Great service. They answered all of my questions about placing my mother in their facility. I would definitely recommend you at least visit with when looking for care for a patent.

I went to see my brother today. I was pleased to see more staff available to help take care of the residents. I also noticed new key pads up to help getinto the building and other parts of the building. My brother has gained a little weight. He said he likes the food and eats three meals a day. The staff treats my brother with respect and seems to truly care about him.My brother now is having physical therapy. He seems calmer.The facility looks clean. I know from personal experience how hard it is to care for the residents in a nursing home. Thank you each and everyone who helps take care of our loved onss Thsnk for the improvements!e

I am a volunteer—playing the piano—and have appreciated Via Christi Village for a long time. Their care for the spiritual aspect of life is evident—reflected so well in the staff and the multi-denominational chapel services provided, and the hymn-sing which I play for. Today was great—being able to return to be with everyone!!!

Every time I visit my father in law staff are always helpful and kind. He says that about the staff also. Checking out your facility was the best decision, thank you.

It is great to visit with my wife in person in her room inside now that restrictions have been loosened up. I just wish her room was a bit larger cause its difficult to get the lift in the room to transfer her. Also I think there needs to be more staffing

Everyone is very friendly. Security is good. Covid precautions are in place.

I really wish the room that the visits are in wasnt so unfriendly and sterile looking. It felt like we were stuck in a back room, not comfortable at all. This place is really nice, the staff was great...its just the visiting room is terrible. Maybe a couch, or at least comfortable chairs. Set it up like a living room.

I love how via christi village workers be on top of things and gets it done yall taking care of my grandpa. He looks healthy makes me happy to see that someone cares for there community they got my Respect #100

This place is literally terrible. My boyfriend’s grandma was waiting for 2 hours for someone to help her use the bathroom before we got there for visitation today and the only reason someone came and helped her is because I had to go bug one of the nurses about it. They have also served rotten baked potatoes to the residents. Thankfully his grandma noticed hers was COMPLETELY rotted inside and out, but there are some residents that stay here that wouldn’t be able to notice due to poor vision and they might have eaten the potato that day and gotten sick. His grandma is supposed to take her meds at 8:00pm on the dot so that they can begin to work in order for her to be able to fall asleep. And she told us that the other day, she didn’t receive her meds until after 10:00pm. She wasn’t able to fall asleep until 11:30-11:45. Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. Hell I would even give y’all negative stars.

My mother has been living at Via Christi Village in Manhattan, Kansas for over a year. We are so thankful for the loving care she has received as a resident. Because of Covid, we could not visit, in person, for most of the days, but were assured by the knowledge that she was being cared for by their wonderful staff. She has always been treated as a member of the staffs family.

Very clean, all social distancing, masks and awareness were in full force. Staff very friendly & knowledgeable. Thank you for the care you all provide to my uncle!!

This is a great facility. The rehab unit is great. The therapy team is outstanding and got my Aunt back home in no time. The staff is truly amazing here.
