes also performed several procedures on me, most recently just 6 weeks ago. Having worked with her for 7 years, Ive witnessed her give her self completely and selflessly to others. Her patients are given top notch care, thats why shes so loved and respected. I have learned so much from her and continue to do so as a patient. Ive worked with other physicians and although I no longer work with her, I entrust her with my care and always will. Shes the most caring physician I have encountered...thats a rarity these days!

Dr Nelson is very caring and concerned about her patients. Once I met her I never thought twice about going to another gynecologist.

If you want attention and care from a doctor, this is not the place to go. I have to do my own research for answers. It is always packed with patients and the wait is ridiculous. Even when you get to the back, you still have to wait. The doctor is always in a rush and doesnt seem to be listening to your needs. I was not satisfied with their knowledge or way with patients. Dont get me wrong some of the ladies in the back and receptionists are sweet and care, but at the end I am only there for the medical aspect and Dr. Nelson is not always there when you need her. I never got a call back when I needed answer from her.

Dr. Nelson is the best! I wouldn’t have any other doctor!

I love Dr. Nelson. She is amazing, I wouldnt want anyone else to deliver my baby. She takes the time to listen to me and i am grateful for her.

My wife is a patient here. I come with her for ultrasounds. Everyone is really nice.

Caring staff & excellent doctor.

This center has caring staff and an overall calming energy. I highly recommend this office.

I waited a whole month just for them to tell me that she isnt taking any new patients.... I was very disappointed. I could have used that time getting care somewhere else instead of waiting. I went in Jan to make and appt which was made for Feb only to be turned away.

Dr. Nelson is a great doctor and very well educated. However, they expect patients to pay a delivery fee prior to their 5th month of pregnancy and will hardly work with you. I have CIGNA insurance, deductible is $1500 and they wanted me to pay $1,000.00 to them in less than 2 months.. When I spoke with Angie the office manager, in front of everyone in the waiting room, she told me that if I paid the majority of the $1,000 I could write three post dated checks for the rest of the amount within two months following.. I called around to other OBs and was told that Dr. Nelson and Dr. Trest are the only two OBs in Meridian that require a delivery fee to be paid prior to the delivery. So I switched Drs.

Worst place ever. They set you an appointment but close and do not tell you they are closed. The wait is outrageous and they overbook the appointments
