Went there on Monday, the staff was friendly, and helpful. Cant think of anything they could have done better. The doctor was on time, the procedure went better than expected. All in all the trip couldnt have been better. Would recommend this place for anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Evangelidis for about 10 years, he has given outstanding care and service. I went in for a procedure and all of the nurses are top notch, in particular Erin who incredible nice and has a great personality!

I didn’t even get to speak or set an appointment the “RECEPTIONIST” hung up the phone in the middle of my sentence. Just off of that alone I would have to say this must not be a very customer first environment. She might be having a bad day but a customer is a customer.

Took my mother in law in just to take her catheter out after she had knee surgery, insurance issues with copays so they let it slide until I get it straightened out, meanwhile her appointment was at 8:30 and didnt even see the doctor until 9:40 and when I said something about it, he said well Im doing it for free ,which he is not we have to straighten out the insurance mess up. Then he proceeded to tell me I was being blatantly rude by not finishing her paperwork which I couldnt remember the information because my mother in law is not in her right mind right now. He proceeded to tell us he is the only show in town and is very busy with other people that have cancer and such and said if he was in it for the money he would be doing something else. . The doctor was dr. Devine and if I were you I would see the other doctors there or go to a different clinic in a different city. My mother in law cried all the way home. Very rude and paumpus doctor. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because the 2 nurses who helped us after were wonderful.

I had a procedure done at Associated Urologists and I was very pleased and grateful on how I was treated. Erin did a wonderful job on explaining the procedure and making me feel comfortable, Dr. Rosso explained everything and made me feel comfortable and followed up after the procedure.I had a bad experience with a different Urologist in a different city.I would highly recommend Associated Urologist!

I had a robotic surgery done 9-29-20. Dr. Evangelidis listens to his patients and suggests what is best. I would recommend 100% Very happy with results.

I don’t typically write reviews but I have to let y’all know how awesome Dr Evangelidis is!! He listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. He took everything I said seriously! It’s hard to find doctors who listens! He did awesome on my surgery! All the nurses and staff were friendly and also help with questions. Over all I would HIGHLY recommend this doctors office!!

We didnt make the decision to use their services, but are SO INCREDIBLY thankful we ended up in their care. Dr. Rosso was on call the night my husband was transported in for emergency surgery due to a botched vasectomy. Dr. Rosso was able to stop the bleeding and save my husbands life. He was supportive in every way imaginable and made sure that my husband recieved the best care, both during his hospital stay and during the following months for his healing. If you need a urologist, there is nobody that we recommend more than Dr. Rosso and the Drs at Associated Urologists. They treat you more than just patients, they treat you like friends and family.

I received excellent care from Dr. Rosso and his nurse, Julie during my recent bout with kidney stones. Dr. Rosso performed surgery and got my issue resolved. I had a nice experience with the staff, however I was not expecting such a high bill afterwards. I wish theyd explained benefits (as most healthcare offices do these days) to me and perhaps the non-emergent procedure Id had done could have waited until Id saved up for it. Also, payment options are inconvenient due to the back and forth between the office and surgery side.

I had previously written a review that was a good bit negative from our first interaction and I am gladly changing it. Associated Urologists took our situation very seriously after learning of our experience from our first visit and worked very diligently and professionally to remedy any misunderstandings. Dr. Rosso took personal time to meet with my wife and I to develop a treatment plan that fit what we needed. We decided to go with a recommended procedure that went very smoothly to include the pre and post care. The service my wife received was excellent. We highly recommend this office for an Urology needs / treatment and look forward to continuing with them.

I received my vasectomy in April of 2016. It is May of 2017 and my swimmers are still as strong as they ever were. I know this for two reasons. 1) this morning I had my sperm count verified in a lab and they let me know that they are still plentiful and strong as if I never had a vasectomy done, and 2) my wife and I will be welcoming our fourth baby any day now.

Buyer beware, if you plan to pay out of pocket for your procedure do not submit any insurance information.I had my consult with dr Devine which went fine, I scheduled my procedure.Later I called to pay a portion of the procedure while I had money on a medical card and I was told what I would be charged for the procedure with a 50% discount for paying out of pocket, total was to be $1700, which seemed a little high compared to what I have read is an average price nationwide , but I have heard good things about Dr Devine so I shrugged it off.I was called back 20 minutes later and informed that since I have Aetna and they are contracted to my insurance I have to be charged their contracted rate of $3400 even if I pay cash and even if I do not want them to submit anything to my insurance.I was sure it had to be a mistake so I actually went in the office today to try to talk some sense into them and was told that was the price and there was nothing they could change.I went as far as asking if they were ok with losing me as a customer if I could get it done somewhere in Topeka for less, they were ok with that.I asked so if I would have walked in and said I don’t have insurance and want this done it would be half price? The answer was yes I shouldn’t have told them I had insurance if I want the cash price.I’m still scheduled for now but will be researching other locations and the legality of this policy as I’m told by others that it is not legal to be charged more if I do not choose to use my insurance before anything has been submitted.EDIT:After about a month after posting this review I was called and told they had a change in policy and my procedure was going to cost me around $1500, I don’t know if was related to my review or not, but it was much more of what I expectedThe actual procedure went fantastic and Dr Devine was great to talk to the whole time. Healing was quick and I am certainly satisfied by the first rate job, I just wish I hadn’t gotten the run around in the beginning.

My doctor was Dr. Rosso. He did a phenomenal job on my vasectomy. It was almost completely painless. The staff was professional and courteous. There was a very minimal wait time once I was in there and prepped. I really have no complaints about this office.Dr. Rosso has an excellent bedside manner and kept me laughing by talking about the show Stranger Things during the entire short procedure. I would most definitely recommend him to others considering this procedure.

Dr Laki and staff have always been extremely professional to myself and my husband. We are both patients and have had surgeries, no complaints at all. Wait in office is minimal.

Be ware when sending payment in. They provide very small envelopes for you to mail back with their statements. Sent payment in which they said they never received/and has not cleared bank. Charged late fee $25. Ridiculous. Has anyone else have this problem? Amazes me how doctors office get extra money from insurance companies and now try to get a little bit out of the patient. Service was good, but dont think I will be going back. Makes you wonder if you do go in with a actual problem, if doctors are actually treating you or wanting you to come in so they can make more money.

I had my vasectomy done by Dr. Devine, and I could not be more impressed by his professionalism, and that of his staff. The nurse on the day of my procedure, Carolyn, answered all of my silly questions and calmed my nerves. My pain was fairly minimal as I followed the guidelines laid out by Dr. Devine and the practice.

This office is very family unfriendly. Most of my friends and family were able to be with their husbands during their vasectomy and this office didnt let us know that I would not get to go in the back with him. I was very rudely told I would not get to go in the back with him the day of procedure. Then Dr. Devine had the audacity to come out to my car and try to reason with me but it made it worse and was very unprofessional about the matter. He has the worst bedside manner and do NOT recommend this office at all! I will always have a bad feeling about my husbands vasectomy now thanks to this awful doctor.

I had a very bad experience here. I had surgery last week, she didnt fill out my paperwork for work that I brought to the hospital (FMLA forms and leave slip) so I took it to her office after surgery and they wanted 20 $ for her to fill it out. I called my HR and they said theyve never heard of that! So I went in for my follow up today, I sat in the exam room for 30 minutes until the Dr saw me which was for about 3 minutes, the nurse came in to scan my bladder for whatever reason and said Dr Hall would be back. I waited another 20 minutes and no one came in my room so I walked out because I had other things to do. As I was walking out I saw Dr Hall sitting at her computer. I did think she was very nice but that is just ridiculous to have to wait 50 minutes and only see the Dr for 3 minutes. Hopefully this isnt how they treat all their patients but I am very dissatisfied with this business.

I will try my best to get referral to a different place next time.
