The only ENT Doctors in Manhattan, theyve consolidated to a monopoly it seems. Unfortunately they do not seem to have many options for low income or uninsured patients.Last appointment I Arrived 15 minutes early. After I had to wait almost 45 minutes to get in, then I only spent less than 5 minutes with the doctor. At an appointment here years ago it was a similar experience, about 3 minutes with the doctor and hundreds of dollars on the bill with insurance. The bill each time was not reflective of the service I received.Very fishy the way the charge and being the only option in town for ENT.

We saw Dr. Pease for my infants ties and he was extremely disrespectful and rude. After explaining our issues and telling him I knew for a fact he had a lip tie but could very well have additional ties, he told me that they couldn’t cause issues with Breastfeeding and that if I was worried about weight to offer a bottle of formula with rice cereal instead of breastfeeding. He offered this unwarranted advice AFTER explaining that my son would not take a bottle. He did not check him for additional ties but instead decided to explain breastfeeding to me like I was clueless even though I dealt with similar issues with my first son. Dr. Pease refused to check for additional ties or clip his already well known lip tie. Instead he was rude and dismissed all my concerns and issues. I was in his office less than 30 minutes for him to be incredibly dismissive and downgrade all issues while trying to act like I was clueless. All the while, I was referred back to their office with Dr. Pardum 2 weeks later to have a severe tongue tie clipped that was causing all of our issues. He was amazing and very apologetic for his peers attitude. However, after speaking to the office manager, I still have to pay an almost $70 bill for the man who was so disrespectful and did not help AT ALL. They also informed me there was no formal way to file a complaint on Dr. Pease. All the while, my original referral was to see Dr. Pardum but the staff scheduled me with Dr. Pease instead. My Doctor submitted an additional referral to see Dr. Pardum after she heard of my TERRIBLE experience with Dr. Pease. I highly advise against scheduling with Dr. Pease as he doesn’t listen to concerns or fix ties since he just knows that they cannot cause issues breastfeeding.However, Dr. Pardum is the most professional and compassionate doctor. I highly recommend him.

We were in for my 10 yr old son and his trouble with seasonal allergies that hes had since 2015, we knew we needed to see an allergist because his symptoms were getting more extreme, but were told we needed to see their doctor first, which they could schedule for 2 weeks out. The appointment with the doctor was no more than 5 min and ended with, Youre doing everything wed recommend and we will be in contact with the allergy nurse to get ahold of you. This is something we already knew, as my son has a doctor already that has prescribed him all of his meds he has needed thus far!. So this appointment was a complete waste of time and money. Dr Pease was good and we do not have any critique, personally. I am just upset that we stated we already had a doctor and had my sons medical history and this appointment was still necessary before moving on, and then nothing in the appointment was conducive to being helpful at all. We now have to wait even longer for a call back, and another appointment, and more money to be able to finally have better relief for my son.

The wait time was a little lengthy, but the nurse was very nice and thorough with me. Dr. Singh was also very thorough, informative, and he helped me understand what factors were most likely affecting my sleep. He also gave me information on how to improve my sleep. I know I can count on this office again should the time arise. :)

Had a home sleep study done for employment eligibility. Sleep study evaluated by Dr. Benjamin Pease. His diagnosis was mild sleep apnea. His suggested course of action was consider a trial of a CPAP or have a medical consult with his office. After reviewing results with my doctor, we decided no CPAP trail was necessary unless I develop symptoms congruent with poor sleep or moderate sleep apnea (I have no symptoms whatsoever). Had a consult with Dr. Pease to discuss our decision and to get a letter for my employer confirming I did not need a CPAP. Dr. Pease was not happy, refusing to provide me with any letter and demanding I get more testing. During the course of our conversation, he even changed my diagnosis from mild to moderate stating, You have moderate sleep apnea and need more testing. I felt like he was more interested in my wallet than my well-being. A second opinion from Topeka confirmed, I didnt need a CPAP nor more testing. Dr. Pease was just after more money. Avoid this guy and this place like the plague!!! Go to the Stormont Vail Sleep Center in Topeka, they are very professional and value your well-being over your wallet.

We came in to have my son’s lip tie assessed. I was told he does not have one, and that it wouldn’t affect breastfeeding anyways. I was having pretty severe pain while nursing due to his latch and my son’s weight percentile was 12% below birth weight. I went to a pediatric dentist after this visit for a second opinion, and they said he needed his lip, tongue, and two buccal ties snipped right away. Breastfeeding has been a complete 180 turnaround now and he is gaining weight. The doctor was not knowledgeable about how to help new moms and babies with breastfeeding. I would not recommend.

The people who work here go out of their way to accommodate the patient they are helping, they speak people to you and not doctor so that you understand everything they do! They really care about their patients!

Get a second opinion. Have been to two appointments now yielding no results. We are no closer to finding out what the problem with my child is. First appointment was quick, doctor didnt seem to care what we had to say. Second appointment was even quicker & she had no sound advice but to wait. One week later & have not heard anything about the hearing tests. Had my referral sent somewhere else so maybe he can get the care he needs. Receptionists are rude. Long wait times for them to spend a minute with my kid. Two appointments that could have been one, double billing insurance. Just a waste of time.

The nurse was amazing, she was so kind and funny and relatable and just really helped my 3 year old and I to feel at ease while getting emergency stitches!! Dr. Purdom was amazing and skilled and fantastic with everything.

I wasn’t able to see Dr. Singh the day of my appointment, but another lady did my appointment. I can’t remember her name but, she was so wonderful. She was tall, blonde, and had bright blue eyes. She was so courteous and took an interest in everything I was saying, and answered all of my questions. In the past 5 years I’ve lived in Kansas, just this appointment alone was the first time I felt like I got quality care. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously!

Tanya Castor, she really cares about my breathing issues, and goes that extra mile to make sure I leave her office fully informed on what brought me in at the time. Staff or all upbeat and friendly. I might make my appointment not able to breath and down, but the staffs up beat nature and friendly greeting an attitude, I leave feeling better.

From the front desk to the nursing intake to the visit with the doctor, I experienced excellent service and care. Inspire ENT provides a professional and efficient environment. My visit was an adequate length, and I left well educated about my issue and future procedure.I also had a great cosmetic experience and definitely recommending this practice for cosmetic procedures.

I have a degree in Microbiology - They do not follow good laboratory practices in the allergy testing. If a Positive control illicits little to no reaction you Do Not Just inject more of that reagent directly from the vial in order to call the test valid!! If that is the way you want to do this test then all reagents(allergens) should have been directly injected from their individual vials. At that point the test would have been valid. Either your procedure was done incorrectly, or and the more likely reason, you need to replace your reagents more frequently.

The best easiest experience I have ever had. I have already recommend this company to multiple other potential clients. Honestly I was amazed by how fast the Doctor got right to work. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Dr. Fincham is amazing. She completed a tonsillectomy on me and has been working diligently to help my daughter with her frequent ear infections. She is so kind, thorough, and extremely good at what she does. I won’t go to another ENT specialist.

Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful, and the children’s waiting area is adorable. We were in an out of my son’s consult appointment in 30 minutes, and I had plenty of time to go over all my concerns and come up with a plan with the doctor! Definitely recommend them!

They try to force you into there expensive allergy shot regiment and say the “are not comfortable” maintains an allergy treatment the started before the tried to force you into an allergy treatment that costs a lot and you don’t want.

With every visit Dr Fincham has been professional, concise, and caring. She always spends time with me and I never feel rushed. She operated on my nose and I have had so much improvement in my breathing. The surgery center experience was also wonderful. Such caring people. I would recommend Dr Fincham to anyone.

We couldn’t have asked for a better ENT than Dr Purdom! He has been with us since day one of our sons health almost 5 years ago and would tell anyone to go to him! He is the most polite and tells you what is going on and takes time with you! Thank you so much for all you have done for our family!

If you have any sort of an urgent issue this may not be the place to go. Expressed concern that my issue was worsening and Id been afflicted with it for two years. Im then scheduled to do follow up tests an entire month later. I called and left a message for a nurse requesting a response and heard nothing back after half a work week had passed. Called again and speak to a receptionist who in my opinion showed little sympathy for my issue. The doctors and nurses I saw were professional and kind during my visits, I just feel like they showed little concern for my continued suffering.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was referred to this clinic by my doctor over a week ago and have been meet with hostile receptionists, been told to jump through hoops, and flat out ignored. As a potential client it is not my responsibility to ensure they have their paperwork in order. They refuse offer any sort solution to the issue. Avoid at all costs!

I see Dr. Singh he is a great pulmonologist. Helped me deal with my asthma diagnosis with ease. Mike with Radiology is the best! Very patient with the breathing test and CT scan process...

They have a super staff over there. The doctors are great and I love my two doctors. They always have my best interest at heart.

Dr. Pease is possibly the rudest, most condescending doctor Ive ever met. He was dismissive, talked over me and didnt listen to anything I had to say. Highly unimpressed and disappointed in how the visit went. It was a huge waste of time and money.

Dr Fincham did a excellent job in explaining how and why she was going to do my procedure. The staff was polite and showed great professionalism. Very impressed with the outcome of my surgery. I would request and refer Dr Fincham

DONT GET YOUR TEETH PULLED! I was advised by Dr. Fincham that I needed to have 4 perfectly healthy teeth pulled to solve my sinus issues. I got a second opinion and my sinus issues were resolved and I still have all of my teeth. She is telling MANY people incorrectly so people are losing their teeth and still have sinus problems. I urge you to get a second opinion before you undergo any procedures!

What I liked about my visit was how the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and wasnt trying to rush to get me out, so that she could get to the next person.

I was told by my GP that he would call Inspire and have them call me to make an appointment. I waited a week and nothing so I called them. She said, Oh here is your folder on the bottom of my pile. So my GP did call. My GP sent me here to check tinnitus that occurred. As I entered the building and walked up to the desk the receptionist didnt greet me, smile or say hello. She asked my name found my folder and shoved a clipboard toward me and said fill this out. I did. Returned to the front desk, she said I have to have $40 from you before you see the Dr. I wrote her a check. No thank you. No please, nothing. I the proceeded to get my hearing checked. The young lady was very nice and did a wonderful job she was very friendly. I was then set in a little hallway and waited about 30 min. The Dr. Came and got me. He seemed nice but rushed. He looked in my ears, felt my thyroid, looked in my throat asked me what soundI heard. He gave me an order for TSH blood work, said that I would have to go home and learn to live with it. No magic pill. He said I can get blood work done but it would probably come back normal. I left. I was in his office for 4 minutes. The bill just for that office consultation was $200.00. The hearing test and 40$ was not included in that. I was filled with anxiety and confused about what was happening to me. I felt worse when I left there. I grew up on a cattle ranch and now I know how those poor cattle felt when we ran them through the chute and let them out into the pasture. I was not impressed and felt their consultation fee was way out of line. I wont be returning there or recommending their services to others. I was very disappointed. I understand there is no cure for tinnitus but it was new to me and I was scared. I do hope the receptionist will be more aware of her actions and how that makes their office look uncaring.

I have received care from Dr Avinash Singh and PA Tanya Castor for lung related problems for over twenty years. Both have consistently strove to improve my health. Along with Dr Short, all have done well for me. Thanks folks!

Had sinus issues for over a year. I came here and they ended up throwing more meds at me after the fact I had been on 5 rounds of meds before hand. Than once that didnt work they decided to do surgery. Thought this was going in the right direction until I got through my surgery it was very rushed and not much concerned for getting it done right the first time. Had a check up a week week later and was feeling better. A couple more weeks went by and u started getting a post nasal drip again and even let dr. Finchem know about it. But she said it all looked fine and it was just allergies. I asked about getting another CT scan and they didnt want to do that. Finally it got to the point where I was actually worse than I was before my surgery. I finally canceled my follow up appointment and went to KU med in Kansas City. First check up I had the doctor said I had inhaled mold and was able to tell that from my CT scan. Well had to have a second sinus surgery by a doctor who knew what he was doing. Come to find out I had a staff infection in my sinuses and I was at the point to where It was very hard to breathe most the time until my surgery. Id suggest staying away from this place because there in a hurry to get people in and out and not worry about getting it done right the first time. Not impressed with this place at all. This almost had my life in ruins, my marriage and my job because of how terrible I felt because it wasnt done right the first time. KU med ent in Kansas City got me taken care and fixed properly. Stay away from the inspire ent because they dont have major concern for there patients.

All the great recommendations of Dr Purdom are absolutely true. He and his staff are top notch! Im very pleased with his skills and thoroughness. 😁

The staff are friendly for the most part. The facility is very clean. My only complaints are; I never get seen until at least an hour after my appointment time. They told me there was no co pay then after three visits they wanted me to pay a copay for the last three visits right then and there. It was embarrassing! Some of the staff tend to talk down to you. If my insurance would allow me to be seen somewhere I else. I would choose to go elsewhere.

Awful customer service. Never received any follow-ups from my appointments until months after and multiple requests to the office myself. Impossible to get ahold of reception at any hour any day, and NEVER receive returned calls after multiple days of voicemails to complete even the smallest requests. Overall very unimpressed.

The entire staff from reception to the nurse and doctor was well above amazing. They were patient and polite. The nurse listened to my post-op concerns and addressed them with the dr. I am very pleased with the dr bed side manner with my daughter as well. More than pleased with the entire experience.

Those are some of the greatest peoples you ever want to meet. The care is so great there. Lots of my friends go there also.

I was told by my daughters pediatrician that the ENT office would call us to make an appointment because it was a referral and they never called me. I had been called them twice and left messages both times but the office still did not contact me. My daughters pediatrician had called the office to see if they had gotten her referral because they had not contacted me and they had confirmed they had received the referral and told my daughters pediatrician they have no idea why the front desk has not called us yet. Then when I was finally able to get a hold of them to schedule I had talk to a lady that was very very rude and they were having phone problems at the time so in the midst of trying to schedule an appointment the phones hung up. I had then called right back and a different lady answered and said the other lady went to lunch. So I scheduled the appointment with the second lady I talked to and was scheduled for two weeks out. The entire time it had been four weeks before I could even have my daughter seen. This is ridiculous and my little girl has had your problems every month and this was urgent. Her pediatrician even said she would contact the doctor via email to let him know how urgent it was. The office staff seems to be a little behind or something because they had not contacted me at all.

Dr Purdom is wonderful! I highly recommend him for children or adults. He is great with my 2 year old daughter.

The staff person who called to schedule my appointment was very pleasant on the phone, as well as all of the staff in the office the day of my appointment. I did not have to wait, and Dr. Purdom was efficient and friendly. Great experience overall!

The wait in the lobby was forever, but once I got back the appt was quick, concise, professional. Michael is excellent with his job, extremely fast and professional.

After about a month after we were referred we finally got a call from this office. I took a day off work, and my daughter took the day off of school to travel to Manhattan for this appointment (we live out of town). We waited about 30 minutes in an empty waiting room with crabby receptionists. Once seen, we had approximately 5 minutes with Dr. Pease, and were charged $140. (That’s $1680/hr) He barely looked at my daughters tonsils, just gave some condescending comments and sent us on our way, with the notion we wouldn’t be able to move forward with getting her tonsils removed until we took two tests. He introduced them casually and so I assumed they were minor tests. They were actually $400 tests and $4000 tests that our second opinion doctor said were not necessary and also let us know that the companies and doctors that did those extra tests...were business partners with Dr. Pease. Gross. I smell a scam-will never go back to this place again. I have tried to talk to the office manager, so dont waste your breath. They dont seem to be looking to improve, just get your money!

Dr.Purdom is amazing! He does great with kids too! My daughter has autism and he made sure to explain everything he did and took his time making sure she was ok with everything!

Dont know what I was doing there but its pricy. Oh ya had my throat was operated on. Dont get it done it hurts for months still hasnt healed!

De Short is very personable and knowledgeable in his field. Treats people with respect and gets to the bottom of what’s going on.

I have seen Dr. Pease and my daughter has seen Dr. Fincham. Both are wonderful. Dr. Pease was fantastic, as was his nurse. Same with Dr. Fincham and her nurse (who also had to deal with a very upset toddler, but they all handled it wonderfully and kindly). The entire staff at Inspire is always wonderful. Everyone was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful.I had heard great things about Dr. Pease before this appointment, and everything I heard was true. He was fantastic and I would gladly see him again and recommend him to others. I trust that I was listened to, and that my care matters. I did have to wait a while for the appointment, but I wasnt bothered by that. I understand that offices get busy and appointments can run long. I never felt rushed in my appointment, and felt that I mattered. I trust that all the other patients are made to feel the same way. For that and for great care, I am willing to wait.Dr. Fincham was newer when we first went to see her, so I hadnt heard much about her. But she was excellent. She was very kind and patient with us and my daughter, who has a typical toddler fear of doctors. She performed adenoid and ear tube surgery on my daughter, and we felt comfortable with her taking care of our baby girl. The surgery went well, and Dr. Fincham was great about keeping us informed, answering all our questions, and providing excellent advice.This entire practice is wonderful and I am so grateful for them in our town. I highly recommend any of the doctors and nurses here. The entire staff is amazing, and the care is exceptional.

Everytime I go its at LEAST an hour each time. The wait before getting called back is ridiculou, and it cant count how many times Ive been called back and taken back to the waiting room. Or my kids appointments are cancelled and rescheduled and the PA is never on time. Not only that if my kids need perscriptions, they never send them to the pharmacy! 😠😠😠
