I took my son in for help to his constant nosebleeds. It was one of the most organized friendly doctors office I have ever been to. The nurse was amazing at calming him down before his procedure and the doctor was great with him. I was so happy to find an office and staff that my child was comfortable with.

My daughter had a tonsillectomy performed by Dr. Guillot on a Friday and everything was great until the Thursday after when I called the office to have her pain meds refilled, as she would be out that evening and I wanted to make sure that she could get through the weekend without any issues. No call back on that Thursday, so called back the next day, Friday, to find out that they were in a meeting all day and never received a call back after leaving messages all day expressing my concern and the importance of having her pain medication refilled. Our follow-up appointment was for the Friday, two weeks after surgery, at 1:00pm. Both my daughter and I thought that this should be a quick visit, as the office is closed from 12 to 1 for lunch and when we arrived we were the only ones in the waiting room. We were called back shortly after 1, only to sit in the exam room waiting for 45 minutes without anyone stopping in to apologize for the wait or explaining why there was such a wait! We got up and left without seeing the doctor as this was a follow-up visit and my daughter was not having any issues. This 1 star review is for poor office management, as Dr. Guillot was great, surgery was quick and he called shortly after surgery to check on my daughter.

The best Allergy clinic I have been to, the ladies in the Allergy department are the best and always have you in and out as quickly as possible.

The doctors and nurse practitioners are very thorough. They cover all the angles and find the root of your issues.The facility is clean and well organized. Its also child friendly, they have a small play area for kids in the lobby.

We love SLENT! Dr. Guillot and his nurse are so sweet and caring with my 3 year old girl. She is always so comfortable talking to them about her ear issues. She has had a lot of relief since her tubes were put in and adenoids were removed. She looks forward to check ups at SLENT and even though she loves the suckers, she really enjoys seeing Dr. Guillot and his nurse! Thanks for making every visit a good one!

SLENT is an excellent place. Highly recommend them. They have a great staff. Place is clean, and most of your testing needs can be handled in house for convenience. Dr Guillot is awesome.

Glad to find answers. Billing department is the worst. Rude. Unwilling to work with patients. Intimidating and extremely unsympathetic two people and insurance payments I would never recommend them ever again due to the fact that their billing department was so extremely rude unfortunately because of that I have to give them such a low rating

I have been going to Dr.Martinez for at least three years and cant express how pleased I have been with his care.Im not the easiest patient to care for, but he always treats me as if I am family!His staff is excellent, professional, and a pleasure to work with.I recently had a bad case of vertigo and assuming it was an ear problem I made an emergency appointment with Dr.Martinez. He did an inner ear pressure test and said I had crystals in the inner ear that were out of balance. He physically maneuvered my head and neck into various positions and guess what? My vertigo disappeared and I can now function in balance. He also worked with me with my hearing loss with great success!Dr.Martinez is terrific and I recommend him and his staff.Im almost 70 yrs old and have not submitted many reviews. Dr. Connelly and his staff were amazing! From the initial appointment to scheduling surgery to me now two days out of surgery and not near as bad as I would have thought pain wise, the whole experience has been great. Everyone Ive spoken to at SLENT, whether on the phone or in person has been very friendly, polite and helpful. Dr Corneille is great with fitting, adjusting, servicing my new ears. The receptionist, Falyn is also very friendly. My services at the Slidell location have been a pleasure.

Wonderful doctors and staff! I called in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic with a case of extreme vertigo. Dr Guillot saw me the next day. He and his staff were awesome and took every precaution. The next week I saw the audiologist, Dr Martinez and he was also wonderful. Having never experienced vertigo and not having an established ENT, I was blown away with their compassion and fast service. Highly recommend!

We’ve used SLENT on multiple occasions for different procedures and they never let us down. Tonsils, hearing, cyst, allergies. Dr. Guillot, Sorrel, and Jordan have done a great job with all of us.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Ellen answered any questions I had and she listened to my concerns! She was awesome and my procedure was painless! Very thorough and gave post-op instructions and ‘goodie bag’ of anything I needed for healing! Faith and Ellen were on top of everything and had me setup and ready to go! I absolutely could not be happier with our experience with Dr Guillot at SLENT! Our consultation went great and he was so kind and gentle with Aiden. Before surgery he checked on us multiple times and explained absolutely everything to expect. After surgery he came to tell me how everything went and again went over everything I should expect. Finally, we just got a phone call from him personally checking on Aiden. It is so easy to ask a receptionist or nurse or really any staff member to call and “check on” a patient after surgery, especially on a Friday afternoon when I’m sure everyone is ready for the weekend. But the fact that he calls himself and is so genuine is really refreshing. A huge thank you to him and all of the staff at SLENT. Such a wonderful experience. Being a parent is tough, especially when your child is in pain, but they have made it as stress free as they possibly could. This momma truly appreciates it!! ❤️
