I felt comfortable from the first phone call to schedule my root canal. I was about to switch insurance carriers and they got me in quickly so I could use my current plan. Friendly and comfortable. That was how I felt through the whole procedure. Dr. Divine was super informative and always let me know what was happening and WHY it was happening. Plus, she even let me snap a selfie during the procedure! Im amazed at all of the state-of-the-art technology they use. It is the best of the best. My personal dentist is amazing...and he referred me to Blue Creek. Im so glad he did. Id like to say that Ill be back...but...its a root canal people, so Im not going to stop taking care of my teeth. Im just really glad they were here when I needed them. Now...where can I add a sixth star??!!?

I was very impressed with the expertise and skills Dr. Eaton demonstrated in resolving my dental problem. I was also pleasantly surprised with his sensitivity to my experience as a patient. Like most people, I’m never excited about going for dental procedures, but this was the most pleasant procedure I have had. It started off on a positive note when making my appointment. The administrative staff was so friendly and helpful. Then Dr. Katie Divine performed my first root canal. She and her assistant were so very pleasant, kind and yet professional, and she explained everything she was doing from the moment I got there. Today is the day after my procedure, and I feel great. Highly recommend! The procedure went great. We had questions regarding the follow up care and the staff and Dr Divine were very responsive. After insurance paid, we had a credit on our billing. I have had every dental procedure performed in my life, and I can honestly say that the care and service I received from Dr. Eaton were the best. This was my second visit to BC, the first being 4 months ago. This visit Dr. Divine undertook a combo oral surgery and root canal on a difficult issue. They were seriously phenominal. I never thought Id say I enjoyed having a root canal, but they were quick, thorough, nice, effective, and very thoughtful about what work was actually needed. My dentist thought I needed two root canals, referred me to Blue Creek Endodontics, and they ran multiple tests that then determined I only needed one root canal. I was in and out in less than an hour on a Friday afternoon, and had no pain or issues with the shots/work/followup/etc. No matter what, Ill always go back to them for root canals moving forward if/when I need others.

Dr. Eaton is fabulous! I cannot say enough great things about him . It was a 10+ rating for me getting my root canal done by him! He really cares about your concerns and anxiety and actually did my IV himself. It didnt even hurt at all and I had had blood drawn there the day before in the same area. The blood draw hurt a ton while him putting in the IV didnt. the nurses or assistants are very kind and caring as well both for the procedure and the consultation. I was referred to Dr Eaton by my Dentist, Dr. Shane Porter, which was for a root canal. The whole experience was Exceptional. The staff was great. I dont recall his Asst. name but she was wonderful along with Dr Eaton. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Dr Eaton goes over what he sees and educates you on what is needed and shows you with the 3D scan. Through the whole procedure he kept me updated on what he was doing. Had an emergency root canal with Dr. Eaton about 10 days ago and he and the staff were great. He said what he was doing all the way thru. Very modern and updated equipment that made it the quickest root canal I have ever had. The only thing was not knowing about an extra charge for a filling they had to do due to it being a broken tooth. For being a root canal (and a bad one at that), it was a good experience.

I had my first root canal yesterday, with dr divine. She was amazing! I have some unique back teeth that were giving her a hard time, but she stuck with it and finish the root canal with ease. The worst part about the whole process was the poke of getting numbed, even that wasn’t bad. She talked to me the whole time and made sure I was doing ok! What a great experience for a person who is totally paranoid in the dentist chair. My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Eaton when I had a tooth act up and I was able to get in the same day. The reception area was very comfortable and relaxing (which I needed). Dr. Eaton and his staff were very welcoming and did a great job of explaining every step as they performed it. The root canal did not take long and I felt great immediately after. No real pain after but I took a few ibuprofen as they recommended when I got home. Never needed any more after that first dose. Awesome experience! I was in severe pain and having to take pain meds every few hours just to cope. They had me in and out in just over an hour....the pain I had spent a week experiencing was gone! Just a little sore from the procedure itself, but it felt like nothing in comparison to what I had before. Definitely would recommend!

Dr. Divine and Laurie explained every step of the plan and process; down to expected sounds, pressure, pain expectation which was absolutely amazing for my anxiety.Would I trade a couple of hours here versus literally any other option, of course not. What a beautiful practice with kind and helpful staff! I was taken care of quickly and with very little discomfort. In fact, the only real discomfort came from the initial numbing shots. Office staff was very kind and professional and up-front with pricing. It was really easy to make an appointment with them that fit my schedule, and Dr. Divine was very clear with the issues with my old root canal and the options available to me. Though the problem was fairly bad (25 yo root canal that missed a weird section of root that jutted off at 90 degrees and was now causing issues including a deep infection), she was able to clean it out and were seeing how well the procedure worked. She and her assistant were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire procedure and described everything they were doing as they did it, which was incredibly comforting to me. This office is awesome! Shannon (love her) was amazing and super friendly. Dr. Eaton gave “magical” shots to a very painful tooth (area) that needed a root canal. It was very comfortable and he explained everything as he went. The whole experience was amazing. Thank you!

I am not one to write reviews, since most of the time I expect good service and care. Today I had a positive experience having a root canal. (There goes the standard of Well, its better than a root canall!)Dr. Divine and her assistant Julie were kind and pleasant, kept me informed and made the process pain free. There was some discomfort, but no pain. I knew exactly what they were doing, and they kept me really well-informed from the first call to tell me what to expect financially and how to prepare, to getting me through the procedure and gracious interaction with front desk staff. It was clean, professional and overalll awesome.This does not mean I am anxious to go back, but if you are nervous about the experience, they will put you to ease. Thanks, Dr. Divine and team!

Its difficult to relax during a root canal but Dr. Eaton was able to put me at ease during a complex root canal procedure. He cares about his patients comfort; he explained every part of the process and helped me understand each step of it so I was aware of how close we were to completion. If I could give a higher rating than 5, I would!

Dr. Eaton is the best root canal doctor, ever! Ive had to have 3 done so far, and have not had an ounce of pain or discomfort. He is very accommodating, incredibly professional and totally committed to providing the best care possible. The nursing and office stuff are also a pleasure to deal with, and there is never a problem when asking for help with an issue. I hope I never have to go back again, but if I do, I know that this is the BEST place to be to have my problem fixed.

Dr. Eaton expertise continues to amaze me each time I am seen by him! He is fast and VERY GENTLE. I have had a lot of dental work done in my mouth over my lifetime and HONESTLY I have NEVER had such ease while being treated! Leave your anxiety at the door, in his hands rest assured you will be comfortable and treatment will be a breeze! I am truly thankful each and every time I leave his office. Dr. Levine was very competent, nice, and took time to answer all my questions. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Very clean, inviting office. Will definitely go back if need arises.

I gave Dr. Eaton 5 stars. He was very kind and gentle. I was in so much pain and my anxiety was high. He walked me through the whole procedure step by step. I would go back if I have to have another procedure. Thank you Dr. Eaton!
