Fantastic staff!!! Both teams from the front and back are a plesure to be around. They are organized and very helpful. Dr. RAMIREZ is a true blessing. He listened to my individual needs and future goals. He helps me action plan. He supports my quest to help me manage my issues with as little medication as possible. He thinks out of the box and sees a bigger picture.

Dr. Hector Ramirez is a pleasant, caring and straightforward Doctor. I’m comfortable with that. I rather hear the truth over anything else. His office staff is nice. When I have appointments, I don’t wait long before going back to a room. If I need a refill and call the office, it’s taken care of as well. I don’t mind the drive to his office from my county. Dr. Ramirez took his time with me to cover all areas of concern today. He was very informative; showed concern for me and asked questions. He gave me time to answer and express my concerns to him. When I moved to Florida, I was not happy about finding new Drs. and going through all the motions of having records moved with me to top it off having to see new specialists. When my PCP recommended that I had to go see a rheumatologist, I thought who could I go to!! Dr Hector Ramirez came highly recommended and I would love to say that he is the best in my eyes. I in turn would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a rheumatologist who knows what he’s doing. Staff in this building is a joke, they told me they would call me to setup an appointment. When they did call me they asked if I could come in right this minute, which I replied, I do not have a car let me see if I can get a ride. I called back and they said they already filled the appointment and told me to have a good day. Never called back, Never asked if I would like to setup an appointment, as I dont have a car. They are also claiming they have called me since, but my phone never shuts off, and I never do not call back a missed call. They said I had a voicemail box, and it was full. I dont even have a voicemail box which it tells you in PLAIN ENGLISH when you call my phone. Interesting.
