Working with Heidi was an absolute dream come true. She was so kind and professional from the very first contact. When we spoke on the phone about scheduling my lip blush appointment she was able to get me in quickly and provided me with a bunch of helpful information to help me prepare for my appointment. She sent me some surveys to carefully screen me to make sure that I would be an ideal candidate and be happy with my results. She instructed me on how to prepare for my appointment by exfoliating and moisturizing my lips prior to my appointment. When we met up the day of my appointment she was helpful in helping me to select my ideal color for my lips. She was kind, caring and considerate and she applied the numbing cream and talked to me through the entire process. She was hygienic, efficient, caring and observant of my pain tolerance. When I left my appointment I couldn’t have been happier. She provided me with an amazing assortment of post procedure care items including a healing balm, Q-tips, a mask guard that allowed me to wear my mask without it touching my lips, and a lip mask for moisturizing. I absolutely love how my lips turned out and I cannot wait until my follow-up appointment in four weeks. I highly recommend Heidi
