🌺 We started going to yoga elements recently and have tried all of the variety of classes they have to offer and theyre all equally wonderful. All of their instructors take the time to get to know you on a personal level I really love my time there I feel relaxed I feel like family and I cant wait to go back. Attended the Introduction to Yoga class tonight with Crystal and it was a great experience. She explained all the poses with modifications and went through some easy flows. It was great for me as a beginner to break a sweat and get into it.

I went here for an alignment class. I had a lot of fun and the fancy yoga wall with straps trains your body about proper joint position and allows you to go deeper in poses with proper support. The teacher was fun and personable.

Live streaming classes have been awesome!
