The new hold on checks being deposited is a major financial burden on my business. I have been here for 7 years and have never had an issue with my account. I asked a supervisor if they could bypass the hold by verifying the funds, (which has been done before) and was told that the hold is going to be there no matter what. Not very good customer service. I am switching taking my business elsewhere

This establishment is super unprofessional. I do not have a bank with this place but they have an ATM outside their place. In attempt to pay rent I used theyre ATM and the machine took my card and never gave it back. I contacted but the customer service and they local store. In which they told me that my card had been shredded. Did not tell me the reason as to why it was shredded but that I could open an account with them. Propaganda in which I was left with no way to access my account. They showed no remorse. They should kept trying to get me to start an account.

They like to argue with you with everything and they want to make sure they are always right. Well, you also get a lecture if you dont know their banking system. Just very ugly customer services every time I go. Just dont want to deal with these people. They want to be your boss telling you how to talk in the bank language. If you dont know the term, they will give you a look and you feel so dirty.Ask myself, Why am I coming here?

My husband and I were welcomed and didnt have to wait to be helped. The office is neat and clean. The staff is courteous. Ive had bad experiences in the past so I know a good bank.

This is the first institution, that you will apply for a loan, approved and will automatically start getting charged for the loan without you accepting the loan or rate. watch out for them when you apply for loan or else your credit may be messed up, and most of their customer services are not too good to talk about.

Jan. 15th I went in to pay our car & credit card. On the 19th I get an email from Credit Karma saying our credit card has been maxed out. And come to find that it had been. Dropped our credit 50 points. Itll be fixed in 1-3 days but in the meantime they apologize for the confusion. There was no confusion. The teller maxed out my credit card because everyone here is incompetent. How many mistakes until there are just too many?

I tried getting a car loan and the lady who helped was the up most disrespectful lady Ive seen. Had nothing to do with helping me out. Said no and thats its. Very upset about the way she did things. Ill probly never go to navyfederal in junction city ever again

I was in the process of changing all my banking needs to Navy Federal. However, I started to refinance my mortgage and was treated with a lack of respect by one of the lenders. His attitude was that of someone who did not care. To summarize I cancelled refinancing of any loans and closed any accounts. I do not recommended them to anyone.
