I have used a French AV for 14 yrs as well as INRA 96. Today I had a bladder burst while collecting and called the company to order a couple of back up liners. The thick AV liners are backordered until 5/11. HELLO it is breeding season, how can you not have breeding supplies in stock? I ordered a thin liner, which while not ideal, would have served as a back up until the thick ones were available. I requested 2 day shipping and asked if it could be shipped today. All was good. Until I got an email later from their sales rep who had CANCELLED my ordered because she and a colleague had decided FOR ME that I should wait until the others were available. No attempt to call or email prior to making this decision on my behalf. Thank God, I had a back-up liner or I would really be up a creek since the liners are only available through IMV. Absolutely flabbergasted that a sales rep would do such a thing. I really wish there was another option but the stallion loves the French AV and is 19. Not going to upset the apple cart at this point, but I am one very unhappy customer.
