Staff is great and it varies. Forgot my lab papers and they told me to make a u-turn x3 during times i forgot about it. One employee was cool about it being on the phone and sent it via email where he printed for me.

For a Saturday was pretty cool the girls get you in and out.. they mentioned they are going by appointment only from now on so make sure you make appointment. 08/28/21

Definitely going here for all my future blood work. Scheduled my appointment online, there was no wait, it was not busy at all. The nurse that saw me was quick, calm, knowledgeable, and competent. I am prone to anxiety attacks whenever I get blood work, she allowed me to have my husband there to comfort me and she helped to keep me calm as well. The easiest and least painful bloodwork Ive ever had.

This has got to be the worst company I ever delt with, so I got hired at a job recently they told me I have two days to take a drug test at quest diagnostics I go down there at 8:00 am they tell me they dont do drug test until 9:00 am, I come back at 10:00 am with my birth certificate, ssn, and school I.D. they say they cant accept any of that. So I go to the DMV to get my I.D. I have to wait weeks later to actually receive it so I hope and try to use the paper that the DMV gave me that basically says I have my I.D. but its coming in later. So the next day, again they decline it, but this time somehow their policy changed and said now they do accept school I.D.s but my I.D. is from last year because my school didnt hand out new I.D.s but now they say its invalid because its from last year like what do you want me to do?! Ive done everything I can! Now Im probably gonna lose my new first ever job because of this. Oh well. Hope this company gets better and I hope no one has to deal with what I delt with. Lesson is get your I.D. right when you turn 18.

I went to get my blood drawn for the first time and there was this lady who was really kind to me. I got over my nervousness after I started talking to her. She was really nice. I told I wanted to be a registered nurse and she is amazed. 5/5 stars for this place, despite the wait.

Unfortunately this site was highly unprofessional and did not complete my full bloodwork. Walked in and didnt see any employees at front desk as I looked around I then heard an employee cussing up a storm whilst having a conversation with another employee. Had to loudly interupt them between her vulgarities to get serviced. Its a workplace, please keep it proffesional! Went for a full blood work and they didnt finish the doctors requested labs. Ended up having to go to a different location to finish the job.

Do not go here ! They do not stick to the contract with insurance. Even after insurance pays and you pay you part as well. They still hold you liable. They are suppose to discount the other amount owed . And they will not draw your blood until full payment is paid !!! And the girls there have no heart ...very rude !!! Even the lead for the weekend just came in and came me billing phone number and walked her fat butt away !!!

Went in on a Tuesday morning for blood drawn. Staff was great, Nikki drew my blood with great skills. I didnt even feel a poke from the needle and when she changed out the vials she kept the needle steady and no jerking from the vial change. Very smooth and excellent job, I would recommend her any day.

Very rude, I took my child and as some children tend to do she started crying and screaming caught one of the nurses rolling her eyes at my daughter, and the other girl very very rude, they should prepare them for this type of situations better is not the first time I go and is not the first time it happens, I thought it was just me but nope....

This particular Quest Diagnostics has gone completely downhill. The employees who use to work here were super nice and friendly. Now the new ones are super rude. They dont even acknowledge you at all. I came in about a week ago and was standing at the sign in desk waiting for someone to come and greet me and no one ever showed up. Finally she did and she just had a bad attitude. Was told that they were out of all the test that I needed and that they would call me back next week when they get more in. I still havent gotten a call so I come in today and they are packed. Why? Because they only have ONE GIRL working here today. Yepp thats right... ONE person working. Before there used to be at least 4 people working at a time here. I dont whats going on but they suck now.

There were 5 people ahead of me. They were in n out in 5 minutes. I was in n out in 7 minutes. The young man who assisted me was very kind, patient, efficient and helpful. The facilities were clean.

Too many things wrong with people who work here. Count that as a negative-STAR please........they deserve no stars at allour experience:* made to wait an hour* everyone we interfaced at this site was rude, as if they were giving out handouts to the poor. Very disrespectful and unprofessional* they drew blood again for my senior citizen mom, although I had clearly told them that there was only one (kit based) test pending and bloodwork was already done earlier in the week. The tech was more busy listening to music in her workspace, rather than listen to what i was conveying, and then when i asked her to explain why they were drawing blood again, she put it on me as the responsible party, although their system already had the test order in place, and clearly showed that the bloodwork was already taken care of a few days ago. Very very very rude, and disrespectful. She and a colleague of her (who intervened) were loud and unprofessional in subsequent conversation rather than being understanding and/or apologetic.* after doing partial test, we were told that wed need to wait in the waiting room for 14 minutes for the next part.....and were not called back in for over 25 minutes, till I reached out to them, and even then they did not take her in a room, but completed the remaining test standing in the alley between workspaces ....standing. Inhumane and unprofessional is not the work.Based on this experience, I doubt me or anyone in my family will ever want visit not just this, but any Quest locations. we sincerely will request our doctor to send our labwork elsewhere.

I got here at 4:15pm when the door says they closed at 4:30. We rushed from Modesto and the doors were locked and all lights were off. You can tell no one was there for a while. When you operate a business you close at the time you’re supposed to and not like 30 minutes or so earlier. All I needed was to give a urine sample and leave which would have taken less than 5 minutes. Now tomorrow, I have to take time out of my schedule and waste gas to come back to pee in a cup.

My four year old had blood drawn by Quest and I was so impressed at how professional the nurse was she made our experience pleasant and quick.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE!! You won’t have a wait time. Staff is super nice.

Just sat for an hour....waiting room packed and a very upset patient asking the entire waiting room if anyone has seen her insurance card the the office staff misplaced! And then the employee comes out from the back and announces that there is one employee and that we are welcome to go to the other location that was supposedly located across the street. Was not able to locate the other location but I did find a sign on another door stating quest had been moved to the location I was at. ??? Super frustrating

If possible, go somewhere else. If you have no other choice, then make sure to give yourself @ least an hr-hr & half before youre called back. Both employees that came up front to get patient info, were rude & extremely unapproachable, making it hard to get any info. Ive been to this place 3 times this week & walked out every time. I found another Quest in town & will be trying to have my blood work done @ that place tomorrow.

They’re so irresponsible. They close half an hour before it’s closing time that’s posted both online and at the door. We went half an hour before it’s closing time & the place was already dark, empty, & locked.

Slowest place ever.
