So far its been an awesome experience, they took the time to explain my home sleep test and once that was finished the results were broken down super simply. Once it was time for therapy, tried on many masks and found one that seemed quite comfortable. I have zero complaints with these fine folks.

Everyone is very nice and worked with me on customizing my sleep experience. They let me try several masks and let me take soke hoke to then see what I preferred. I like being able to come into the store vs recieving things in the mail without a choice of what I could use.

Went in for a sleep study and couldnt sleep because a patient in another room was snoring so loudly. At one point the patient was choking very loudly, and one of the techs burst into their room. Was charged $1,500 through insurance for a useless study due to a poor staff.
