I always put trust in Mama Quy because I have no doubt I will love it. She knows my hair and what I want more than I do! After years of experiencing random breakouts & hyperpigmentation issues around my mouth and jaw line. I was referred to Ms. Quy by my friend Tamar Thomas. Upon my first visit, I instantly noticed how warm and inviting the atmosphere was . Before we started the facial treatment, Ms. Quy and I sat down to discuss my current skin care routine, what I did not like about my skin and what type of results I was looking for. This alone made me feel confident that I was working with someone who is very passionate about their craft and also satisfying their clients. After just one treatment, I noticed my skin was smoother and brighter! Ms. Quy was very knowledgeable on skin care routines and products that will work best on my skin type. Had my first ever massage with Tanisha and she was amazing! The whole staff is kind and friendly and Tanisha was very thorough in explaining what would take place beforehand so that i felt comfortable. What a wonderful experience! I was pampered all day! The massage was amazing and relaxing. The pedicure and manicure was much needed. Although it was hard to pick a favorite part of the day, I would have to say it was my hair. Ms. Quy did an excellent job. My husband was impressed so that means I get to be pampered again!

Getting a great deep-tissue massage is extremely rare - theyre always too light for me. I was THRILLED with my 90-minute deep-tissue massage at Quys. Everyone was very professional and I feel amazing now. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

I highly recommend Quy’s Spa for the Slimming & Firming Body Wrap Treatment! Recently, I needed to lose a couple of inches in a very stubborn area of my body within a certain timeframe. The owner, Quy who was assisted by Jocelyn, personally provided the service for me and offered to come in on her day off for one more session to make sure I was where I needed to be for my event. To make a long story short, my event was successful!!!! Thanks to a clean diet, lots of water and this wonderful service I received, I’m a happy client! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone try this service at least once. They went above and beyond professionalism and showed how much they truly cared about my situation and I appreciate that.

This place was highly recommended by our friends. i needed eyelash extensions. i was shocked by the extremely unprofessional and rude behavior of the eyelash tech trinidad mcfall. she was harsh and shouted at me when i asked her a few questions . the woman was smelly and had no manners. i would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have been seeing Quy and the staff for nearly 11 years now; thanks to my husband scheduling me a full day of pampering in December 2005. I am fortunate that I can make my appointments for a weekday morning in lieu of a busy weekend, and most of the time, I am the only person in the salon. From the hair cut/styles, color; to the manicures and pedicures, the facials and massages, if and that is a BIG IF I ever had an issue with something, it was rectified immediately and professionally. Quy had not look to retire anytime soon, it took me 3 years to find her; I saw the stylist I had before Quy for 7 years before that lady moved out of state.

I have always been very pleased with the services offered at Quys. Whether it is a hair style , massage or facial, it is always excellent.

Quy (Kwee) and her staff were an extremely pleasant surprise! My neck is constantly hurting from sitting all day at work and I left here with no neck/shoulder pain for the first time in what feels like forever. I am so happy I stopped by and highly recommend these therapists for anyone with neck/shoulder pain! Call Quy today and you wont regret it!

Do not give this place your business. They were rude to my two little girls who were getting there nails done for the first time. The nail polish came off before we got home. The owner and staff alike have no integrity to speak of. They dont even follow there own policies. There service is not even close to justifying there prices. It is difficult to understand anyone other than a relative giving them more than one star.

The worse hair experience ever. The owner is brash, rude and is not gentle while cutting hair. She comments on your type of hair and makes you feel bad. Plus they are way toooo expensive.

The place is nice and modern. The hot stone massage, well, it was not a message and the stones were left in a sink to cool, so, the stones were not hot. I would not even classify the stones as warm. The massage was a female applying oil onto my body. A lot of oil. So much oil, I had a difficult time trying to wipe the oil off my body to get dressed. I felt no more relaxed after the oil was applied to my body. I would not recommend the massage. Then there was the hot stone pedicure; she didnt clean under the nails. She didnt trim the cuticles. She left rough skin on my heel. One heel. She left the hot towels to cool beside the soaking bowl,then shook the hot towel to cool it before she applied it to each foot. So, cool wet towels were wrapped around each foot. That doesnt feel nice. She also left the hot stones to cool beside the soaking bowl. She picked up the stones and used them to rub my legs from the knee down. No point in that. Stones were not hot. They didnt feel good. She didnt apply the paint smoothly. There are waves and divets in the polish. I can do better on myself at home. I would not recommend the pedicure. Manicure; all nails were filed differently. She left a hang nail. Paint applied in a manner where she took a stick with cotton wrapped on it and dipped that into polish remover and went around the nail...now it looks like my nails have grown since Ive applied polish badly. She did not clean under the nails. Nothing special at all. I would not recommend the manicure. Now, for the facial with Quy: first she came by while I was having a manicure and tried to up-sell me to buy a more expensive facial than the one that came in the package I booked. She said she used products from Suzanne Yee. She didnt give enough information to make me buy the up-sell, so I told her no, Id keep the facial that came in the package I booked ---she abruptly jumped up, pushed items out of her way while she stormed away from me. She appeared angry that I didnt allow her to charge me more for something she didnt even explain. I would assume she would LOOK at my skin, diagnose me and THEN try to up-sell me. She just wanted me to give her the OK to charge me more based on nothing more than name dropping Dr. Yee. The facial went like this: I was told to undress and put on a towel and lie down under covers on a facial table. Quy came in and directed a steam wand onto my face for about 1 minute. She used a stiff power brush to aggressively clean my face that still had make-up on it. She used the power brush for 2 passes on my face. She then applied a peptide gauze to my face and left the room for 1 hour - there is a clock on the wall. It was one hour. I fell asleep. Quy returned and this is where it gets like an I LOVE LUCY episode: She removed the cold wet gauze, aggressively wiped off the gel with a cool wet wash rag, then spread lotion on my face in an aggressive, slapping manner - like Lucy would do when she doesnt know what she is doing. She massaged my face by pinching my lips together to make duck lips, and pinching skin folds on my cheeks and eyebrows. Then began slapping my face again. Done. She told me to get dressed. This day was a joke. I was there for 5 hours and felt no more relaxed, no prettier, no less stressed than I felt before I walked in. I do not recommend the facial with Quy, I do not recommend spa services. I do not recommend the mani or pedi. It is a nice modern place...
