Horrible place their kiosk doesnt work right. I stood there for an hour waiting to talk to someone to get checked in and it never happened. They only had 2 nurses there working and they were rude,Would not help me. I need work done on my daughter but we will go somewhere else im very upset it was a waste of my time. Another lady waiting said that it use to not be this bad and it started going down hill in 2018.

Fast process from start to finish despite having 4 of us waiting. Liked the kiosk to sign in, assisted the testing in proceeding smoothly. Everyone was courteous, professional and appeared to be well educated in their roles. Would definitely recommend and would return if need arises.

Very unprofessional environment. I went in for a drug test and was ignored by the front desk despite being the only person in the office. When they finally acknowledged me I was given no instructions for what to do and treated like I was stupid for not knowing what was going on.

Great service and friendly people. Very skilled and only required one poke at the vein! Always thankful for that.

Amy went above and beyond in helping me.nkt too many business provide assistance as Amy did. She makes needles pain free and is filled with Joy from 7:30 til close. Thanks again!

Completely unprofessional. Front desk representative was very rude and talking loudly about how “these doctors offices don’t do their jobs right”, clearly frustrated and acting rudely towards customers as a result. Some obvious education needs to be had with the staff.

Amy was the best, and even made a personal call to me concerning a lab test. Thank you!!!

She is the best at what she does. Ive been a lot of places all over the country and she is the best.

I Attempted to call the lab to find out if I needed an appointment & no one answered the phone. I feel this is unprofessional.Jackie

Always met with relief of feeling embarrassed at the counter. Amy I believe its get babe is quick and to the point and mags you feel as a regular patient!
