I love Dr. Naomi Brooks. I have been going to her for 3 years now and every time I have gone she has been absolutely amazing. Before I was with her I went to Ada west dermatology and they were so rude and unhelpful and saw me for two seconds and couldn’t help me.I had adult acne after having my son and struggled with it for awhile and now my face is clearer than it’s ever been. She has also removed moles painlessly and I have always received amazing customer service from her. Very professional and her office staff is great as well. Now they have a medspa and you can do everything in one place.

I enjoyed walking in the building. Very nice and welcoming. The front desk interactions were positive and friendly. The technicians were very friendly and explained the process well. Dr. Brooks was efficient and provided great guidance for the reason why I came in. It was a quick appointment and I wish it had been longer so that we could have talked about more general skin care rather than just the problem at hand. The plan put in place was reasonable and effective with a follow up appointment to ensure care was effective.

Dr Brooks is warm and welcoming. This was our first visit to her office. The physical surroundings are beautiful and each member of the staff was extremely pleasant and efficient. Dr Brooks did a very thorough full body exam for myself and my wife. She discussed her findings and made certain we understood all she was saying. We will definitely return.

What a pleasant experience! My phone call was answered by a person who seemed happy to help me schedule and offered a few ways to complete new patient paper work. The MA who roomed me was efficient and helpful. Dr. Brooks was professional, kind, and caring. We discussed a plan and goals. I look forward to continuing care with Boise Dermatology. I am a nurse and have high expectations of what patient care should be and this office is really impressive.

Dr. Brooks and her assistant, Cassie, were professional and very helpful, willing to answer any questions. Cassie was especially warm and welcoming, as was the assistant at the front desk (Im sorry, I dont recall her name). Dr. Brooks made my minor procedure virtually painless and quick. They were also very good about making the costs of treatments clear for me. I would recommend this office highly.

Dr. Brooks is exceptionally caring and thorough. We had another physician cancel a biopsy twice and Dr. Brooks got us right in. She discovered a site that ended up being melanoma, and we were scared, but she and her staff were reassuring, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. We are tough customers since we both work in the medical field, but we have been blown away by the care we recieve here. I would be happy to refer anyone I know to Dr. Brooks and I do all of the time!

Boise Dermatology was a great place for taking care of Dermatology screening. Dr. Naomi Brooks was very through in her examination from head to toe. Dr. Brooks took biopsies where needed. Within a couple days staff called with results and scheduled further procedures. The front desk and Dr. Brooks assistants where all very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Brooks will be my Dermatologist from now on.

Dr Brooks the definitely the most thorough and professional dermatologist I have ever seen. Most dermatologist I have been too spend very little time and seem rushed then charge you an outrageous amount of money for a few minutes. Dr. Brooks spends a good amount of quality time with her patients, because she cares. She addressed every question that I had in a professional manor and I a way that I could understand. She is very kind and her office staff is very helpful. The office is very clean and organized well. Wait time is minimal. I liked filling in the patient history on-line, saving time and confusion trying to read my terrible handwriting.I was actually called earlier than I expected, a first. The assistant was wonderful. She went over everything, took her time, and listened carefully to my concerns. When Dr Brooks came in she was fully read-in and ready to go. Dr.Brooks has a pleasant and empathic demeanor. That, coupled with her years of practicing military medicine in a combat zone, means she’s seen every kind of dermatological issue there is. I take comfort in that.I took even greater comfort when she prescribed a shampoo that finally controlled my dandruff. She got rid of some spooky-looking, but, benign moles. She told me things to watch, reminded me of the importance of sunblock. She finished by eliminating any anxiety I might have had by saying, “See you in six months!”Best part? She takes TriCare for Life & Medicare!Sign me up for the lifetime plan.

I had a great experience at Boise Dermatology. The staff was wonderful. Dr. Brooks made me feel comfortable and was thorough. She took plenty of time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. I had the Blu light and my skin looks great.

I took my 8 year old daughter in to have a wart removed. I paid my $50 copay. Now, i received a bill showing my insurance paid them another 110.70 but they require an additional $96.70 from me for a total of $257.40 to have a simple small wart removed! I will not return to this doctor!

The staff was friendly. But I have never, ever been to a Dermatologist where they only took a sample of skin cancer, Knowing it was skin cancer. They normally take a good chunk hoping they got the whole thing. Then to be called back to remove the rest for 900.00 is bs. This here leads me to believe they use people as cash cows. beware unless you have money to throw away. And I did verify with another dr on proper procedures on how much to take the first time.. Find someone that isnt in it for the money

Dr Brooks at Boise Dermatology is awesome! Simple sustainable and affordable daily regiments. I put off seeing someone for so long cause I didnt think it could be so easy and affordable. Started seeing her last year and my skin has never looked better. Wish I would have gone sooner. Plus shes close to Kuna which is a bonus for me!

Horrible service. I was quoted 100 dollars and get a bill for another 52 dollars. I went in for a tiny ingrown hair and they didnt even get it out I had to go home and pick at it to get the whole thing out. There service was crummy and unwelcoming and even speaking to barbie the office manager was a nightmare. Go to a better quality dermatology clinic if youre going to spend the money.@naomi Brooks, your response doesnt help or make sense. Why would I even pay you a hundred dollars if you didnt even take my ingrown hair out? You literally stole my money. I went in for you to remove it and you didnt even follow through. Your answer was condescending. Medical billing isnt confusing if your straight forward with what the charges are, and you definitely werent. You guys give bad service.
