Dr Baxter has been great, explains things thoroughly, and is very clear about where we are headed, how and why. Many years of 4-5 bad headaches a week have simply stopped, pains I thought I would simply have to live with are gone, and I feel great! The staff are all professional, friendly, easy to work with. In short, the entire facility has been great, and well worth the two hour drive (one way) that I have to make every week to go there!! Highly recommend!!

I was waiting for a right total replacement and in a LOT of pain, taking a lot of medications for that when I ran across an introductory offer by Better Life Chiropractic to try their new Soft Wave therapy. I have upper thoracic scoliosis that went untreated through contact sports, weight training without correct body awareness for over 6 years, a snow bike accident, and a car accident. I did seek chiropractic care after the car accident but didnt notice improvement in my life until I started treatment here with Dr. Baxter. Now, I wake up refreshed after sleeping, yoga and weight training feels more symmetrical, and we have gotten rid of so much pain I didnt even know I had. And not just in my back! I have been having lower back problems(pulled muscles) for years have seen many Chiropractors for it.. but I have to say Better Life Chiropractic has helped tremendously with my lower back I no longer get muscle spasms. I had an accident with a horse, it pulled on my right arm when I had the lead rope for years I couldnt lift my arm up high going to see Dr Price has helped a lot I can lift my arm straight up and over my head a major big improvement.. They are very knowledge in herbals, very friendly staff you feel welcomed in their office always a smile, they greet you when you come in and leaving where you dont get that personal service anywhere else... I have a few different things going on in my back, have had issues for most of my life. Dr. Price is awesome! The first consultation he did quite a few different tests, came up with a game plan on my treatment and I feel much better and hopefully my issues are not progressing with the treatments. I will get re-tested in a few weeks to see the results.

Dr Strickland seemed like a good guy... Its just another office that wants you to prepay $1000 for a course of services, knowing that your insurance will be covering 80% of it. But when your in pain its pretty easy to be taken advantage of. Then when you ask them about the money you should be refunded, she tells you itll be mailed next week. So you call next week and she tells you oh, Ill mail it this week. Then the next week you call and she says yes, Ill make sure it gets mailed this week.... been two months, still no refund of overpayment***As I know- LOL this business has NEVER called me. The last I called them was one week prior to this review...then they send me a check that is $300 lower than it should be.

Billing nightmare.During rehabilitation on my hand for reattached fingers that were cut off, I had back pain.I went to the Chiropractor for adjustments and the billing department coded my visits as rehab to squeeze the most they can out of the insurance.After which I receive a bill from my St Als for 1000s of dollars instead of 72.00 because the Chiropractors billing dept took my last 2 rehab billing codes.I called Better life Chiropractic and asked them to re code just 2 visits that should go to St Als and was assured they would without any problems.Next month I called again but the billing dept was working remote from home, Message left and assured that it would be handled.3rd time was a surprise! They have no Idea what happened but would handle it as soon as possible. That was DecemberI just paid the rest of 1382.00 for the 2 rehab visits that should have been covered less 72.00 by insurance but were not because I got the run around from the billing department at Better Life Chiropractic.Update 2/10/2021Since my google review I have received A LOT of attention from the billing department. I tell them to not bother due to the fact I had to pay the St Als bill that should have had the rehab coding by the insurance that their office used up.Like I said above I tried to get updates from better life chiropractic a numerous times and was assured a call back the same day. I did not get any follow up regarding their billing issue until after my review went live. Now they wont leave me alone to the point of harassment. I just today had pull the I will report them to the BBB card.

Twice I have gone in to see Jeremy in absolute pain from my knees. Since he started to adjust them this fall, I have discovered that my arthritis doesn’t hurt as badly and almost always it lasts for weeks in between adjustments. Today, I twisted my ankle but it was my knee that was killing me. He adjusted both and I was immediately out of pain. I have been going to Better Life Chiropractic for 9 years now for my lower back and Dr Strickland has kept my back adjusted. Recently I started laser treatments on my feet for peripheral neuropathy due to chemotherapy. My feet are improving with each treatment. I was born and raised on chiropractic with grandfather, father and two brothers as chiropractors and have experienced many chiropractors over the years. Dr Price is excellent and I rate him at the top. I highly recommend him. He noticed right away a rotated shoulder asking if I had a fall forcing my shoulder a specific direction (a fall that was 15 years ago) and based on his quality analysis and advanced skills, there has been correction in the curvature of my spine and in areas that seemed to be an ongoing pattern of tightness and tension. Chiropractic is my number one healthcare choice. Dr Price is excellent.

My problem started months ago and I really wish I had started here first.Update 6/04/2021: Ok, so I was in pretty bad shape when I crawled into Better Life Chiropractic, Dr. Price set up a program to heal my spine and my right knee that was grinding bone on bone. I was in bed for the entire month of February and in extreme pain. He used their SoftWave machine on my knee that stimulates stem cells, and decompression, laser, and chiropractic on my back. I found him at the tail end of January, again, barely able to walk or even sit at my desk. I now am RUNNING and go to the gym 5-7 days a week. I cannot believe that the collagen was rebuilt in my knee and where I am at today. If you have knee pain or any back issues, start with Better Life Chiropractic first!!! They are ah-mazing!!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

I recently started running, and since I had not ran in years, I started getting weird aches and pains. After dealing with it using ibuprofen for a few weeks I decided I really needed to get some adjustments. I read a lot of reviews for different chiropractic clinics and decided to try Better Life. In just two short weeks the improvements have been surprising. One of the main issues I came in for was hip pain, and that’s been cleared up already and now the focus is more on getting me correctly aligned and loosened up. Dr. Baxter is great to work with and everyone who works at this office is great. I definitely feel like this was the right choice for me.

Very informative and affordable. I cant even begin to express the amount of care Ive gotten over the past month. Sometimes you live in pain and discomfort for so long that you dont even realize how bad it is until its finally gone.
