Dr. Flores has been my PCP for over 10 years. I am very satisfied with our relationship. Dr. Flores most important asset, to me, is that he LISTENS. There are no cookie-cutter visits. Every time I see him it is an honest encounter. He is not shy to refer me to a specialist if that is the best course.I heartily recommend Dr. Flores.

He responds quickly to emails; usually withing 24 hours. If there is the occasional office or communication problem he deals with it directly rather than handing the issue off to someone else. When my GP retired, it was a no-brainer for me to transfer my records to him. Hes been my primary care for well over ten years and I have nothing but good to say about him. Hes helped and guided me through some difficult medical issues since day one. Hes pleasant, thorough, and thoughtful, but most of all hes a consummate professional whom I have trusted with my life. He has a great bedside manner and is always willing to go through several different diagnostic procedures to help the patient figure out any issues they are having. As someone who likes being able to see the why of what is happening to them when they are ill, Dr. Flores does a good job explaining things to the patient. I have stuck with Dr. Flores despite moving an hour away from his office in Marlborough, and highly recommend him!

Dr. Flores us by far the most caring and thorough doctor I have had my in my adult life. I went through a few primary doctors before I found Dr. Flores. He listens and makes sure you are comfortable with whatever path he recommends you take in your treatment.

Dr. Flores has always been available and competent when ever I have had an issue. Dr. Flores Has always been very attentive and always concerned with me , I know there is not many nor any that come close to someone who cares about his patients ,in emergencys i have called a few times and he always made time for me, going to see him i didnt feel like i was just walking in to a doctors office ,( here you go ,take these and call me in the morning ,he listens as does His amazing NP, If you truly are looking for a new PCP then STOP looking you just found him. I’ve had many PCP’s and Dr. Flores is by far the best out of all. I have recommended him to all my friends, family and coworkers. He refers you out when you need it, he pays attention to your concerns and is very friendly. Francina the nurse practitioner is also great! 10 stars for this group!

Slow.. more personal talk then work talk ( yes we call all hear the nurses and Secretarys conversations, its only glass ladies and no they are not appropriate.) Bring a book you will be in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes on a good day even if your only getting a blood drawn. Dont worry they will make up an excuse for you.

As a health care provider myself, I find Dr Flores-Cardillo one of the nicest and most thorough physicians Ive encountered in my 63 years. His staff is very friendly. Ive enthusiastically recommended Dr Flores-Cardillo to family members.
