They were very nice at first, then after my first appointment I needed to change my upcoming scheduled services with them, they never called me back in response to my voicemail, when I called them after waiting for two weeks for a their call back they couldnt properly explain their policies to me and were slightly rude. Ultimately I will not return to them and do not recommend using them. On their behalf they did issue a partial refund to me when they did not have to but I think that is only because they ignored my voicemail and never called me back.

My mom came to this spa for laser treatment once she received her first treatment they took payment for 5 treatments.when she tried to schedule her second treatment they then told her that they were relocating out of state. When my mom contacted them for reimbursement they said they would have someone contact her which no one did . She still hasnt heard from them and never received her money. The funny part is they keep saying their closing down and relocating, but its been about 6 months and their still accepting business. Please be aware of this place they will take your money, and if I could I would rate them even less.
