I hate this clinic so much, this is the 2nd time Ive had a TERRIBLE experience here and I will definitely be finding a new clinic. Ive been calling every day for a week for approval of my prescription (VERY neccessary for my health and Ive had the same prescription for a 10 years), and I keep getting told they will add me to a priority list and get it done the same day. Its a complete lie; theyve said that multiple times now and Im now closer to getting the prescription approval than I was 7 days ago. If the approval is to make sure my health is their top priority, theyve really messed that up.

Extremely poor at providing infant care. Constantly cancelling appointments made in advance with no notice. The smart care system is a joke and is in need of reform. Patients shouldnt have to drive twenty miles from their house for primary care only to have those primary care providers be unwilling to provide routine services to their patients.

Over $300 for a 15 min video call with the Dr. to get a a basic referral. Everyone else has been charging 65-100$. Was told they charge the same for video as office visit. Ask for pricing before doing any busniess with theses clinics. Price gouging for sure at these places. Never did get my call back for the referral. Id call and follow up but they would probbly charge a couple hundred for the phone call too.

I love this clinic sheri Madison are very helpful she one of my favorite at this clinic and she does a good job.

They need 7-10 days to fill out a very simple patient form and a week for a lab result. What day and age is it?

Waited an hour to be seen. This office is extremely slow...

All staff friendly and professional.I can highly recommend this clinic.

Dentist - It was fine except for the fact that I was in pain all morning and manage to get into a slot that early morning. But I was practically getting silly questions from the receptionist about my group number and etc from Cigna and Delta Dental when it was obviously on card itself. I don’t understand why they needed my parents starting dental insurance date.Then the lady typed my name wrong into the system as well as wrote the DOB for my parents incorrectly when I wrote it down for her exactly.I sat on the patient chair for a good 30 minutes til an actual DDS showed up. The doctors were fine but one of the receptionist really got on my bad side that day and made me switch dental care locations.

Just terrible! is all I can say. The nurses cant relay a message correctly and it took them 2 days to call me back! I believe my whole household had the virus and they are refusing to test me even though I qualify. The doctor refuses. I will be going to another place from now on! Maybe this is the reason I dont go to a regular doctor.

Hard to get someone to help with a simple problem takes a long time waiting on the phone

I came in here in the midst of a stroke and I can’t say enough good things about every employee there.They called an ambulance in record time and got me to Regions in time to get the TPA drug and I am so much better.So,a big THANK YOU to everyone.

Great Staff. The pediatrician was great very personable and really knew her stuff. Over a wonderful expierience.

Dr. Elizabeth for pediatric did not know how to properly communicate with my 7 year old daughter. She was snouty and did not delevope any kind of bond nor give us the experience to want to come back.

I absolutely recommend Doctor Stacia Rivers! She is amazing with my kids.

Several Years ago I had the privledge of seeing Dr. Chaffe, I had just moved back to the twin cities after living in SE Wisconsin. I will spare the private details but she took the time to get to know me and hear my concerns, it was very clear that she cared. This was something that had been lacking in a long time. Work again had me back in Wisconsin and I found a Dr.close to home. After several years of frustration and decline I was made aware by accident that my insurance covered Health Partners so I was more than pleased to return to Dr. Chaffee she again took the time to understand my concerns, and spent the time needed to understand what was going on. After 5 years my life is back on track and progressively improving. To many doctors come in read the notes and rush back out, spending zero time with the patient. I will never see another GP as long as she is there. Hands down the best I’ve encountered ever. Thanks to Health Partners as well for letting thier doctors take the time to effectively improve the lives of thier customers!
