I have never had any problems with the staff or their service. They are very courteous and professional.

This place absolutely refuses to answer the phone. Needed assistance with Covid-19 symptoms due to a relative being ill with it. Got put on hold 6 times and still no one has picked up. Corrupt business. Completely intolerant and inconvenient. Could’ve been dead before someone picked up.

I went for a simple lab test. It was pretty busy but I went in for my appointment only a few minutes late. The office staff for lab check-in were rude and careless. The nurse who performed my bloodwork was nice and friendly but horrible at her job. I was black and blue for weeks (and yes, I’ve had bloodwork before without issue several times before). I’m only commenting on the lab portion of this office, but I DO NOT recommend this location.

Awful! Went in for a dog bite on my finger that was oozing blood all day & the finger next to it that hurt to touch. The doctor didn’t even touch my fingers, just looked at them & said she was going to give me antibiotic cream. I said shouldn’t I get an x-ray, which she finally suggested & it wasn’t until I was leaving that she said she was giving me an antibiotic. Went & got my x-ray but had to wait because she put down the wrong hand & they needed her to correct it. Lastly she said she would call me with the results. She never called. I saw her at 4:00 & they were in till 9. Very very disappointed. I will never go back again. I should have just went to ER & paid my higher deductible.

Lab hours are advertised at 730 to 430 but both girls take their lunch at the same time. 1230 to 130. They could be staggered

Rosemarie Zalar, nurse practitioner, did not check MyChart for medications and interactions. She injected my husband and prescribed another medication which caused extreme pain and renal failure. Beware!! She is incompetent and reckless. She also refers to herself online as a medical doctor. False.

I would suggest Dr. Kousa for GP or surgery. His office gets crowded but for good reason. Overall he means well and cares for his patients.

Way better than main campus. Wonderful staff.

Great care as always from the 2nd best hospital system in the grand US of A.

Our son has a jammed, sprained or fractured finger. He plays AAU basketball. Coach suggests he gets it checked and x rayed. We hear about thiscleveland clinic express at 615/mentor avenue. We go there, no diagnosis, but get him an a referral for an x ray. Drive up the street get an x ray. Told we would have news on results by afternoon. In meantime he has a practice. We get a call from a secretary at 8pm that suggests the finger is fractured, said go see primary care physician, but could provide no guidance. We tried call three times to get through for more information about the X-ray the next day - no one answered there phone at the express care clinic. We then drive up for the ray and details. They say they dont answer the phone if a doctor is not there. We get the print out finally of the results of the x ray. Point being is they need some-customer service training or process improvement at this facility ---- think about the end result your looking going to this clinic.We call an ortho doc friend and he gives us guidance and suggests he sees athe x ray. Then after letting a phone ring twenty times.... we get through to the cleveland clinic at wayside where the X-ray was taken. Of course they cannot help us get the X-ray ....have to call another number who says you have to fax or send a letter if we want it. We need it for a ortho doc tomorrow outside the cleveland clinic system. Sorry cannot help us.Most frustrating experience. Would be helpful if cleveland clinic employees would seek to solve patient issue instead of getting so caught up in broken processes that have their patients running around and with unnecessary expense.

The lab is closed from 1230-130 for LUNCH??? What kind of shabby operation is this!? That is not posted anywhere online! Seriously?
