We love woofs! Ulysses loves to go to day play to get some exercise. Whenever I drop him off for whatever service, I know he will be well taken care of. I love that you can check in with the live cameras and get digital pupdates too.

Boarded my dog for 3 nights and picked her up around noon. When I picked her up, her good eye (she is blind in the other) was bloodshot, producing tons of discharge and very hazy. She normally does not have any of these issues. They asked me if she was blind. I wrote that on her paperwork so obviously they didnt pay attention to that. Then, the worker who brought her out said she ran into the kennel door, possibly causing these issues. I never received a call, inquiry, or notification; they just dropped this information on me when I picked her up. I called at 5pm that day after no improvement to ask if there was anything noted in her file about a scuffle with another dog or when it started, anything. They just chalked it up to allergies.I went here based on the stellar reviews, even though they were a little higher priced than other options, thinking my 12 year old dog might get a bit more care than other places as shes not used to being around a ton of dogs. I feel as if she just got thrown in the pack and no real individual attempt at care was ever made.

My dog, Vida, loves Woof’s! It gives me peace of mind when I drop her off knowing she’s in great hands. Everyone is so kind to me and her. I love being able to watch her on the webcam to check in, and digital pup dates with pictures telling me about her day always make me smile! I know she can be a handful but the Woof’s staff is always excited to see her. We love it!

I’ve been shopping around for a groomer in town. I came across a recommendation for Brianna and decided to book. She did an amazing job with my shy furball. This will be my go-to place from now on. Thank you!

Doggo loved it, he’s not the most social so he was put into a quieter room where he got pets and left to himself. Staff is very nice and I got the teeth cleaning and brushing added on and he came back fluffy and sparking white teeth! 10/10 I’m bringing my pupper here again ❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍

My pup cannot get enough! She is ALL about those tennis balls. Sophie has made so many friends and always tired from all the extra enrichment activities! If it wasnt for Woofs I probably would have had to rehome my sweet girl. I work too much to have her sit at home all day with her amount of energy.

Our fur babies absolutely LOVE Woofs! They enjoy making new friends every time and they love the butt scratches from their human friends there. They are always exhausted after having such a fun time! 10/10 recommend

I love that dogs can come here and be themselves! There is always a ton of staff to make sure the dogs in the play area are safe and messes can be cleaned up quickly. I also recommend people to bring their pups in for grooming. The head groomer Barb has been grooming for over 30 years and has a ton of breed specific knowledge, a deep love of animals, and a sincere desire to get to know people. I am impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism at Woofs, and if I ever need to board my pets in the future they will be my first choice!

We left our pups here for six nights and they are still exhausted two days later! Woofs may seem pricey but it is 100% worth it. From the live feed of day play to the nightly treats to the free departure bath; we love the services here!

I cannot say enough about Woofs or recommend them enough. My puppy Milo has a TON of energy and would not be able to sit in a kennel all day while Im at work. Woofs has gone above and beyond in their care for Milo and the staff is so so friendly. I have the peace of mind knowing that he is left in the best of care. I can also check in on him with the webcams! I buy the monthly membership where he can go an unlimited number of days and I find the price to be very fair. The staff always fills me in on anything that may have happened during the day or if Milo was misbehaving,which I really appreciate. We love Woofs and so does Milo, he goes crazy every single morning when we pull in the parking lot!

Kovu absolutely loves it here. He goes about twice a week, and ALWAYS comes home one tired pup.Definitely recommend Woofs, for all your doggie daycare/boarding needs.

My 5 month old Puppy just had her first full play day/care and she LOVED it. The staff here is amazing, they are in contact as soon as possible if you leave a voicemail and are super accommodating. I love that you can watch the pups play on the camera App feature they have. They definitely gave me peace of mind while I was at work all day. I will be bringing Winnie back again!

I LOVE this place. My boy doesn’t go often, but when he does, he has a BLAST. He always comes home completely zonked and ready for a nice long nap. The people are so sweet whenever they intake and send them home, their prices are reasonable, their perks are so much fun, and I can’t get over how it didn’t cost extra for them to send me a picture of my puppy and say he was a good boy (which I’m always happy to hear)!

I love Woofs. Even after the first visit, the next time we came back they knew my dogs. I love checking in on them with the cams while away. Gives me peace of mind that they are being well taken care of. I wish they were a little cheaper but you pay for what you get and I believe its worth it.

My puppy went to woof’s play and we experienced issues with a staff member spraying the dogs for no reason. All of this was seen on a camera and the manager basically denied my claims. This employee also pushes dogs away from each other when they are just playing. We’ve invested a lot of money and requested some sort of refund even just for the week of constant issues and weren’t even given a response in regards to the refund. Prior to that everyone was friendly but wish they would take issues more seriously.

My boy is 6 months old and he loves to play here. The staff are so great with him and he is tuckered out for a couple of days! Really helps in times like these when I work from home everyday. Thank you to the woof team for taking care of Koa ❤️

We absolutely love Woof’s! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Woof’s gives our dog the day to day structure that he needs. We always use the overnight stay and our pup always comes home tired. We love that we get to watch him online. Woof’s is great at communicating with pet owners. It seems a little pricy for a pet, but when you look at all the services and the peace of mind that they are providing it is worth every single penny.

My cat, Holly needed some serious grooming. She had an excellent groomer.

I couldn’t imagine my life without woofs! I am a college student, my dog goes almost everyday while I’m in class! She races to the door and car every morning to go to her “school”. The staff are incredible and truly love and care for my girl during the day while I am busy. She is always excited to go play and comes back exhausted! Woof’s is another family for her, it’s such a peace of mind for me when she’s in their care! All the staff members know her by name and get just as excited as she does to see them. I always see them playing with her and giving her cuddles/love/attention throughout the day!! She is a 1 year old Aussie full of energy and they are always happy to throw the ball or kong for her non-stop! She occasionally attends another daycare in my hometown, the two facilities do not even compare! Woof’s is a five star pet facility without a doubt.

I really like how they greeted our dogs and me. They certainly were very organized. The dogs turned out so cute after their grooming appointments. I definitely will be telling my friends about woof.

Good: The staff is always extremely accommodating and understanding... even when handling 100 lbs of furry separation anxiety. The streaming video gives pet owners peace of mind during deployment/PCS/vacations. The dog play is great for socializing dogs. The facility is clean and staff is which to clean up messes in play areas. The dogs all seem happy during day play. Our dogs always come home exhausted.Bad: Expect to pay $40/dog per night for basic room with no camera, no fan, and no TV. There is no discount for shared rooms. Staff like to avoid the cameras and the dogs follow them. All the cameras are at weird angles showing mostly walls. You cannot see 1/3 of the suite or play areas because of camera angle. I have twice been told (and charged for) a bath & nail clipping when they hadnt been done.

Kelly & the entire staff are a great extended family for my pup and I. Kennedy gets to visit with her friends, humans and canine, and has a blast playing with tennis balls and bubbles. I love getting her pupdate report cards and always look forward to her pictures. We both love Woof’s!

My dogs are doggy daycare regulars at Woofs, and often spend a few nights there when we’re out of town. They love their time there, come home happy, and I know that they are well cared for and treated like family while there. It’s a win-win!

The guys n gals are great with the dogs and treat them like their own. Everywhere is spotless...they Are constantly cleaning up after the animals. Our dog looks forward to play dates.

Nice place for doggy play dates or boarding. We left our 2 dogs here for 5 nights in the luxury suit. There are cameras in the play rooms, outside areas, and the suit. The camera angles are a little strange and there are quite a few blind spots, but we were still able to keep an eye on them. We did take a couple of blankets so they would feel more at home. By the end of the stay the blankets were spread out on the floor instead of the beds and no one would throw them back on there. This was a little strange especially since they eat in the room and there was no more floor space. Both dogs seemed to have a great time and we would use them again in the future.

They were great with my crazy dog!! Really took the extra time he needed. Definitely worth it to pay the extra for a room with a camera in it.

Staff goes above and beyond to make your dog happy. I would recommend the boarding or daycare to anyone in the area. Worth every dollar!

It turns out daycare isnt for my dog. He loved the people but not so much the dogs. I got a phone call that it wasnt going well, but I was still 2 hours away, so they had someone sit with him in a separate room until I got there. Great place, great people. Im so grateful for how good they were with my Humphrey. Im sorry it didnt work out.Thanks for being so great!

The Woof’s representative came out to our house to conduct a “At Home” consultation. He was very professional and I really felt he listened to our needs. He made me feel comfortable to leave him with access to our home and to take care of our fur-babies.

I cant say enough positive things about how the Woofs team helped me out in a truly terrible situation. When my dog sitter was arrested (yes, really) and my dog ended up at a shelter while I was several states away, Kelly and her team stepped up to the plate in ways I never could have expected. The picked my dog up at the shelter and brought her to Woofs, bought her the special prescription dog food she needs, called me daily with updates, and were just so kind and gentle throughout the whole process. They didnt have to do any of that. The fact that they did says a lot about the kind of business they run and the people they employ. Thank you Woofs for being there when we needed you in so many ways!

Woolf’s forgot to give my dog her medicineI dropped off my dog at Woof’s last weekend for a quick stay while I was out traveling. I’ve used Woof’s many times before with few issues, but this incident cost them my trust and my business. I labeled each food bag, filled out the paperwork, and even had a detailed conversation with a staff member about my dog’s medicine - and they missed every single dose. Thankfully, I was only gone for a short trip and no permanent damage was done to my dog.A call to Kelly, the manager of Woof’s, was never returned.

When taking my dog to Woofs the staff assured me that my dog would be introduced slowly into an appropriate play group, and they would transition him slowly. I watched on the cameras as they walked him back into the large dog section and let him go with about 15-20 dogs. They do not offer personalized attention, and they are not honest about the care that they provide. The only good thing about this place is that you are able to see what happens on the cameras, but good luck trying to get a playback if something happens.

Gracie had such a great time. She was tired after a few hours but I loved getting to watch her play on the tv screens in the lobby area. I asked questions and was a little scared to leave her but she had an amazing play time and the staff were friendly and took time to answer my questions. Thanks for caring about Gracie Faith. The staff is so professional and so good our kitten. He seemed pretty happy with the boarding overnight and was happy when we picked him up from his grooming session. The staff is always nice and so excited to see our kitten, even though he is kind of a pain right now since hes teething.

Woof’s employees were courteous, thorough and accommodating. The facility was clean and well organized. The webcams were a great “extra” not offered by most doggie day cares. Would definitely use the facility again!

This is the second time we have used the grooming services. The first experience was very good and professional, but the second grooming was disappointing and incomplete. Our dogs nails were trimmed but no filing as was done the first time. Their nails were left with jagged edges. Our one dog that was to be given the complete grooming was not done to specifications. Very in consistent and incomplete from our first experience. For the amount we paid we are very disappointed and will no longer use your grooming services.

Our super hyper dogs always come back from their stay worn out from playing. I enjoy being able to check in on them through the app. the personnel and the service is always on point. If we cant leave our dogs here when we go on excursions, we dont leave them anywhere else in junction City or Manhattan. They get to come with us.

Dropped off this morning and got to watch him play or introduce him to other dogs.

The Howl-A-Dayz crew takes such good care of our pup. They clearly love the dogs and are so happy to see our pup when she arrives. It has really made an impression on us. They love what they do, take pride in their work, are generally just wonderful. We are grateful to them. They have provided excellent, quality care for years, and continue to do so every day.

Been taking our dog here for years for boarding, grooming and day play. The staff is great and our dog always returns happy and tired. They also have cameras so you can check up on your pet when youre away.

My dog loves coming here. The staff all know her and she has an absolute blast. The best part is she always comes home super tired. The dogs arent punished by anything more than a spray of water and my dog has never acted like shes been abused by anyone there ever. The facility is very clean and weve never had any issues. Theyll even give her a quick wash right before I pick her up so shes nice and clean and tired when she gets home. They have themed parties around holidays and wading pools in the summertime. This is the best place in Manhattan.

I would just like to take a moment and say that the ownership here truly cares about all the animals they board and they take special care with all their animals. All my experiences here with Tyler have been nothing short of outstanding. If you want your animals taken care of by a staff that really cares, do yourself a favor and try these guys out. We did a meet and greet and my little Lady did really good. Very clean and just a all around fun place for your dogs. They even have a pool for them!!

I took my 2 boys there. I was able to check up on them via webcam whenever I felt like it. They had a ton of fun in the supervised play area and afterwards slept all the way home. They are so tired that they are not even interested in eating now, but instead are passed out on their beds. Woofs is a great daycare for my furbabies that doesnt leave me to wonder if theyre treated correctly. Im sure both will love to come back and hang out.

My dogs love going here. Nothing but tail wags when I drop them off. The only thing is that it is quite expensive!! For that reason they dont get do go as often as they would like.

We were visiting our son in Fort Riley and our doggie decided he wasnt tired enough to stay in the hotel room while we were catching movies up with our soldier. They were very accommodating by allowing our doggie to play during the very much busy 4th of July weekend and delivered us a very happy and tired pup every day, assuring we didnt get kicked out of the hotel. They even accommodated him for a bath and delivered a handsome boy in a tie! #dogmomproblems

I had the displeasure of watching the camera yesterday, June 16th, for several hours and noticed multiple concerning things. First, the dogs are locked in a solid concrete room and have no access to a grassy area. There were little dogs with the big dogs, pee all over the floor, and virtually no human interaction. When an employee did finally enter the area, around approximately 4 p.m., she did little more than drag a mop through each pee spot without actually cleaning it or the items that were peed on. I also witnessed her spraying a dog IN THE FACE with water because he/she was barking, and SHOVING dogs away from her rather forcefully. No attention was paid to the dogs otherwise. They werent being petted, played with, etc. The dogs looked quite miserable. For the fees charged by this establishment I expect better care for the dogs. If they’re going to advertise the fact that they have webcams, perhaps they should interact with the dogs and instruct their employees not to hit/push/etc. them. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The last 2 times were terrible for both my dogs. They got GI disorders both the times. Not going there anymore. The caring and the cleanliness is just a disaster. Its time to send a Vet inspector to check this place.

Our Australian Shepherd is a regular at HADI and it is her favorite place to spend the day. The staff are terrific and the web cam allows us to view our Aussie having fun with other dogs.

I am unfamiliar with the changes made when it became Woof’s Play, Stay & Groom.Original review:Unfortunately while checking in on my dog through the webcams I saw dogs being punished by Howl-a-Dayz staff. Some of these were dogs that werent even near other dogs, as it appeared they were just barking and were punished for it. With any situation, there are better alternatives than punishment and some training in dog behaviors could go a long way. This isnt an environment I want my dog in so I had to go pull him out. I was never made aware of punishment being used on the dogs and only found out from checking webcams. Who knows what was going on during the couple of months their webcams were not working. Wish Id figured this out sooner because they were working directly against all of our puppy training. Since they dont tell their customers ahead of time that they will punish dogs I felt the need to post it here so everyone can make an informed decision on whether this is the right fit for your pup.

First time weve ever boarded our dogs. We sprung for a suite - having the additional camera in their room was worth it.
