I have worked in conjunction with Lela and Scott at Starr medical to provide quality wheelchairs for the residents at the skilled nursing facility I work. They are always professional, helpful, go the extra mile, and have incredible customer service! Lela is extremely knowledgeable and is always thinking about what is best for the patient. It is a pleasure and honor to work with her. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring custom wheelchairs.

Came in January 4th 2021 to get new batteries for pronto M51 sure step ,they put them in and checked chair. They were very honest and professional I will be back for anything else I need. Thank you

I was wanting to rent a scooter for use at a convention. I called four months before the meeting. They couldnt confirm if they would have a scooter for rent and to check back closer to the time I needed it. It is now a month and a half before my meeting and still they cant promise anything. How can you advertise scooter rental when you cant rent one. Very poor business practice. False advertising and poor customer service. I would give no stars if possible

Wife paid cash for a boot for a broken toe about a year ago because they didnt accept our credit card...they apparently do now as they have charged my card..or someone has..at their store...card company notified of unauthorized use of card...

Do not trust your familiess loved ones to get their medical devices from this company.

I wont recommend this business to my worst enemy. People who work there are unprofessional, uninformed and incapable to deliver. They provide plenty of excuses and no results. And when you give up on them their assistant manager Krystal Phillips is aggressive, rude and offensive.
