Usually very good store. Recently moved up here and have noticed the lady in the meat section is never friendly,always looks angry and sour especially if you’re standing by and need something out of the case and she’s there. Second,there’s a blonde haired lady who works up front and she always has some kind of attitude. Sick of it honestly. She’s never happy and always has something smart to say.

Thank God they now take visa and debit I use to write checks in there wow moving up with the times.

Lots of good deals I always end up spending more then I started out to. Because such good bargains. They dont have all sizes or flavors of somethings. But what they do have is good deals.Great for holidays decorations or gifts. Also partys an stuff for kids.Employees are nice an helpful as well.

The store is very clean and prices are reasonable and a courteous staff.

I go early because I love that I can zip through quickly when its not crowded yet. I also get a good parking space as I am slightly handicapped. If I have questions, the staff person closest to where I am has always been kind and helpful. They ask if I need help out which thankfully I dont. They were especially helpful this morning when a person before me had created a problem. I always do my big, weekly list at Marcs.

Awesome grocery although sometimes not as wide a selection. Priced as fair as any.Way way way better than Giant Eagle!!!Helpful people work here!I shop here all the time and am 90% happy!!!

I do not like Amherst Shopping Center, which could be part of the problem, but I find Marcs not to be well organized and seems to be cluttered.However, they do seem to have good deals on some items and fairly good prices overall. Great deals on pop! Yes, I said pop.

I shop at Marcs over Wal-Mart whenever possible (especially since they now accept credit cards).Just today, I left my bag of groceries on the counter and walked out by accident. I returned a few minutes later after realizing the error and found out another customer had left with my bag by mistake. I was more than willing to pay for my items again since it was my fault, but the manager on duty allowed me to go through and replace everything I had lost for free. It was less than ten dollars worth of merchandise, but it said a lot to me about their commitment to customer service. Thank you Marcs!

I always find a bargain at their close out section. Groceries at Marcs is also at a lower price than local chain grocery stores like Giant Eagle and Fishers. My dollars go farther when I shop here.

Poorly run location in the Amherst Plaza. Place is busy as a beehive most Sundays; today was no different. Two check-outs open is infuriating. So the wife waits while go to the car. As I pass the (not so courteous) courtesy desk I mentioned that there about 45 folks waiting on the 2 registers that were open. To which I got a smara$$ reply from the CSM on duty; oh 45 people, wed better get on that. PATHETIC!! The three young ladies were probably too busy discussing last night prom to take care of business.

Great store, not as crowded/crazy as Walmart, not as expensive as Giant Eagle but carries many of the same items. Store is clean, friendly and had a brand new deli! Bring cash out Discover.

I was looking for sugar free cookies for my mom. I am from another county, and I dont know the store, so I asked three store Assistants and not one of them knew if the store carried them.

I like the store but the only reason I gave it such a low score is because of the manager or assistant manager I dont know her name but shes been there a long time shes short with blond hair maube in her mid 30s but she was VERY rude to my mom on several occasions and I corrected her now when I go in shes rude she has walked away and let another cashier wait on me but when she has no choice but to wait on me she wont say one word not even thank you then shell turn to the next person smiling and talking Im not sure if its a racial problem that she has but she truly needs corrected its gone on too long

As a long time customer I really like the improvements. The prices are still lower than other stores and the price and selection of gluten-free products makes them my favorite store to shop.

Be prepared with cash or discover card. All mine are visa. Store is under renos. First timer pain. If you missed something on entry side you have to walk to back of store to go back.
