Great group. Great to work with. Very honest and efficient.
I have never been treated so badly. While waiting for my husband I sat and listened to the 3 women at the front laugh and talk about a lady that was on the phone. These 3 women should be working on their customer service. They are just rude and snotty. Done with this place!!!
I went to the emergency room March 24, 2019 for severe pain in my hip. The doctor on call sent me to X-ray. The technician had trouble using the machine and had to call for someone else to show her. Although this caused more pain, I would not have written a review. My anger comes from receiving my first I’ll bill the week of May 27. I was in Washington DC and paid the bill on my return June 7th. June 12th I received a “Curtesy Letter” stating they were doing me a favor not turning my bill over to collections. I could pay the full amount, agree to payments or choose for it to go to collections!!!! I called the accounting office who let me know my account had been paid. I’m aware of that since I pay my bills when I receive them. She told me I had received 3 bills. I had received 1 and I paid it. I was told they have guaranteed mail return and they had not received a bill back. Your money turn over was 2 months. It took two weeks to receive the radiology report. I will never use Via Christi again but will go to Topeka.
There billing statement makes no sense.
My mammogram has always been covered by my insurance. They do not take Cigna Insurance so I was left with a balance and they do not take American Express for payment. I was told I would have to travel to another town for my insurance to cover this because there is no other facility in this area.
