I was terribly unhappy with the (Hispanic) lady that helped me for the first part of my testing. She was not nice at all and very short with me when asking questions. She asked me three times to clean out my pockets so that I could take a urine sample after clearly telling her that I don’t have pockets. She asked me twice (as if I were lying about not having contacts). She took me in another room and cut a chunk of my hair out for the required test, yet I spoke not a word. She took my blood pressure and I sed a cuff that gave the wrong reading because the doctor came in and retook my blood pressure and I was fine. The doctor asked me if I was blind in one eye and I told him know. The lady I believe purposely put down the incorrect information to try and have me fail my dot physical. The lady took my urine sample and act as if she was clueless as to what needed to be done. She was asking me for a urine cup as well as something else but I told her about four different times that my employer only sent me with two pieces of paper. I felt that she was extremely Rude and Nasty towards me for whatever her reason was. There was a very nice African American lady that performed my lifting test/exercise test and she was very very nice. I never ever want to have Any dealings with that Hispanic lady because she really upset my day for no reason. She will truly run your clients away if you do not keep an eye on her mistreatment towards others. Outside of her the gentleman at the front desk as well as the doctor were all super nice! If didn’t help me I would have given the company a 10!

I was happy that they were practicing COVID precautions! The staff was pleasantly helpful. The wait time was a bit long but once it was my turn to get my screening it moved pretty quickly. Overall no complaints. This was my second time here and would definitely recommend

Terrible experience. The staff here just dont care. I picked this center as part of my employers background/drug screening test. I call and they tell me no appointment is required. Just walk in. I show up an hour before close time and their lobby is full and they tell me they are no longer accepting people. Fine. I show up the next day and there were only 2 people in the lobby. I figured fill up paperwork, it should be an in & out visit. 2 hours later lobby is full, they are taking forever with each person and no updates on how long it will be.Why not make appointments to let people know when they can show up? Why waste peoples times. I will never choose Nova if I have to do this again. Because I had to take the drug test within 2 days of filling my application, the fact that didnt take me on day 1, I dont have a choice but to wait but if you do have a choice pick a different company or a different location. Terrible, terrible, terrible!

One of the worse clinic I have ever been to. The wait time is ridiculously long. I came for drug screening and waited more than an hour without being called because apparently it was not prioritized. The clinic is under staffed with too many treatments so they keep making the patients wait. Get your treatments elsewhere and beware of hours of wait time!

The worst experience with a any sort of business over all. 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room, got passed up again because the guy gave me more paperwork that ended up being unnecessary. Phlebotomist had to stick me twice because she didn’t read the paper work. The most unprofessional medical office I’ve been to. If you have the option, ask your employer to send you to LabCorp or Consentra, those guys rock, these guys are embarrassing.Google requires at least one star.

First impressions are everything I have been to this Medical Center a couple of times, I am always greeted with Smiles respect and kindness.

The staff was super friendly and the process easy! Would definitely recommend them.

Front desk lady with the glasses was very welcoming answered all my questions. The nurse was very on point let just say I don’t see her making any mistakes, and she’s cool. The dr educated he knows what he’s talking about everything that came out his mouth he had a explanation for it. I felt like I was in class. He should be a university teacher.

The receptionist was friendly and very welcoming as well knowledgeable. The nurse was great as well, she made me feel relaxed and at ease as I prepared for the doctor to enter.

I’ll have to admit that my first experience back in November 2020 wasn’t the best here. However I had to go back this week and had a great experience. All of the staff was very friendly and respectful and the service was quick and easy.

Very friendly staff, and it wasnt just by me thinking I noticed the courteous and welcoming of each person who visited while I was there, its rare that this happens now days with everything around us out of the norm but the staff here made me feel like I had visited many times..just welcoming I must say I will visit and I live a good distance away, but I ll drive for a family environment any day

I went to Nova Medical Center for drug screening a few days ago. I was very pleased.Everone was kind and pleasant.Iam very glad they practiced safety.

Signed in at 11:59am then waited till 12:50pm to pee in a cup. Faculty was unprofessional and loud. Seemed like they weren’t doing their job. Supposed to be a in and out process. Had no urgency. I almost urinated on myself.

Great help from the tall woman nurse. I think her name is Ms. Ashley. Wait time was 2 in a half hours.

The service was very slow, the front desk lady was rude and abrupt. The gentleman that did my test was nice and efficient and the only reason you did not get a 1 star.

Great overall experience. The lower rating was for the rude Medical Tech (not sure what his proper title is) who took my initial urine sample and basic vitals. African guy with a thick accent, rude when he made comments and even raised his voice to me as he interrupted a simple question i had before I even had a chance to say two words. He demanded “slow down, you do as I say and only when I say and stand over there. You do as I say”From the moment I arrived to the office and until that very moment, the only only words I had uttered were “hello”

Quick and easy

I enjoyed my visit there. The lab tech was very nice,freindly,and patient with Me! I havent had to take a drug test in almost 20yrs..therefore I didnt no what to expect but the where very understanding with all my questions! I really didnt like ,not being able to swipe myself after I unrinate! I think that practice needs to change!

Went for DOT physical. Smooth process, didn’t have to wait long at all. Much easier than other clinics I have been to previously.

Front services were great. Had to do a screening for a job.. the lady Andrea Rhea was my collector and was very demanding, impatient, and sarcastic when asked simple questions of the process. I couldve gotten real nasty with her but I held my cool as a professional supposed to, as she should have from whatever was bothering her.

They tried three different times to get blood from me and they could not get it. They started in my arms twice and then the third time was in the hand. Any medical professional knows that if you think you may need a few tries you start low first. And yes I am an EMT and I know what I am talking about.

The drug screen/DOT physical were done pretty quickly, despite having like 4 people ahead of me I really didnt wait long. The staff was very friendly, and they dont make the experience uncomfortable at all.

Great professional customer service.👍 They are definitely busy but dont let that stop you from visiting if you ever have any injuries😯. You are in good hands with people that care about your health and getting you to being yourself again😁. The place was clean, neat and the wait time was fast.

Upon arrival, the entire staff was very pleasant, my husband check in at 3pm on the dot. He was there for a simple drug test in which turned out to be not so simple. He was not done until 5:30. 2&1/2 hours is unacceptable for someone to pee in a cup. He was place in an exam room from 3:30 until 5:30 (2 HOURS), where he noticed blood on the walls. Which is absolutely unacceptable for any facility let alone a medical facility. After waiting for 2 hours, he stepped into the hallway to figure out what was taking so long, the staff apologized and said they were not sure where the doctor was. Shortly after the doctor, Dr. Wellingham came into his room and was very rude to him and stormed out. She then proceeded to help patients who checked in after him, I guess to punish him. How professional? I would never recommend this place to anyone and will be following up with the corporate office, the better business bureau and the health department.

From first contact to my exit, everyone was a consummate professional. I was lost while en route, but received flawless directions. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly with a lovely smile and put at ease for not being familiar with the area. Diana, Jane, and D were all peaches!

Terrible terrible terrible!!! Im highly confused on how any of these people in this establishment received their credentials. Their customer service is below professional standards. They are very slow and uneducated individuals as if they were the bottom of the class graduates who made it by the skin of their teeth. Never have i taken a urine test for an employer and not been able to receive my own results as well. Their physicals are a joke. Their doctors are a joke. It seems to me anyone in Georgia can get a nursing or doctorate degree and be the biggest dolt on the face of the earth. They are useless and worthless. Never in any professional setting have i ever been this disgusted with a company as whole. If i could give it negative stars, i would.

My job sent me here for a physical and drug test. Place opened at 830am. I was in and out by 945am! Awesome staff and doctor! I would recommend this place to anybody!

I am giving this facility one star because a prior visit, they had me stitched very quickly and everything went great.However, I had a back/neck injury and my employer sent me back here. I went 2 1/2 hours before they closed and the first thing the doctor asked me was why I came so late in the day and only their corporate reps like to say to come in at anytime during business hours. He deflected most of the information that I told him relating to my injury and what kind of pain I was in.He ordered physical therapy with no MRI. The therapists tried their best but I saw a different one in the rotation every appt. The therapy performed on my upper back and neck 2 weeks into it resulted in me having intense headaches constantly all day and this lasted for 3 months. When I went back to the Dr. for a follow up, he ignored the headaches and neck pain I was having and ordered more physical therapy and made rude comments about why I had not returned to work and he didnt think what I was telling him was sufficient enough, despite me telling him exactly why immediately and what kind of pain I was feeling.They finally ordered the MRI and never told me any information about it.After the next few visits, I was only getting worse and I chose not to return to Nova. I went to a spine specialist who told me the MRI revealed I had discs bulging in my neck and spine. The following treatments he ordered resolved my headaches and neck pain with 2 visits. I am currently seeing a physical therapist elsewhere who I have gotten more results in 3 visits than I did in 2 months with NOVA.I will never recommend NOVA to anyone unless it is incredibly minor. Their work prolonged my injury and I could not be more unhappy with a medical facility.

This was the worst experience Ive had at a medical facility. It took them 3 hours to complete a pre-employment physical. There was only 1 doctor on staff and even she was what I believe to be incompetent. I had an injury and needed to be cleared by my PCP. She told me that, but failed to provide me with the clearance letter to give to my doctor. She told me to bring my excuse from my doctor back to their office. I did that and thats when the front office staff informed me that I needed a clearance letter. Not only did the front office staff informed me that I needed a clearance letter, she thought that I was incompetent like they are. By asking me was I sure that the doctor didnt give me a clearance letter. Im a woman of a particular age. If the doctor gave me a clearance letter, I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT! Worst experience EVER!

Had a great experience at Nova. Tierra greeted me with a smile and made sure i completed the necessary paperwork. Within a matter of minutes I was called to the back to provide a urine sample. Once I was finished I gathered my belongings and I was on my merry way.

All the staff is friendly and very good at what they do also the doctor that performed my physical entered the room with a smile instead of the stern face doctors that I was used to awesome visit

Avoid this place! Held my bladder to get a money order,they dont take cash, only to return and they said my sample was too hot! Wanted me to violate DOT regulations to submit another sample while being observed! Signed for the sample I submitted and walked out. I guess FedEx doesnt want experienced drivers . Had to pay for my pre employment drug screening! First and last time doing that!
