Heather has been coloring my hair for many years and I love that it has turned out perfect every time! The salon is upbeat, nicely decorated and very comfortable. I never have any problems with appointments and Heathers always there when I arrive. What I really love is that she sends me reminders the day before. Highly recommend Phresh Lochs Salon. The user before me had a bad experience and Im sad to hear it. However, I have been going to them for about a year and have not had any issues except for one overbooking. Anyone can make that mistake.I see McKinzie and she works with me to create a style I am happy with. They make me feel at home and welcomed there. Very friendly. Sounds like there was a communication breakdown some place.

Stay away! Salon would only schedule me for an appointment 3.5 weeks out, and then when I showed up for the appointment no one was there and they were closed. I had needed this appointment and had finally arranged child care for my daughter to make this appointment. They never called me to cancel or reschedule before the appointment. I called and left a message at the time of the appointment and they never bothered to call me back to explain why they didnt keep the appointment. This is inexcusable customer service. No matter what would have happened to cause this, its still a business that needs to be run and it should have been handled accordingly, and it was not. Once they finally called me back, the owner was absolutely belligerent and extremely rude and no reparations were made. I was told Honey, its just hair. Apparently that is this hair salons customer service motto. Stay away from them! This is not the way to run a business. So much for the customer is always right. HORRIBLE customer service
