The best doctor I have ever had. She will never fully understand what she has done for me!!

I love Dr. Brightbill but her nurse Tesa is something that makes the office sour! While she waited until 5:40pm to give me results of a test she also verbally chastised me about my supposed attitude and while she accused me of being rude for hanging up earlier in the day on someone else she raised her voice at me and hung up on me. Not professional at all, while I absolutely love Dr. Brightbill dealing with that nurse will be very few words until I leave to another state. It also took a week for her to send an updated script to Mathis Rehabiltation after a car wreck. JUST NOT A PLEASENT PERSON EVER, BUT YET I AM THE PROBLEM!
