Great people and trainers here.. They really take the time to work with all of their clients and meet each persons individual needs. There are people of all kinds here--super fit to just starting out, high school kids to older adults and everywhere in between. Everyone is always having a great time but still getting in a good work out and if you ever have a question about anything someone is happy to help! I am the type of person that takes forever to make any type of decision and have trouble sticking with anything but this gym is definitely worth the money! Try it out.

My son and I have been going to AIM for the past year. I cannot say enough great about the staff and the facility. Tim and Alex do their level best to make it feel like an active community and not simply just a gym. Five stars across the board!

Amazingly supportive (yet sarcastic and jovial) atmosphere. All the trainers know how to push you to do your best while making sure you do so without injury. Alex and Tim have done a great job cultivating a fantastic staff for this training facility. Everyone involved should be proud of the work they do.

Love this gym! Everyone there is looking to have life changing results. They get you set up with full meal plans, personal one-to-one training and teach you how to get to your goals. Best gym in the area!

Small quaint quiet place to lift. Free weights and functional space available. Limited machines. Great place for athletes and soccer moms alike. Group classes are fun break to normal gym grind.

The hidden gem of all gyms in Mentor ...it has everything you need to reach any health and fitness goal you are trying to reach . Bumper plates, industrial squat racks, Ohio bars, kettle bells, turf, tires, TRX bands, 100s of resistance bands, push slides. cable machines and so much more!

Awesome gym for people of all ages. Alex is super knowledgeable and the equipment is top notch!
