I had my second facial ever with Stephanie yesterday. She was AMAZING. Her facial massage technique was so skilled, I was blown away. The basic facial uses quality products, hot stones, a cooling eye treatment and an awesome hand/arm massage.Being a massage therapist, I’m pretty picky when it comes to the work someone performs on my hands and let’s just say, I won’t be complaining any time soon.As for the facial, I can only say good things. My skin is visibly clearer today than it was yesterday. Stephanie was able to target ALL of my problem areas and extract everything that needed to come out. I ended up rebooking another session with her!

All I have to say is that Ive followed Stephanie for over 10 years and I am still driving AN HOUR to see her for my skin care and waxing needs. So if that doesnt prove how AMAZING and talented she is, both as an esthetician and a salon owner, I dont know what will. I ask for gift cards for Blush every holiday I can. Its a beautiful, clean, friendly environment with yummy drinks and a huge variety of services. Whether you need a girls day, a root touch up, getting married, or just need a damn break for yourself, Blush will take care of all your needs and more.

Amazing place ❣️ I was greeted by many friendly faces and offered a beverage of choice. The atmosphere is clean, elegant, and roomy. Off Street Parking is convienently located right in the back next to an awning entrance. I got a dermaplane facial today with a peel/ enzyme treatment. The facial room is so cozy with beautiful decor, relaxing scents , candles, and music. The bed is warmed with plush blankets and sheets. My skin has never felt or looked this good! All the dead skin and annoying facial fuzz are gone leaving my skin rejuvenated and glowing. I was given a nice cool fresh water with lemon after treatment and Stephanie took the time to fully understand my goals and recommended an affordable and simple routine for me to follow. NoPushy sales , she is someone that truly puts the customers needs and wants first. ✨💫

So this is a long one. And I never even had a service with them! Way back in May I went to Blush to buy my mom a gift card for Mothers Day. They seemed very nice and the woman at the counter even took down my moms name in case she would call to set up an appointment they would know to look out for her.Needless to say, a few months went by and my mom finally tried to make an appointment for a pedicure, and time after time she was never called back. She had wanted to get a pedicure done for her vacation back in July. It never happened. She messaged them via facebook and was told first, that someone would get back to her within the week. (Never did) and then the second time, she was told that they (the salon) had been on vacation and that they were getting construction done so they had been busy. If this was the case, why wasnt it announced publicly via social media? This does frustrate her and she mentions it, and then is apologized to, this is not how we do business, I am sorry. and is told someone would be getting back to her, and still, no one does.Pretty much another month goes by and my mom goes to talk to them face to face, and is met with some opposition by their customer service, and it the issues was not fixed right then and there, she had to leave the salon before someone called her back to set up an appointment. (Before the call, she wanted the information on the manager to speak with. But the manager is often really busy and might not get back to her. Well, okay.)She was able to get her appointment. She said that the pedicure was a good one and her manicurist was really nice. So the pedicure wasnt bad.I also was looking into going to Blush because its local enough and I wanted to try and get my nails done. I absolutely will not go to this place at all now because of the heartache that went into trying to get my mother an appointment.Another note: I tried just getting a regular manicure there once even before Mothers day, and someone got back to me via text message, and then I never heard back from them after that. And its kind of awkward, because what do you do? Text them back? Or be too afraid that they would just keep telling you that someone will get back to you.It seems like they are lacking customer service for potential new clients and it seems kind of clicky, which is unfortunate because, how are you going to reach out to new people and let new potential customers in on your business? So, I dont think this is a good place to go if youre absolutely new to them.It also seems like they leave it up to their stylists and manicurists to make their appointments with their clients, and I think that their receptionist should be the one to do that for them.

This review is not rating the work of the stylists but more so the salon’s customer service skills. I called on Wednesday morning last week to schedule an appointment for a hair cut. I received the voicemail and left a message asking for someone to call me back. On Thursday at noon I still hadn’t heard back from the salon so I called them again. I once again received the voicemail. I stated that I had called the day prior and was trying to schedule a haircut. I asked for a return call. A woman from the salon called me back an hour later and simply stated in an unfriendly tone of voice that they did not have any hair appointments available for the rest of the week. She did not follow it up with, “but we do have an opening for XXX” or “but I can put you on the wait list if we have any cancellations” like any salon that values customer service would have done. I informed her that I was not looking for an appointment that week and that all I said in my message was that I needed to schedule a haircut. She told me that somebody had posted it for this week and that she would put it out to the stylists for sometime in the near future. It has now been three days and I have not heard back from the salon. Had the salon called me back when I left the initial message and asked me when I was looking to schedule the haircut then this would not have been an issue. They also should have given me a call to let me know that they received my message and were working on getting me an appointment. The fact that I now have not heard from them in three days is ridiculous. They seem to lack basic customer service skills, eagerness to expand their customer base, and friendliness towards potential clients. If they are this difficult to deal with before I even get an appointment there then I can’t even begin to imagine how they would be if something went wrong with my hair and I needed them to fix it. I will be going to another salon for my haircut.

This is an honest review of the salon, but mostly the stylist who I gave the opportunity not once but TWICE to foil my hair. The salon itself is quite nice inside and will mix you a drink while you are being attended to (I passed that up though). When I called initially, I asked for an appt. with their master colorist, and they made my appt. with Deb Scheffer. I brought in a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like, so there wouldn’t be any misunderstanding that I didn’t explain things properly. The first time she colored my hair, it was way too light and almost bleached blonde in some areas. I didn’t like the color (too light, not enough contrast between strands) and she did offer to have me come back and fix it. I am a single parent and just don’t have time to sit for two more hours. I tried again with Debbie a month later, and this time she didn’t color down to the roots or do any color underneath so the grays were not covered. She didn’t show me sample strands of color before she selected the color, she didn’t ask how I part my hair, or whether I put it up.I asked the salon owner for a refund of the second payment and she refused because “too much time had passed”. I didn’t know there are apparently expiration dates when it comes to making a client happy. While I am sure there are capable stylists at Blush, I wouldn’t recommend Debbie. And I wouldn’t recommend the salon either if anything goes wrong.
