Although Covid restrictions are enforced, everyone is very professional and warm. My son was the patient and was impressed by the friendliness of staff.

Excellent staff, down to earth, caring, helpful, Mary on the 2nd floor was the most amazing attentive nurse ever, the girl behind the front desk was so helpful, all the other staff were equally great, great experience for an other wise long tiring day. My son was in there for surgery, thank you to all his nurses, his doctor chief IR Derek Mittleider, & all the anesthesiologist.

There is a level of empathy one should have in dealing with the public. Most people coming in there are sick or visiting someone sick. You have a particular security guard in there who needs to work on empathy and attitude. The way he spoke to an elderly gentleman ahead of me this morning was pretty pathetic. The guy had a hearing issue and could hardly spell the name he was being asked. This security guard exhibited no patients for it. There was an incident on last night after hours wherein he gave a relative a hard time. Obviously if its after hours there was an emergency. Another security guard had to intervene. I did not catch this particular security guards name but he is a black man, bald with an island accent. Im sure this isnt his first complaint.
