I have been going to Savannah for personal training for the last 7 months and I am very happy with my results. My daughter has been going to Savannah for softball hitting lessons and fitness training for almost year and a half now. She loves it! Savannah is a great instructor, trainer and role model for young girls to look up to. The strength classes has been both fun and challenging and she has made new friends along the way.

My daughter attend Strength and Conditioning classes at Next Level Performance during the lockdowns over the summer. Best decision ever! Savannah and her staff are great with the girls. When school sports returned in the fall, we saw an increase in her agility, vertical jumps, speed, and over all athletic ability. She is looking forward to returning in the late spring into the summer once her school sports finish.
